This is the usual soba restaurant at Sapporo Ario♪ When I wanted to eat the tempura soba, they said it's the autumn menu now♪ "Tempura Soba with Shrimp and Autumn Salmon" sounds interesting, right? Salmon tempura, huh? I wonder if it's good (laughs). I ordered the same as usual♪ My wife ordered the "Chicken and Vegetable with Black Vinegar Sauce Set"♪ Please post a photo of the visual♪ As for the taste, the salt-grilled salmon is delicious as expected from Hokkaido! I love salmon fry♪ How about salmon tempura? It's a little bit fishy, isn't it? Even though it's a chain restaurant, the soba is delicious! The dipping sauce is also good♪ The tempura is fresh and tasty! Hokkaido locals, how about trying the salmon tempura (laughs)?

Today is the last day of my three-day weekend~♪ I woke up around 4 o'clock in the morning~ Oh? I got hungry after reading everyone's reviews~♪ I tried Maruchan's "Ransliced Mountain Vegetable Soba" and it was delicious~! Since today is the 28th, I'm heading to Ario Sapporo with a friend~ It's a happy day~♪ Shopping! Arrival~ As expected~! It's crowded because it's a happy day? Kind of~! After finishing shopping, for dinner, we went to Escon Field~ Since there's no soba restaurant at Escon, I had cup soba in the morning (lol). My wife said, "Soba is a separate stomach, right?" I replied, "I see~" We entered~ Oh~ it's an eel fair~! But on the 30th, it's the midsummer day of the ox? You'll eat it anyway, won't you? My wife said, "As long as it's not kabayaki, it's fine~♪" I ordered the Yufu-style Unadon set~ Order placed~♪ Visuals~ Please post a photo~! After eating~ Yufu-style Unadon has burdock in it~ Truly Yufu-style~♪ It's delicious with the thick, fatty eel~! Perfect match~! Soba with double portions in a two-tier steamer~♪ I used the app for free double portions, but the dipping sauce, Tokuri, is missing in the photo at the bottom left~? I forgot (lol) It's usually there~♪ I don't sweat the small stuff~ (lol) Anyway~ It's so delicious at such a reasonable price! Why is the warabi mochi so delicious~? PS~ Happy Day is on days with an 8, but this restaurant offers a straight 8% off~♪ The discount amount is 206 yen~! I highly recommend it to everyone~♪ I'll definitely come back next time~!

Today is the first day of my two-day weekend! I woke up around 6 o'clock in the morning. I read a lot of reviews from everyone and got hungry, so I had Marugen Niku Soba from Nissin for breakfast. It's tough to start the day with that, isn't it? Today's plan is to take my car in for inspection. I'm way past my sixties, so getting a new car will have to wait for next time. The loaner car they gave me is a flashy light blue one! It's so embarrassing (laughs). It's a Toyota, but the handling is light. In my active days, I had Isuzu, Toyota, Toyota, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Honda, but this loaner car is impressive. The air conditioning is manual, though. Tomorrow, I'll say goodbye to the loaner car, so I have to endure it for now. I'm sorry for going off on a tangent! My wife and I are heading to Ario Sapporo for some shopping. I want to retire from giving summer gifts, but I can't (laughs). That's life! Now it's time for lunch at my usual soba shop. I ordered the Ebi no Tempura Zaru Soba for 1,000 yen including tax. The staff welcomed us energetically as always. It was crowded right when they opened. The visuals of the Tempura Zaru Soba look great. Last time, it had plum tempura, but this time it has corn tempura. I'm a local, so I'm used to it, but my wife asked, "What is that?" I said, "Corn." She was silent. The tempura is thin, so you can really taste the ingredients. The tempura donburi and hot soba have seasoning in the batter, but this one lets you taste the ingredients fully. My wife's Neva-Toro Soba came with a ladle, which was unexpected. The soba had a lot of grated yam and was slimy, so you eat it with the ladle at the end. Postscript: I ate at a soba shop in Ogikubo Town Seven in Tokyo over 40 years ago, and it was still delicious!

A shop on the 1st floor of Ario. I think it used to be a Chinese restaurant. I chose the tempura bowl set, but I forgot the official name ^^; I chose cold soba. The tempura included shrimp, shiso leaf, pumpkin, eggplant, corn, and conger eel, which may have been limited to the season. It was nice that the corn was different. It was a bit light, and even when I added more sauce, I still felt a bit unsatisfied. Also, I felt like there was too much rice compared to the tempura. It might be good for those who like rice and eat a lot.

