In the area of Miyanozawa in the Nishi Ward, there is a shop located inside the Seiyu Miyanozawa store. It seems to be open from 8 am on weekdays and 9 am on weekends, but I visited around 9 am. Upon entering the store, I could smell cigarette smoke. There were ashtrays placed at every table. Despite it being morning, there were other customers smoking, so I had no choice. I chose a seat farthest from others, but more people kept coming in and smoking. The interior of the store had teacups and saucers from major brands on display, which I personally liked. A few years ago, there was an earthquake that caused my friend to give me a "WEDGWOOD" teacup for my home. I found it here. I live near Motomachi Aeon, and many people may have seen on TV the road cracking during the earthquake. While most of my home's display shelves and dinnerware were destroyed, I am looking forward to new encounters with new dinnerware. However, the tough opponent was the tobacco smell. As I was considering leaving the shop, I looked at the menu and inadvertently missed it. When I asked what the morning coffee was, the staff member snapped at me saying it's written right there. I took a deep breath to calm down. I ordered the Morning Coffee (480 yen), which was a European blend that was pre-ground. It was carefully drip brewed and served in my WEDGWOOD teacup. Even though I'm not very familiar with European blends, it was surprisingly good with a nice aroma. Despite the shop being known for strong coffee, the European blend was also delicious. I also ordered a Warm Sandwich (460 yen), which was made with white sauce, ham, and cheese. It was delicious, and the presentation on the plate was impressive. Overall, I enjoyed the delicious coffee and sandwich. The staff member's initial attitude improved later on. I felt that rather than blaming others, it's important to reflect on oneself, as I learned from my WEDGWOOD teacup. It was a satisfying experience. Thank you for the meal.

Located in the Miyanozawa area, this café is situated on the basement floor of Seiyu, on the way to the subway station. It opens early in the morning, so I decided to stop by for breakfast. The interior has a calm atmosphere with counter seats and table seats. Smoking is allowed, so it may not be suitable for those sensitive to cigarette smoke. The drink menu offers a variety of options, but the food menu is not as extensive. I ordered the "Morning Coffee (480 yen)" and "Cheese Toast (460 yen)" shown in the photo. The Morning Coffee had a light European flavor and was discounted by 150 yen. The Cheese Toast had a crispy exterior with a fluffy texture inside, topped with melted cheese, making it delicious. The Morning Coffee was also easy to drink and paired well with the light breakfast. There were many people smoking around, so it would be a good choice for those who enjoy smoking.

Miya Koshoya Coffee is located directly connected to the Miyanozawa Station and Miya no Sawa Station bus terminal. It is actually located underground, beneath the Seiyu Miyanozawa store, which I didn't realize until now, despite having been there several times (laughs). To get there, you can go down from the bus terminal at Miya no Sawa and head straight towards the subway, before reaching the concourse where there are eateries like McDonald's. In the morning, before heading to the subway, I stopped by Miya Koshoya for a wake-up cup of coffee. I was feeling so sleepy, probably because I only slept for an hour while watching a movie the night before. Anyway, a deep roasted coffee is the best way to wake up! When you enter the shop, you will see table seating to the right and counter seating further back, where the quiet master is brewing coffee. Today, I chose a table seat because I was too tired. Inside, there was a lady working on her PC and a man leisurely reading the newspaper while smoking. As a non-smoker, I don't mind this atmosphere, as I believe the smoke adds to the charm of old-fashioned coffee shops. However, I do prefer restaurants to have non-smoking or smoking-separated areas. A calm male staff member brought me a glass of water and took my order. I ordered the Colombian coffee. After a short wait, the delightful aroma of coffee arrived. The acidity and gentle bitterness spread in my mouth, creating a mild and delicious coffee. Morning coffee is the best! I had a very peaceful time there. Thank you for the meal.

