I visited this shop after a long time!! It's my second time visiting since they opened. I ordered the Meat Chuka Soba with a mix of pork and chicken! The toppings included seasoned boiled egg, white negi, thick menma, chopped green onions, and pork and chicken chashu. The soup, a Kawai-style broth, was rich in appearance but not overly salty, with a savory soy sauce flavor and a hint of sweetness from the animal ingredients. It paired well with the chopped green onions. The thick straight noodles had a smooth and chewy texture that went perfectly with the soup, especially when mixed with the white negi. The moist chicken chashu and the slightly fatty Iberico pork chashu were tender and delicious. I enjoyed it very much. Thank you for the meal!!

I went to this restaurant because I know the staff there. It was my first time visiting, so when I asked for recommendations, they suggested I try the clam ramen instead of the regular Chinese noodles. It was still early in the evening, so there weren't many people and I didn't have to wait long for my ramen to arrive. The noodles were smooth and had a nice texture, and the soup was delicious with a rich umami flavor. I also tried a dish similar to Yukhoe Bibimbap, and it was tasty with just the right amount of food. It had been a while since I last visited this ramen shop in Tsukamoto, but it was a great experience!

Clam and white soy sauce ramen soup. The soup is light as it looks. It would be satisfying even if served as part of a course meal. The noodles are thin but have a good texture, delicious! The noodles alone are delicious, but the combination with the soup creates a synergistic effect. The chashu pork is seasoned with yuzu pepper, which is also delicious. The accent of mitsuba leaves? is also nice. The clam and chanja rice is delicious! It's exactly as the name suggests, but I didn't expect it to be this tasty. The Korean seaweed and well-cooked rice were also delicious. I'm very interested in trying other menu items next time. Thank you for the meal.

Attracted by the charming seasonal limited-time offer, I visited "Shoyu to Kai to Men Soshite Hito to Yume" and ordered the sought-after "Sudachi to Awaodori no Tataki Hiyashi" (chilled noodles with sudachi citrus and Awaodori chicken) ♡ Today, as it's so hot, I opted for cold noodles!! I also noticed the "NO NOODLE NO LIFE sticker" at the counter, which always makes me happy (´∀`) The noodles, served chilled in cold water, arrived in about 10 minutes (*´ω`*) The soup, made with three types of dried fish and two types of chicken, enhanced by white soy sauce, had a rich umami flavor that was perfectly balanced. Even when chilled, the aroma spread in my mouth beautifully ♡ The Awaodori chicken tataki, with its juicy umami flavor, made me savor each bite, and I decided to save one piece to chew on during the afternoon work (*´꒳`*) The firm and chewy noodles with a strong bite were excellent, and the texture when finishing the noodles was just amazing ♫ I squeezed some sudachi citrus for a refreshing finish and enjoyed every last bit of it♪( ´θ`) I feel like I could eat another bowl (laughs) This was my 239th bowl of MEN this year☆★★ (ラ164・まぜ63・他12)

It was about a 3-minute walk from Tsukamoto Station, and the ramen had a very distinctive taste. The Iberico pork chashu was sweet and rich in fat, while the chicken chashu, made from chicken raised in the morning, was incredibly flavorful yet tender and easy to eat. I'm curious about the ramen with raw soy sauce, so I'd like to go back again.

Today I visited this place that I had been curious about for a while, but I'm not a fan of clam broth so I had been avoiding it. I happened to be looking for lunch, so I decided on this place with a lunch set. It was a Saturday and rainy, so there were only two people in the restaurant. I'm not a big fan of Takaida-style ramen, so I chose the backfat miso flavor. I went for the set with seared pork bowl. I waited for about 10 minutes. They seemed to be making it carefully, but it took a bit too long, and when the bowl arrived, it didn't look as cloudy as I had expected for miso ramen. First, the soup... Miso...? Honestly, it felt more like miso soy sauce. And it was quite strong. Next, the noodles were medium straight noodles. They were cooked normally. They didn't get overpowered by the strong soup, which was good, but there wasn't anything particularly special about them. The toppings were of high quality. Especially the chicken chashu looked cooked on the outside but had a good chew and flavor inside, very delicious. The bamboo shoots had a good flavor that stood out without being too strong, which was good. The seared pork bowl didn't have much flavor in the pork, and the sauce drizzled on top wasn't too strong either, so it didn't pair well with the backfat miso ramen. Overall, I won't be coming back for the same ramen a second time. I don't think I would order the seared pork bowl again either. They seem to have a lot of limited-time items, so if there's something that catches my interest, I might give it a try. Thank you for the meal.

Visited on Friday around 9:30 PM. No wait. The restaurant was bustling with customers. Only 2 seats left at the counter. Ordered the Hamaguri Shiro Shoyu Ramen for 950 yen. It arrived in about 5 minutes. The clam-based soup was incredibly delicious. It came with 3 clams which were full of flavor. The chicken rare chashu was placed on top of the bowl to prevent it from cooking too much. I tried dipping one in the soup to heat it up before eating. The chashu exploded with flavor when eaten with the soup. The menma had a mild flavor that didn't overpower the soup. It's only 2 stops from Shin-Osaka station, so I definitely want to go back. I'm curious about their other menu items too! 😊

I ordered the "Hotabonara (Scallop Carbonara-style Mazesoba)" which was the daily special. The dish had a generous amount of chicken breast and scallop paste mixed with whole wheat thick noodles, creating a delicious flavor. The black pepper added a nice touch to the dish. It was a satisfying meal and I enjoyed every bite. This was my 147th bowl of noodles this year.

A favorite ramen shop near Tsukamoto Station. Ordered the rich miso ramen and fried chicken. The spicy miso with chopped leeks had a strong flavor. This is "Shoyu to Kai to Men Soshite Hito to Yume" located in Kashiwadai, Nishiyodogawa-ku, Osaka. In short, it's within walking distance from Tsukamoto Station. Sitting at the counter, I look at the menu. It's quite simple and good! This time, I had the "Chuka Soba (750 yen)". The thick noodles somehow remind me of Takaida style? The proud chashu has too much fat and a not so good texture. The soup has a impactful soy sauce flavor and is good. Moreover, the noodles are piping hot all the way to the core, making it even better. It was a quite delicious bowl. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

On this day, I had some extra time at work so I went on a little expedition ( ´ー`)ノ It was quicker than lining up at a ramen shop in Ameyoko. This shop was recommended by my senior. Luckily, I was able to get in just before the line started to form. The taste was similar to Takaida style, with a strong soy sauce flavor. It was rich but refreshing, slightly sweet. I visited the restaurant around 2 pm on a regular day, there were no customers when I arrived but three people came in later. Despite the fame of the Kotaida style, I decided to order the rich and hearty Chinese noodles in large serving. It took about 10 minutes for the noodles to be served. The noodles were Kotaida style, medium thickness and straight. The portion included large bamboo shoots, rare chicken chashu, and Kotaida style green onions. The soup had a perfect blend of chicken and soy sauce. I was surprised by the high quality of the ramen at Tsukamoto.

The rich and glossy soup was satisfying, and the tender chicken breast Char Siu had a low guilt factor, making it a perfect accompaniment to the rich soup. The chewy and moist thick straight noodles were my favorite, with a great texture. I enjoyed every bite and finished the meal with satisfaction. The restaurant offers a variety of limited menu items, making it exciting every time. This was my 303rd bowl of ramen this year.
