"Salmon Park Store" in Nakashibetsu, it was our first time staying there with my partner. Dinner was disappointing, but we managed to check out just in time. We couldn't find a place for lunch, so we stumbled upon a soba shop that uses locally made soba flour from Shibetsu. I really wanted some salmon flakes, so I splurged on them for 1100 yen. My youngest daughter loves them. I prefer to cook the soba based on my intuition rather than following the instructions, so I cooked it to my liking. It turned out delicious, especially when paired with tempura.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with a private room for 8 people and a table for 4 people. There is also a piano. I recommend trying the Carbonara with scallops and salmon from Shiretoko for 1200 yen. The soup pasta is also delicious.
