Noodle and rice set, fried rice and Taiwanese pork bone ramen lunch for 750 yen plus tax. The price has only increased by 50 yen from before, which is amazing. I always like this combination. The seasoning is on the stronger side but not too salty. It doesn't make my throat dry after eating, so I think it's a good match for me. The ramen and fried rice portions are normal, but they fill you up well. The parking lot of the restaurant is a bit of a mystery, but there is a large supermarket across the street. I'll buy some black oolong tea on my way home.

I feel like I went abroad, this time to a Taiwanese restaurant. I had a set with Chinese fried rice, Taiwanese pork bone ramen, Tianjin rice, and Taiwanese ramen for 770 yen. The restaurant had Chinese songs playing and foreign languages could be heard, making it feel like a foreign country. The dishes were all very generous in portion size, almost too much to finish. The Tianjin rice got a bit boring to eat after a while. Both ramen dishes were slightly spicy. The dishes at the neighboring table were also very generous in portion size. Recommended for those who want to eat a lot for a low price.

Visited in early April 2022 at 11:00. There were no other customers, but they were preparing for delivery orders from services like Demae-can. The lunch menu looked appealing with a 700 yen (tax included 770 yen) option. I ordered a set of Chinese rice bowl and Taiwanese ramen. The ramen arrived in about 5 minutes, followed by the rice bowl in about 10 seconds.
- Chinese Rice Bowl: Mostly lacked meat, with 2 shrimp, 1 squid, and 1 quail egg. The main ingredient seemed to be undercooked Chinese cabbage, which might be a concern for some. The sauce had a unique taste, but it wasn't to my liking.
- Taiwanese Ramen: It was a regular soy sauce ramen topped with stir-fried minced meat and chili, with a bit of fresh chives. The spiciness mainly came from the minced meat and chili. The soup was okay, although I only had a sip. The overall taste was neither particularly good nor bad, but it offered good value for money and decent portion size. If I were to revisit, I probably wouldn't order the same dishes, but I might try something else as there are other appealing options on the menu. Thank you for the meal.

Daily lunch special for 770 yen including tax. Today's special is mapo tofu. The lunch and set meals here are very filling, so I was planning to order a single item. But since it was mapo tofu, I went for the lunch set. Yes, now I feel so full. It's mapo tofu, so extra rice is a must. The mapo tofu here is delicious, with various spices but not too spicy or oily. I mixed it with rice like a mapo tofu bowl, had it with ramen rice, and a huge piece of fried chicken with rice. It's the best!

Taiwanese cuisine, delicious. Is it Taiwanese or Chinese cuisine? Is it the same as the restaurant in Atsubetsu? There seems to be parking space for one car. Even though I'm not sure about these, I decide to enter the restaurant. The interior has more sunken tables than regular tables, and it is spacious. A waitress comes to take our order. I order the lunch set which includes fried rice and Taiwanese pork bone ramen for 700 yen excluding tax. The fried rice arrives first. After that, the Taiwanese pork bone ramen is served. It is spicier than it looks. The fried rice is also delicious. The cost performance is good. I enjoyed the meal very much. I will definitely visit again.

Lunch noodles and rice set for 700 yen. I've tried all the lunch sets, but I always end up going for the fried rice and Taiwanese pork bone ramen. Today's daily special was vegetable stir-fry. Hmm, the usual. I wonder if I'll ever get to try the regular menu items (laughs). The regular menu is also cheap, but the lunch sets are just too good to pass up, so I rarely get to order from the regular menu.