I left home a little after 10 o'clock and arrived at Ario a little after 11 o'clock. We decided to have lunch a bit early. My partner said they wanted to eat soba, so we chose this place. For some reason, whenever we eat lunch at Ario, we always end up here. I had been craving tonkatsu for a few days, so I ordered the katsudon set. The soba was served warm. The katsudon was a bit large, but the soba was soft and the broth was not too strong, which was nice. The kindness of the soba soothes my liver that was overworked during Golden Week. The katsudon may be hard on my stomach again, but there were no issues with it. The rice portion was just right, not too large. The soba and the donburi in the set were both generous portions, which is great for those who like to eat a lot. The pickles were a nice touch for a break between bites. Even my partner, who doesn't like pickles, enjoyed them. It was nice that they served warm tea, and they also brought water when we asked for it. Thank you for the meal.

The Zaru Soba set originally comes with Kakiage rice, but it was sold out, so I had it with Tororo rice instead. It may be a lot of food when paired with a rice bowl, but I think it's good for when you feel like just soba is not enough.

Today is the second day of my three-day weekend! I woke up at 2:30 in the morning! I read a lot of reviews from everyone! I was hungry, so I ate the "Donbei Strong Kakiage Soba" - it was delicious! My plan for today is just to clean my unoccupied parents' house. I finished that already, and it's still around 10 in the morning! I searched on Tabelog and put the place into my car navigation, but the restaurants mostly open at 11:30. So, I decided to go to Ario Sapporo with my wife. When we arrived, the parking lot was empty. We checked the food court, but the menu hadn't changed. So, we went to the usual soba shop. Inside, the familiar waitress greeted us. The place was sparkling clean with 4-person tables. I ordered the Tempura Soba and a set of 2 pieces of Kumamoto Red Snapper sushi for 1450 yen tax included. My wife ordered the Chicken and Vegetable with Black Vinegar Sauce set for 1040 yen tax included. The soba was delicious, with a strong aroma. Even though I'm over 60, I finished the large portion. The tempura was also tasty, especially the tomato tempura. The Kumamoto Red Snapper sushi was really good. The shape was a bit different, but it tasted great! Overall, it was perfect! The warm soba soup with a dipping sauce and a pot for my wife was a nice touch. Thank you! Perfect! So happy!

Today is the last day of my two-day weekend! The plan for today is to go to Hirao Jugei Center for some autumn leaf viewing with my wife. After that, we're going to have some new soba noodles! We arrived at Hirao Jugei Center around 10 am, and luckily we got a signal to enter the parking lot as it was almost full. The autumn leaf tunnel still had a bit of color, but it seems like it will be at its best by the end of the month. Next, we tried to find a new soba restaurant using the navigation system but ended up at Ario Sapporo shopping mall. We took advantage of a 30% discount on winter underwear and socks. For lunch, we went to our usual spot, Kazoku-an, for soba noodles. We ordered katsudon set for me and tempura soba set for my wife. The portions were generous, especially the katsudon with a huge piece of pork cutlet on top. The soba noodles were delicious, and the katsudon had a sweet and savory sauce that I liked. My wife enjoyed her tempura soba set, especially the side dishes. Overall, the food was tasty and satisfying. We left before the line got too long and will definitely come back again!

I usually just do my grocery shopping at the Ario supermarket and then head back home. Today, since there are very few customers, I decided to take my time browsing around. I had lunch here, and I ordered the indulgent "sushi and tempura soba." It was delicious as usual. When I added a friend on LINE, I got a free drink. So, I enjoyed a complimentary cup of tea. Thank you for the meal.

Sapporo, Higashi Ward, Kitashichijo Higashi 9-2-20, Ario Sapporo 1F. A soba noodle restaurant located on the first floor of the Ario commercial facility in Higashi Ward, Sapporo. I had visited the restaurant in the Marui Imai restaurant area in Odori before and it was good, so I decided to try this one as well. However, it was completely different. I think it's a franchise, but they really need to review their operations, customer service, and overall quality. Upon entering, there are menu samples on both sides of the entrance and a waiting board in the center where you write your name and number of people waiting. I visited around 12 pm on a weekday and there were no customers waiting outside, unlike other times. I wrote my name and waited, but the staff did not even check the board and instead, they welcomed a group of two women who had written their names after me, assuming they were next in line. The women kindly informed the staff that I was waiting first. What's the point of the waiting board then? I ordered the pork rice bowl and soba set for 990 yen. The pork rice bowl looked appetizing with thinly sliced pork cooked in a sweet and savory sauce. However, the sauce was a bit too light and lacked flavor. The mini soba noodles were lukewarm and overcooked, with a mushy texture. The hot coffee I ordered after the meal took a long time to arrive, despite pressing the call button twice. I finally received the coffee while I was paying at the register. It was a disappointing experience overall.

