☆2011.07.03 Visit☆ July has finally brought some hot days, but the humidity is high, making it an unpleasant heat. As a Hokkaido native, I am not a fan of this muggy weather. It feels like there are a lot of humid days in 2011. I hope for some dry weather. To lift my spirits, I had lunch at Tsuru in Haboro Town (*´∀`*)☆. The sign indicates that they have been in business since 1949, so it's been 62 years since they opened. Impressive. Now, what should we have today~? The walls of the room are lined with menus of Japanese sake, plum wine, and recommended dishes. I'd love to have some deep-fried sandfish while slowly enjoying some drinks at night. Now, for my husband's choice today, it's ☆Tempura Rice Bowl (¥850) + Egg and Rice Bowl (¥650)☆ with a half-drunk beer as a set (´艸`) Pfft, dear, are you eating too much? (*'∀'人) As for me, I chose ☆Pork Cutlet Rice Bowl (¥800)☆ and ☆Ramen (Small, Soy Sauce) (¥500)☆ (*≧∇≦*) Woohoo!!! I can't really judge others for eating too much, can I? We, the overeating couple, are here. It was a long time since we dined out, and everything was delicious♪ The meat quality of the pork cutlet wasn't the best, but the seasoning was to my liking. The tempura rice bowl had eggplant, white fish, salmon, shrimp, and zucchini. Surprisingly, the soba noodles had a rich flavor. It was my first time trying pickled zucchini, and I liked it, so I'll try making it at home. Thank you, Tsuru, for the delicious meal ((美´〜`味)).