The location is in Sapporo, on the 8th street in Higashi-ku, across the street from Happy (Super Ace) parking lot. The inside of the restaurant is spacious with table seating for 4 people at 2 tables. There are also two raised seating areas with about 5 tables on the right side and 3 tables on the left side. I ordered the Taiwan fried rice from the lunch menu which came with noodles and rice. The dishes were all quite spicy and flavorful. The Taiwan fried rice had a bit of a kick to it, the soup was mild but tasty, and the Taiwan ramen was unexpectedly spicy. The portion sizes were generous, and sharing three dishes between two people left us feeling very satisfied. The menu offers a variety of Chinese dishes as well as Taiwanese options like fried rice, ramen, and yakisoba. They also offer hot pot and all-you-can-eat options, making it a good spot for group gatherings. Overall, it's a great place to enjoy a filling meal for under 1000 yen. Payment is cash only. I recommend coming for lunch as the prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely be back to try the Taiwan yakisoba next time!

Noodle and rice set for 770 yen including tax. I was torn between today's daily special and the set, but ended up choosing the set. The portion was too big and it affected my afternoon work (laughs). Even with the set, the portion was still huge and I ended up feeling full. I should have just ordered a single item from the menu. But I couldn't resist (laughs). Anyway, I completed all the set menu options with this!

For some reason, this chain of stores is increasing. The store names are different but the menus are very similar. The prices vary depending on the area. This one is the cheapest among such chain stores. The affordability and portion size are amazing. The only downside is that the parking lot is too small. I arrived at the opening time and was the first customer. I ordered the lunch menu, which was the Five-Ingredient Ankake Yakisoba Set for 770 yen. It came with yakisoba, small rice, two pieces of fried chicken, and soup. I had high expectations but since I was the only customer, the food was served in about 10 minutes. The yakisoba portion was good, but the sauce seemed a bit lacking. The main ingredient was cabbage, which was crunchy and almost raw. The other ingredients were okay, but the cabbage stood out. I've been into ankake yakisoba recently, but this one didn't meet my expectations. The flavor was good, but the yakisoba noodles lacked a crispy texture. The fried chicken was large in size. It wasn't too hot, so I wondered if it was fried a while ago. The texture was strange, with a creamy coating that felt odd. I usually finish my food, but this time I couldn't. The price and portion size were great, but this time was a miss. I'll try the ramen and daily special lunch with fried chicken next time. The female staff who served me was lovely. Good customer service is important. I don't know if she was Chinese or Japanese, but let's learn from her. Times have changed.

Lunch set with a choice of 6 types of noodles and 5 types of rice. They also offer sets like Anka Yakisoba and daily specials. I ordered the large portion of fried rice with Taiwanese ramen for 770 yen. The restaurant is spacious with a comfortable distance between tables. The staff member who took my order was friendly, albeit with limited Japanese, and then switched to speaking Chinese. You could hear the sound of the wok sizzling in the kitchen. The food arrived quickly and was very filling with rich flavors that satisfied my hungry stomach. The cost performance is great, making it perfect for a regular lunch spot. I want to come back to try more dishes, but for now, I think I'll come back for the daily special rice bowl. It would be nice if they had braised pork rice. Thank you for the meal.

I didn't know what the characteristics of Taiwanese cuisine were, but after a recent disappointment at another Taiwanese restaurant, I entered this one a bit apprehensively. I came to eat a lunch that seemed to offer good value for money. The combination of noodles and rice for ¥700 is just devilish! I chose mapo rice and Taiwanese ramen from the five rice dishes and six menu options. Both dishes had quite a generous portion. I didn't wonder if I could finish it... The mapo rice had a slight sourness with a spiciness from chili peppers, maybe from doubanjiang? It was slightly spicy for me. The Taiwanese ramen had a strong soy sauce flavor with a chicken broth base. Surprisingly delicious, as I was expecting a stronger soy sauce taste. I finished both dishes and my stomach was completely full. This ¥700 lunch was full of value and I am very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

An ankake yakisoba set for 700 yen. I hesitated but decided to go with this today. As always, it's filling without being too oily, and adding vinegar makes it even more refreshing. The shrimp is plump and delicious, and the seasoning makes the rice go down easily. The zangi is big, so it's a good balance to make sure you're getting your rice intake.

