When I stopped by Rausu, I happened to come across an event and decided to try the food. Originally it seemed to be takeout only, but because it was raining, the staff kindly allowed us to eat by the tent. I had a set of Black Curry and White Curry. The Black Curry had kelp, while the White Curry used salmon flakes. The flavors were unexpectedly rich and full of umami. It was a great curry that made good use of local ingredients. I may not have many opportunities to eat it again, but I would love to try it once more.