Today is the first day of my two-day weekend~! My workplace has a shift system for holidays, so Golden Week doesn't really matter, especially after turning 60! Today, I'm going to check on my grandma at the care home since I have no plans~♪ The weather is nice (even though it's windy), so my wife and I are heading to a ramen shop in Minami Ward for a meal together! Oh no, there's a huge traffic jam on Route 274 (Sapporo Shin-Do)~! It reminds me of the winter season. I think I'll pass on that! Maybe I should prepare for tomorrow's trip to Tomakomai and Shiraoi instead? Oh well, it's Golden Week after all. Since it's the 28th today, how about going to Ario Sapporo? We arrived at the Happy D and checked out the menus at the food court. My wife said, "The udon shop has a long line! What about the soba shop?" I replied, "If it's soba, it's probably on the first floor!" We entered and were warmly greeted by the staff. I ordered the eel rice set for 1800 yen including tax, and my wife got the tempura rice bowl set for 990 yen including tax. The visuals were great, with the eel rice set coming with a two-tiered steamer, sashimi tofu, pickles, and condiments. The eel rice was delicious, and the soba had a nice aroma. I chose the large serving for free, and the extra soba broth was a nice touch. My wife enjoyed the tempura as well. As a bonus, despite being a food court tenant, we got an 8% discount with the Happy D again! Is it only here? Thank you for the meal! We'll definitely come back again~♪

Bright interior with plenty of natural light. The large windows offer a view of the brick buildings of the Sapporo Beer Garden. The open space is divided into sections by partitions, making it suitable for a wide range of customers. Sitting at a booth near the entrance, I look at the extensive menu. The healthy options catch my eye, especially the vegetable salad... - Tororo and Mekabu Neva-Toro Soba ¥850 The menu shows myoga, but the dish served has green onions and kaiware instead. The amount of mekabu, the star ingredient, seems a bit lacking. However, when mixed with the tororo, the whole soba becomes incredibly sticky, almost floating out of the bowl. Taking small bites, I savor the flavors while dealing with the sticky noodles. The dark egg yolk adds a smooth and rich touch. Everything feels refreshing and cool, making the soba noodles dance in my mouth. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Today is my paid holiday~♪ I don't have any plans, but oh well~? The heavy snow is exhausting~! February is almost over~ It's too much snow, isn't it~!! I woke up around 4 am this morning~ After reading many reviews from everyone, my wife and I went shopping together~ Due to the terrible road conditions, we decided to go to the local co-op near our house~ We couldn't make a left turn to get to the co-op, so we had to go straight~ We thought about going to Ario Sapporo from Atsubetsu-dori to Kita 13-jo Kitago-dori, but it was too difficult, so we changed our destination~ We arrived at the Happy Day, but it was empty~ It's already past 11 am, and the road conditions are bad because of the heavy snow~ For lunch, we tried to input a ramen shop into the car navigation system but gave up~ We wandered around the food court, but couldn't decide, so we ended up at the restaurant area~ We went to our usual soba restaurant~ As soon as we entered, the usual female staff greeted us with a cheerful welcome~ It was so soothing~ I ordered the "Ultimate Ebi-Tendon Set," which is not on the menu but is a LINE exclusive~ My wife hesitated and ended up ordering the "Katsu-Don Set"~ I asked the staff about my menu, and they said it's a LINE exclusive and not listed on the menu~ Feeling confident, I also selected the "Warabi Mochi" with a free coupon from LINE~ Sorry~! The visual presentation of the Ultimate Ebi-Tendon Set was impressive~ It came with 5 pieces of ebi-tempura, kabocha tempura, and ooba tempura~ I chose the warm soba with kake-soba~ It also came with a bowl of soup and pickles~ The tempura had a strong salt taste in the batter~ The soup was light and delicious~ My wife's Katsu-Don was okay~ The katsu was tasty, but the amount of egg was just okay~ After the meal, we got an 8% discount with the Happy Day promotion, which saved us 165 yen~ It was a good deal~ I ended up buying a commuting bag~ It was delicious as always~ and the service was great~ (laughs)

Today, I took a paid day off because it's my birthday month and I needed to renew my driver's license. I went to the police station alone for the safe driving course. I left home around 7:30 in the morning and had a bit of trouble on Route 12, which was only one and a half lanes wide. After an hour, I arrived at the police station around 8:30 for the registration. Luckily, there were two parking spots available. After completing the license renewal, I went to the eyeglass store and then to Ario Sapporo with my wife. We had lunch at a soba restaurant in the mall. I ordered a sushi and tempura set, while my wife had warm soba with a vegetable salad set. The food was visually appealing and tasted good, although the soba seemed pre-cooked. The service was great, and we left feeling satisfied and full.