Daily special for 770 yen including tax. Today I had vegetable stir-fry, the usual fried chicken, and ramen. I tried the salt ramen this time. Hmm... I'm sorry, but I think I prefer the Taiwanese ramen here. The vegetable stir-fry was quite generous in portion. The seasoning was slightly spicy, similar to the flavor of zhajiangmian. This time, I resisted the urge to get extra rice, so I didn't feel too stuffed (laughs). I like that this place doesn't use too much oil. It's easy to eat Chinese (Taiwanese?) food here.

Daily special for 770 yen including tax, the portion is too much, which is both happy and painful (laughs). Today's special includes stir-fried pork and bean sprouts, and fried chicken. I chose the Taiwanese pork bone ramen. As always, the amount for this price is impressive. The stir-fried pork and bean sprouts have a thick sauce, similar to oyster sauce, with a rich flavor that goes well with rice. The fried chicken pieces are quite large, two big pieces! Today's Taiwanese pork bone ramen is milder compared to regular Taiwanese ramen, with a good balance of flavors. The rice is refillable and quite tasty. Overall, it's a great deal for the amount of food you get, but it's a bit challenging to finish it all (laughs). It would be perfect if they offered a smaller portion for a cheaper price.

Checked out a Taiwanese restaurant called "Hao Hao" and finally got to go there! The restaurant caters to a wide range of customers, from solo diners to salarymen to families. They offer many set menu options, such as the "Noodle and Rice Set - Taiwanese Ramen & Mapo Rice." The Taiwanese ramen arrived after a short wait. It had a spicy mark on it, but it was only mildly spicy. The soup was light with minced meat and leeks as toppings. Be careful when slurping the noodles vigorously, as the minced meat can make it difficult to eat. The Mapo Rice arrived while I was still enjoying the ramen. It had a spicy kick from the chili peppers and numbing sensation. The texture was just right. As I continued to eat, I started to sweat from the spiciness. I was starting to feel full halfway through, but I hurriedly finished the meal due to the temptation of the reasonable price of 770 yen for the noodle and rice set. I was too full in the end. I'm already thinking about trying the Ankake Yakisoba Set or the Teishoku next time. I'm also curious about the dim sum dishes, so I will definitely be going back!

The parking lot is small, but the inside is quite spacious! There is also a raised seating area. They offer a set menu where you can choose your noodles and rice for 700 yen (excluding tax), which is quite cheap! I was initially considering just getting the Taiwan ramen for 580 yen, but since they were both available in half sizes, I decided to get the set with mapo rice. I asked for the Taiwan ramen to be extra spicy. When the dishes arrived, they were served separately. The Taiwan ramen was labeled as "super spicy Taiwan ramen" - not sure when the "super" got added, but it's accurate. Surprisingly, the portion was quite large for a half size. It was delicious, with a taste similar to homemade cooking. The level of spiciness was satisfying, not too mild or too strong. Next came the mapo rice, which was a generous portion. The rice was also more than a half size, closer to two-thirds. It was really tasty, with a hint of Sichuan pepper that made it hard to stop eating. I ended up finishing both dishes. The cost performance was excellent, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended!

Visited for the first time in February 2021, this was my fourth visit of the year in the Higashi Ward Kita-Kosen area. It's located in a somewhat run-down area of Mikaoho, heading north on the 30th street. Situated along a bus route between the Nanboku Line and Higashi Toyosato Line of the subway. A Chinese restaurant of continental cuisine has opened in a mixed-use building, so I decided to give it a try. The parking lot is small with only space for two cars, so you need to plan ahead. The service was excellent, with friendly and energetic female staff. Although they advertise as "Taiwanese cuisine," it is unmistakably "continental." These types of restaurants often offer cheap set meals, with varying quality. The prices for set meals were surprisingly low. I ordered the "Soy Sauce Ramen and Fried Rice" for 700 yen (each). The soy sauce ramen was decent, not amazing but not bad either. The fried rice was moist, but still good. For 770 yen, it was definitely worth it. The ramen came out surprisingly quickly, but it was clear that it was not premade. I also tried the "Taiwanese Ramen and Mapo Rice" for 700 yen (each). The Taiwanese ramen had a good level of spiciness. Since my companion couldn't handle the heat, we swapped dishes. The Mapo Rice was not too spicy, suitable for Japanese taste buds. The quality of the rice was impressive. It was a bit too much food for us, but those who enjoy hearty meals would be satisfied. The kind female staff asked if it was too spicy for us, and even though we left some food, they smiled kindly. Overall, it's a good restaurant, but next time I might order less.

