It's a café that feels just like an aquarium! They have a full menu from meals to desserts, so you can enjoy it for lunch, coffee, or dinner without any entrance fees! This time I tried the blueberry lemonade for 950 yen, a hot café latte for 950 yen, a limited-time crème brûlée for 900 yen, and a whole chestnut cake for 1,100 yen. The limited-time crème brûlée truly melted in my mouth, and the whole chestnut cake had a rich chestnut flavor that made me feel the essence of autumn. Spending time in this otherworldly café was wonderful. I felt like my mind was truly refreshed!

✔️Perfect for a date! A café that lets you enjoy lunch or dinner while gazing at aquariums, just like being at a water park. ✔️Recommended for families too, as you can enjoy the aquarium experience without an admission fee. I visited on a weekday at 11:00 AM and tried the following items: ___________________________ ・Chestnut Einspänner 1150 yen ・Blueberry Ade 950 yen ・Margherita Pizza 1880 yen ___________________________ First of all, I was so impressed by the beauty of the space and the fish swimming in the aquariums that it took my breath away! I love aquariums so much that visiting this place felt like a dream—an aquarium you can enjoy without an entrance fee is simply amazing. You might think the food would be pricey, but that's not the case, which is another great point! ◼︎ Margherita Pizza The pizza was loaded with cheese and had a wonderful, roasted flavor. The thickness was just right, combining chewy and crispy textures perfectly. The saltiness of the prosciutto paired well with the rich tomato sauce, and the oregano added a superb accent, creating a refined and elegant taste. ◼︎ Chestnut Einspänner This is the new autumn item. The rich chestnut flavor is complemented by thick, creamy whipped cream. It's a slightly sweet drink, but the bitterness of the Americano provides a nice balance to the taste. ◼︎ Blueberry Ade Packed with blueberry pulp, this drink gives you the chance to enjoy the taste of blueberries. There's syrup at the bottom, so make sure to mix it well before drinking. It has a refreshing sweetness that is simply delightful—available all year round. In addition, there were many tempting cakes such as: ・Fruit Shortcake 1000 yen ・Pistachio and Hazelnut Cake 980 yen ・Pumpkin Pudding Cake 980 yen ・Blueberry Cake 980 yen ・Kuromitsu Kinako Bamboo Charcoal Cake 1100 yen ・Premium Cheesecake 800 yen There were also meal options like: ・Fig and Cream Cheese Waffle 1480 yen ・Organic Soup Set 1880 yen ・Doria and Gratin Set 1880 yen and up. It's a lovely café where you can spend a relaxing time while gazing at the aquariums.

I visited the Aqua Garden Kyoto, which features an aquarium with drinks included. The cost of the drinks is essentially the same as the admission fee for the aquarium. It was almost like having the place to myself, allowing for a relaxed experience. For fish enthusiasts, the species on display are fairly common, but you can enjoy their beauty as if you're viewing a work of art in the aquariums.

Descending from the three streets, you enter a café lined with aquariums, where a smoky atmosphere creates a unique vibe. The aquariums are filled with various small fish, from those that shimmer in blue to elegant ones resembling traditional Japanese kimonos. It's a visual delight! Since it’s a café, I initially thought they only offered sweets and drinks, but I found out they also serve dinner. So, today I’m having dinner with my friend who loves cafes and came from Tokyo✨ Just watching the fish and the aquariums is fun, and I didn’t have high expectations for the food, but to my surprise… it was delicious‼️ We ordered the Margherita Pizza for 1,880 yen, and it turned out to be surprisingly large! Wait, isn’t this the same price as delivery pizza? It’s topped with mozzarella cheese, prosciutto, oregano, and fresh lettuce. The sauce is plentiful, and the crust is fluffy! The tomato sauce has just the right spiciness for an exquisite taste! Ah, what a satisfaction! Applause, applause, applause! My friend had the Organic Soup Set for 1,880 yen, which includes: - A mushroom soup that looks similar to cocoa! Tentatively taking a sip… the mushroom flavor is strong! There are plenty of finely chopped ingredients! - A sweet carrot roll. - A sweet and delicious chocolate croissant! It’s as good as the famous bakery that only exists in Kyoto. They have a one-drink policy, and I was worried this might get too expensive, but the staff recommended a 200 yen bottle of water sourced from Kumano Kodo. The staff worked incredibly hard alone for a long time, although they mentioned taking breaks. With a view of the fish, a unique atmosphere, and the quality of the pizza, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. The menu is the same for both lunch and dinner, making it convenient. The night was quiet, allowing us to relax, so it was a great experience!✨ Counter seating available for 19, and table seating for 13. Open from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM, with the last order taken at 9:30 PM. Although it’s underground, wifi is available.

