This is Hana, a Chinese cuisine restaurant. When you need stamina in hot weather, steamed or grilled meat or Chinese food is a good choice. They have a variety of classic menu items, as well as items like simmered abalone and shark fin soup. The menu does not include typical Chinese dishes like liver and garlic chives stir-fry, but instead offers dishes like five-ingredient yakisoba and tanmen noodles. It seems like a good place for group gatherings, with a range of banquet menu options to suit different budgets. I came here with the idea of wanting to eat spring rolls, but they only offer grilled gyoza and shumai as wrapped items. I ordered fried rice, special tanmen noodles, zangi, and subuta. The zangi was crispy on the outside and tender inside, with a unique touch of ketchup on the side. The subuta had a nice balance of sour sauce and sweet pork belly fritters. The fried rice was deliciously seasoned with salt and pepper. Lastly, the special tanmen noodles were flavorful and filling, with plenty of bamboo shoots. Despite some overlapping ingredients, we managed to finish everything. The portion size was just right for two people. After indulging in a lot of food earlier in the day, I was worried, but everything fit nicely in my stomach. Chinese food is definitely more enjoyable when shared with others. The food was incredibly delicious and I want to go back again. We ordered dishes like pork tenderloin with sauce, shrimp chili, fried chicken, salad, and mixed vegetables. We also had almond jelly for dessert, which was really tasty. The almond jelly was cut into diamond shapes and homemade. The fried chicken was plentiful and satisfying to eat. I personally love the shrimp chili! We also shared some fried rice. The children seemed to really enjoy the ramen. Beer and fried chicken go well together! It was reassuring to know that we could take home any leftovers. There were people dining alone as well, so it's a welcoming restaurant. I will definitely go back. The parking lot is spacious and easy to park in.