Taiwanese cuisine restaurant? Let's go try it out. Oh, actually the person speaking doesn't seem Japanese, maybe Chinese or Taiwanese. They are taking orders in Chinese too. So, I ordered the Chinjao Rosu Taiwanese Ramen set for 980 yen + tax. Here it comes! Gotta start with the Taiwanese ramen, or it'll get soggy! Took a sip of the soup, it's lukewarm!! Too lukewarm!! Are they kidding me!? The ingredients are cold! It's okay to have them pre-cooked, but warm them up a bit before serving! Even the bowl is cold, did they pour cold soup in it? What's up with this! The fried chicken is huge! Three big pieces! Isn't this more like a fried chicken set than a Chinjao Rosu set? I can't really tell if it's pre-made or original. There's a kind of slimy coating in the fried chicken, or maybe not? The seasoning is slightly spicy...hmm...?? The Chinjao Rosu is good. Nicely cooked, sweet and salty seasoning, a bit heavy on the garlic maybe? Well, I think it's good. The rice is surprisingly good for this type of restaurant. I think it's good. The reason for the low rating is the Taiwanese ramen. That's a minus one star. It's better to stop serving this if it's going to be like this. And this restaurant is not a Taiwanese cuisine restaurant. Taiwanese ramen is not a Taiwanese dish, right? It's a dish from Nagoya, isn't it? If it's a Taiwanese cuisine restaurant, they should definitely have Lu Rou Fan, right? But this place doesn't have it. So, it's a Chinese restaurant pretending to be Taiwanese and serving Taiwanese cuisine. There are quite a few of these kinds of Taiwanese cuisine restaurants, right? I wonder why that is.

The customer service is excellent! The restaurant is clean! You can choose a set menu for 700 yen. I had Taiwanese ramen and Tianjin fried rice. Both were delicious!! I will definitely come back. The restaurant has both counter seats and table seats, making it easy for various customers such as groups and families to enjoy their meals comfortably. The menu is reasonably priced, making it wallet-friendly for young people and salarymen, with a wide selection of delicious dishes.

One weekend, I visited a Taiwanese restaurant that used to be a soup curry and izakaya place for lunch. The parking lot only has space for one car next to the store, so it's best to check with the staff if you need more space. The interior of the restaurant is surprisingly spacious, with two separate areas branching off from the entrance. The place gets busy during peak hours, but the large tables naturally allow for social distancing. The BGM playing is Teresa Teng's music. I ordered the "Mapo Rice and Taiwanese Ramen Set (770 yen)" from the menu, which seemed surprisingly affordable. The food reminded me of a Taiwanese restaurant in Atsubetsu Minami with its solid set meals at low prices. The noodles were a lemon-colored medium-thin wavy type, with a unique texture. The soup was a mildly spicy soy sauce base with a touch of heat from chili peppers, not overly salty, and easy to finish. The toppings included minced meat, leeks, and green onions. The Mapo Rice was a pleasant surprise with its generous portion and a flavorful mix of sesame oil, chili oil, and chicken broth. I was full and satisfied. If the friendly and charming local lady manages the place, it will surely thrive. The only concern is the parking lot. Thank you for the meal.