On a ridiculously hot afternoon, I visited a shop that was wonderfully cool inside. The tropical fish tank added to the refreshing atmosphere, making it feel much further away from the heat outside. It was a soothing experience. I ordered an aqua yogurt smoothie and a strawberry soda—they looked great, but the taste was just okay. They were on the pricier side, but I feel like I got my money's worth with all the cute fish around!

The store has many aquariums with beautiful fish swimming, creating a calming atmosphere. There is a drink menu as well as a food menu. It was quiet when I visited in the evening, but it seems to be crowded during lunch. Generally, the prices are on the higher side. I recommend it for a date.

I must admit that compared to authentic Korean places, this one doesn't quite measure up. However, I do hope to see more cafes like this one in the future. The atmosphere here revolves around two tanks: an 8-meter tank and a layout tank, which makes it enjoyable. On this day, there weren't many clownfish around, though... The drinks do tend to be on the pricier side.

I visited "AQUAGARDEN Kyoto," an aquarium cafe that opened this February in Kyoto. It's the first store in Japan of a chain that has four locations in South Korea. I enjoyed some green tea from Ippondo. Inside the cafe, there are numerous aquariums filled with colorful tropical fish swimming around. If you look closely, you can also see rainbows appearing throughout the shop.

A popular aquarium cafe from South Korea has made its debut in Japan, opening in Kyoto at the Kawaramachi and Sanjo intersection. Upon entering the cafe, you are greeted by a natural space created with water plants and driftwood, where you can hear the sound of flowing water and the chirping of birds, instantly transporting you to a different world. The aquariums are arranged around counter and table seating, and each uniquely designed tank is like a work of art. The drinks available are made from the same recipes found at South Korea's "AQUA GARDEN CAFE," which is a delightful surprise for those who can enjoy this experience in Kyoto without having to travel to Korea. Sipping on the "Aqua Aid" (950 yen) while watching the fish swim in the tanks—sometimes, it's nice to take a moment like this.

Just an 8-minute walk from Hankyu Kawaramachi Station and 9 minutes from Kyoto City Hall Subway Station, the Korean-born Aqua Garden Kyoto has recently grand opened underground on Sanjo Street. This is the first time this trendy aquarium cafe from Korea has landed in Japan. Upon entering the cafe, you are enveloped in a botanical and ambient atmosphere. The light reflections and the mystical impressions created in each section are captivating. The natural space crafted from aquatic plants and driftwood innovatively presents underwater landscapes, showcasing an extravagant interior. The aquariums displayed in the sophisticated space feel like a condensed version of the great outdoors. The stylish skeleton chairs are arranged to provide ample space for guests to enjoy observing tropical fish and goldfish swimming gracefully, accompanied by the soothing sounds of flowing water and the aroma of wood, allowing guests to indulge all five senses. The menu features classic, crowd-pleasing options like cakes and gratins, yet many items showcase a commitment to no additives with homemade uniqueness that you can’t find elsewhere. Let’s review some recommended menu items! The Mango Aid and Aqua Aid both boast remarkable transparency, and the Aqua Aid's gradient is truly romantic! They come in generous-sized glasses, ensuring high customer satisfaction. The Seafood Macaroni Gratin, served with bread and salad on a single plate, offers a deluxe experience. You can choose from five types of bread, allowing for a personalized touch. The bamboo charcoal cake with black honey and soybean flour has a refined sweetness, making it perfect as a post-meal dessert. The refreshingly cool interior transforms into an aquarium bar at night, providing an even more mystical ambiance, making it ideal for dates. There’s also a kids' menu, making it a great spot for families and mama gatherings! Drinks and cakes are available for takeout, perfect as gifts. Additionally, terrariums are sold, making for wonderful presents. A serene oasis, this space immerses visitors in the unknown underwater world while providing a healing environment filled with negative ions, offering a delightful escape from everyday life.

While watching fish swimming leisurely in the aquarium, I enjoy a relaxing moment...♪*゚ The menu features authentic Korean dishes with a great selection of food and desserts, making it perfect for a girls' gathering or a day when you want to unwind alone! My favorite is the Ice Blue Latte, which matches the ambiance of the café beautifully. This extraordinary space makes you lose track of time... It seems that it opened in February. My niece and I went there together. As we descended into the place, there were aquariums on both sides. We first went to the very back to place our order and pay. I had an Ice Blue Latte and an Aquaade. I actually wanted some cake, but they said it’s not available yet... So we just had drinks and sat in front of the aquarium, enjoying the view of the swimming fish. It was a fantastical Korean cafe. It was a bit chilly, but we were able to relax. I would love to visit again once they have cakes available too.