The coffee at the coffee shop is so delicious, I can't help but go there when I feel like drinking coffee. Today, I ordered a Vienna coffee. The coffee itself was great, but the whipped cream on top made it even better! It's nice to treat yourself once in a while.

This is Miyano-Sawa station. Walking on holidays is a routine. First, relaxation time. I'm going to take a morning bath in Nishino, Nishi-ku. It seems to be 100% natural hot spring. I'll look for a place to drink coffee. I remembered that there is Miyakoshiya Coffee and went there. No one is here yet. They say that morning coffee is worth three mon, and it's true ^_^ Morning coffee is 420 yen for European style. The ceiling is high here and you can listen to good music from the large speakers and relax. The music playing is different in each store, so you can enjoy different types of music. The coffee is ready in about 5 minutes. It's more on the light and fruity side in terms of blend. I thought it would be deeper since it was written as European, but it was a bit different from what I imagined ^o^ I re-realized that Miyakoshiya Coffee also has light coffee. Thank you for the meal ^_^

My body was chilled to the bone and I craved a real cup of coffee. Even though it was before 10 am, every seat was taken except for the counter. I ordered my favorite Mandheling coffee. The place has glass walls, so I couldn't help but feel distracted by people walking in the hallway. However, once I sat at the counter, it was all good.

It's been a while since my spouse and I visited a coffee shop. The coffee has a very deep flavor - my wife ordered a mild coffee while I ordered a European one. The atmosphere inside the shop is calming, with people discussing horse racing in the newspaper. Surprisingly, even though it's a Sunday, the underground area of Nishi-Tomo in Nishimachi was quite crowded. It must be popular even on weekdays.

My son and I made a little detour. We ordered a cake set, with the cake for my son and tea for me. The tea set was lovely. I wanted to have coffee, but it was already past 3 o'clock and I didn't want to have trouble sleeping later, so I chose tea instead. We had a relaxing time.

I wanted to have a morning breakfast at a retro-style cafe where the kind personality of the owner is reflected in the atmosphere. I ordered a sandwich, and the fluffy bread with ham and melted cheese was simple yet delicious. The coffee served in a coffee cup made me feel rich!

On a certain holiday, I started walking from Miyanosawa Station and stumbled upon this charming café just a little before the planned opening time of the soup curry restaurant I had in mind. The café had a cozy atmosphere with dim lighting, a stylish counter, and table seating. On the wall behind the counter, there were coffee barrels and trendy cups on display. There was also background music playing, coming from a large speaker – actually, it was a high-end MD player! I hope this MD player continues to work well for a long time. Unfortunately, I missed out on the morning coffee, so I ordered a "French coffee (570 yen)" and couldn't resist getting a "soft serve ice cream (270 yen)" for inside the café. The soft serve ice cream had a strong stickiness at first, with a sweetness and oiliness that leaned towards the higher side for me, but it seemed to strike a good balance for most people, perhaps making it suitable for floats as well. The French coffee, which was quickly served, had a solid bitterness, a rich aftertaste, and a heaviness that almost resembled acidity. Well, I was alternating between the soft serve ice cream and the coffee, so my judgment may not be reliable, but the sweetness of the ice cream did complement the bitterness of the coffee. Thank you for the meal.

During a short break from training at Chieriya, I visited the Miyakoshiya Coffee shop at the Seiyu Miyanozawa store. The atmosphere inside the shop was nice, and I relaxed while enjoying an iced coffee. The access from Chieriya was convenient, so I would like to visit this place again during my next training session. For smokers, it might be quicker to visit Miyakoshiya Coffee shop nearby where smoking is allowed. I had a delicious and relaxing time. Thank you.

This is a café located in the Aeon Miyanosawa store directly connected to the Miyanosawa Station on the Sapporo Subway Namboku Line in Nishi-ku, Sapporo. It is a franchise of a coffee chain based in Sapporo that has expanded beyond Hokkaido. I visited this café on a walk to pass time before sunset and was impressed by the atmosphere. The café has a nice and spacious counter, and the staff, dressed like bartenders, fit in well with the ambiance. With some time to spare, I ordered a Mandheling coffee. The coffee was carefully brewed with a rich flavor and a mild acidity, making it delicious. I felt that it had a slightly stronger bitterness compared to other branches.