I had some errands to run at Ario, so I decided to have lunch there as well. After browsing around for a bit, my family and I settled on Ie-kei An for lunch. Since my stomach and liver were tired from all the eating and drinking during the New Year's holidays, I was craving for some comforting udon. I ordered the Iwate duck and egg rice bowl set for 1,100 yen. My partner ordered the pork rice bowl set for 990 yen. We also enjoyed a draft beer for 298 yen. Having beer for lunch is the best! The duck and egg rice bowl had a rich flavor, and the combination of the sauce and rice was perfect. The udon had a gentle taste and was smooth until the last bite. I also tried my partner's pork rice bowl, and the flavor of the pork was delicious and went well with the rice. The pickles added a nice touch to the meal. What a wonderful New Year holiday break - it was a feast! Thank you for the meal.

It's a late lunch. On the way to Ario. Got turned down at two conveyor belt sushi restaurants, so I just arrived at this place. Saw the recommended menu in front of the restaurant. Eel! Let's go with that. I'll have the sushi set. The sushi set... comes with 3 or 5 pieces of sushi. Soba or udon. You can choose between cold or hot. I'll go with 5 pieces of sushi and cold soba. The sushi is of the pressed type. Tuna, salmon, ikura, eel, and tamago. The rice was disappointing... not the type you come across often. The eel was cold. Oh, it's like rubber. Disappointing... I wasn't expecting much, but still... Was it because it was late? It was sad... My husband had a parent and child bowl and hot soba. Again, the rice...

Today is the second day of my three-day weekend! Sapporo is cold today! I took my second daughter to JR Shiroishi Station and had cup noodles for breakfast. It's snowing lightly! I brought some treats to my mother's care house and checked on the family altar at my parents' empty house. Then I enjoyed some Anpan, yokan, and beer. My wife and I decided to go to "Ario Sapporo" because it's the 18th today. We arrived and the parking lot was empty, but the inside of the store was crowded with residents from nearby apartments. We went to a restaurant called "Kazoku-an" on the first floor, which was bustling with energy. The staff, although wearing masks, greeted us loudly and enthusiastically. I ordered the three kinds of soba set for 1265 yen including tax, and my wife ordered the white fish and vegetable in black vinegar sauce set for 990 yen including tax. The presentation of the dishes was impressive. My soba set included tororo, ikura, and myoga, with seasonal tempura and various side dishes. My wife's dish had white fish and vegetables in black vinegar sauce, with the option to choose soba or udon, and miso soup. The potato salad with sesame dressing and pickles were also delicious. The soba was tasty with a good balance of tororo and soba, and the ikura added a nice touch. The tempura was crispy and flavorful, and the side dishes were all worth the price. My wife, who was initially hesitant about the restaurant, ended up enjoying the meal and even asked if we could go back next time. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and satisfying.

I had lunch at a restaurant on the first floor of Ario. Despite the self-restraint, there were still quite a few people in the commercial facility. Since it was a late lunch, the restaurant was not crowded. I chose a vegetable udon that is gentle on the stomach after eating too much during the New Year. I didn't take a picture of the menu and it's been a while, so I forgot the price. It may be rude to say, but it was surprisingly delicious for a family restaurant. The taste was soothing and comforting!

On this day, I had the "Spring Town Gozen" (1280 yen + tax) at "Kazoku-an" in Ario Sapporo. It's a relatively new restaurant in Ario, opened a few years ago. This was my first visit. I wonder if it's affiliated with "Kazoku-tei" in Marui Imai department store? I've been to Kazoku-tei a few times before. The set meal includes soba, tempura, and several other dishes. A mini daifuku is also included as dessert. You can choose from four types of rice: mixed rice, chirimen rice, mentaiko rice, or tororo rice. I chose mixed rice this time. It's like a family restaurant specializing in Japanese cuisine, so it's suitable for dining with elderly people in a calm atmosphere at Ario. The taste itself is not incredibly delicious, but it's definitely above average. I also ordered a katsudon for takeout since it was on sale, from 700 yen to 399 yen. It's a good deal at the discounted price, but I find it a bit expensive at the regular price, so I don't think I would come back at the regular price. I often shop at Ario, so I may visit again in the future. Thank you for the meal. *I have included photos of the menu pages.

I arrived at "Ario" after walking around from the subway Toho Line "Higashi-Kuyakusho-mae" station, it was already past 3 pm, the perfect time to start with a drink. I found a nice menu in front of a certain store, "Ie-ya" offering a "Beer Set @390 (excluding tax)" which includes edamame and a medium-sized beer. It's limited to one set per person, but additional beers are only 290 yen each, which is a great deal. The entrance had alcohol disinfection routine as is common in restaurants now. There was only one other group of two customers, so I sat at a table in the middle. I was served warm tea and in just 3 minutes and 15 seconds, I got a nicely chilled beer and plump edamame for 390 yen plus tax, a really good deal. The tea kept getting refilled generously. Just as I was about to ask for a refill, I received information that my daughter and her family were at Ario with my grandchild, so I decided to go play with them instead of having another drink. I will visit again for a leisurely meal next time. Thank you for the meal.
