This is a light meal cafe near the Rumoi Promotion Bureau in Hokkaido. It is a two-story building, and surprisingly, the second floor is quite spacious. They serve pasta, ramen, and rice bowls. I tried the meat pasta (610 yen), which had bacon instead of ground meat. The taste was average. Coffee or oolong tea comes as a complimentary drink. However, only hot coffee was available, and no iced coffee was offered, which was disappointing. There is a "lunch plan" that requires advance reservation (weekdays only), where you can order a set including meat pasta and a drink for 500 yen. I feel like I missed out a bit.