Welcome! Located in the Miyanozawa district of Nishi Ward, directly connected to the Miyanozawa subway station bus terminal building underground, you will find a lineup of McDonald's, Ezokko, Yamanoya, and Meshilash. The place has a cool vibe with two staff members dressed like a master and bartender, and they are open until 8:30 pm, which is rare. I came here for the limited summer soft serve ice cream, but unfortunately, they stop serving it at 7:30 pm. I messed up! When you open the door, just say "the usual" without hesitation. Even though it was my first time here, they knew what I meant. The menu is impressive, and the prices at Miyakoshiya are good. Next time, I'll make sure to come before 7 pm. It's always the case that they stop serving soft serve just when you want it. They even offered to add sweetness to the ice cream. I tried the Ice Cafe, which was like a milkshake with lots of milk. It was slightly sweet and suitable for a child like Tom. I should have come earlier to enjoy this space. Thank you for the meal!

On March 29, 2015, it was sunny then cloudy. Today, I came to see a ballet performance at the Chieriya Hall, but I arrived a bit early so I spent some time here before the show started. The Chieriya Hall is not very spacious, but the stage is easy to see and the chairs are comfortable. The parking is also reasonable, with 1 hour free and then 100 yen for every 30 minutes. I decided to sit at a table by the aisle at Miyakoshiya, but the constant flow of people made it a bit distracting. The interior of the restaurant is dimly lit with quiet background music playing. I tried to check reviews on my smartphone, but the signal was quite weak, possibly due to being underground or a manufacturer issue. This was a first for me in Sapporo. Although I thought the hour before the show was long, time flew by as I leisurely checked my phone. I quickly finished my remaining iced coffee from Miyakoshiya Coffee, which was surprisingly asked if I wanted it unsweetened or lightly sweetened. I opted for unsweetened and found the coffee to be delicious, not too bitter or acidic. Thank you for the meal.

Miyakoshiya is a local coffee roasting shop in Sapporo, established in 1985. This particular branch is located in the basement of the Nisshin Miyakoshiya store in Sapporo. The atmosphere inside is reminiscent of a Showa-era coffee shop, with a strong tobacco smell throughout. The menu offers a variety of coffees and cakes, with the Colombia straight drip coffee being a standout choice. The milk crepe cake is also a popular option. However, the strong tobacco odor may not be appealing to non-smokers or families with young children. Overall, it is a place that would appeal to smokers, but non-smokers may find the experience less enjoyable.

Located in the basement of Miyanosawa Nishi Tomo, Miyanosuke Coffee is a perfect place to visit alone, with a calm atmosphere and mostly older customers. I ordered a Vienna coffee, which had the perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness, and it was delicious! I enjoyed it slowly. I think it's worth the 670 yen. The person I was with ordered a cappuccino, which came with a cinnamon stick. I will definitely visit again! 🎶

Sapporo has many cafes with lots of branches. I used to study for tests for a long time at one of them. This was my first time at this particular cafe. ★Visit Date and Time★ September 21, 2013 (Saturday) / Early afternoon ★Purpose★ Tea time with my aunt and husband ★Order★ Iced Cafe au Lait (650 yen) ★Order to Service Time★ About 5 minutes ★Food Review★ The cafe au lait was sweet and delicious. Even though I'm not a fan of coffee, I enjoyed it. It looked very nice. ★Recommended Points!!★ It's conveniently located near the subway ticket gate, so it's great for adjusting your schedule. The dim lighting creates a relaxing and slow-paced atmosphere. The aroma of coffee fills the air inside the cafe. The ambiance of all their branches is great.
