I was drawn to visit this shop in the area after seeing a photo of soft serve ice cream from a respected reviewer. It appears to be a one-story house converted into a store, located in a residential area. At the entrance, they also sell vegetables from Nansapporo Town, so I couldn't resist buying "3 tomatoes (100 yen)" which had a good balance of sweetness and refreshing acidity. Upon entering, there was a compact space with a small window for payment, as well as counter seats and table seats for dining in. The background music playing was enka songs. From the menu on that day... oh! Next to several soft serve ice cream options, there was the word "Sujata"... (^_^;). This reminded me of a capsule-type soft serve ice cream that a friend once gave me at a hot spring facility, saying "this is no good!" But since I was already there, I bravely ordered "Cup of chestnut flavor (250 yen)." I tried a bite in the dining area... I couldn't confirm if it was a capsule type, but the occasional texture resembling chestnuts and its sweetness were decent, more like ice cream than soft serve, but without any strange concepts, it was just a sweet dessert, thank you! Oh, the ice in the water was delicious, like rock ice. Looking around the shop, it seemed to have a full menu as a coffee shop, and when I asked the wife, she said, "We've been running a coffee shop here for about 11 years." I apologized for my assumption. Next time, I will come back for a coffee. Thank you for the meal.

When driving on Aoba Hirao Street, you will see a sign for "soft serve ice cream." If you see it, you might want to check it out, so I made a U-turn and arrived at the store. I decided to try it, so I went inside, checked the menu again, and ordered the usual "vanilla soft serve ice cream." They took a cup-like container from the freezer, so it seems to be a simple type of soft serve ice cream. After paying, I received the "soft serve ice cream," took the usual photos, and went back to the car. As I tried it, it felt like they had forcefully turned ice cream into soft serve, so it lacked the smoothness of typical soft serve ice cream and felt more like licking ice cream. In terms of flavor, it was quite sweet and had a rich taste. It's understandable given that it's a simple soft serve ice cream machine, so the quality is not the best, but it's a convenient option for the locals.
