Suspiciously named "Kappa" restaurant. The entrance is hidden behind planters and it's confusing where to go. Inside, it's hard to find a place to sit. Two out of four tables are occupied by various items, making it hard for customers to eat. Some describe it as feeling like visiting a friend's house, but it's not like any of my friends' houses. The menu is on the wall, and I ordered the omurice. The staff talk loudly, even about trivial things, and it's hard to ignore. After a while, the omurice arrives, neatly presented. The omelette is nicely buttered and shiny. The chicken ketchup rice is flavorful. Despite being tastier than a friend's homemade omurice, it's still not the best dining experience given the cluttered tables. The staff even eat their own meals on top of the mess. Overall, it's an interesting place, but not the most comfortable for dining.
