A slightly hard-to-find ramen shop located near Hankyu Ibaraki-shi Station. I visited because it was highly rated on Tabelog around Ibaraki-shi Station. The interior of the shop is clean and elegant, making it easy for women to enter. There were many female staff members, making the shop feel bright and welcoming. Now, I will try the Ajitama Shio Ramen for 950 yen. The taste was as other reviewers have described - refined and with a depth of flavor that is well-balanced. It was a salt ramen with a rich umami flavor from bonito flakes and clams. The chashu was freshly sliced, the scent of bonito was strong, the thick curly noodles were delicious, and the ajitama was average. It was a salt ramen that couldn't be disguised, and personally, I really loved it. The yuzu pepper went well with it, allowing for a change in flavor. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I hope this shop will be selected as one of the top 100 on Tabelog in the future. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered the Ajitama Shio Ramen. The restaurant recommended adding yuzu pepper for flavor variation. I really like the fragrant chashu and chicken broth. Wrapping the chashu and white leeks in the soup and eating them together was incredibly delicious. The fried rice was light and simple. After eating the ramen with yuzu pepper, my tongue felt numb from the spice, so the flavor seemed a bit lacking, but it was still delicious.

I visited as a second stop for lunch on a regular day. I arrived before 1 pm and was able to be seated right away. There were only 7 other customers at the time. This place is a popular branch of "Asunagashi" in Takatsuki city, with 6 locations in Osaka. The interior has a modern and stylish atmosphere with a counter seating for 5 and three 4-person tables. The spacing between seats is wide, with partitions placed between the counter seats. I ordered the "Salt Ramen for 850 yen" this time. It arrived in about 7 minutes. The soup seemed to be based on chicken broth with dried seafood added. It was light but not lacking in flavor due to the richness of the back fat. However, the presence of chicken extract was stronger than expected, which I found a bit distracting. The yuzu pepper on the table paired excellently with the soup. The medium-thick curly noodles were cooked to the right firmness, providing a good chewy texture and smoothness. The combination of these noodles with the soup was a bit unexpected. The toppings included pork shoulder, chicken extract, sprouts, and green onions. The pork shoulder, though slightly small, released a delicious meaty flavor with every bite. The large leaf from "Asunagashi" was a wonderful accent, but I personally did not enjoy the chicken extract in this ramen. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

"Tamarishoyu ramen and yakimeshi set. Located near Hankyu Ibaraki-shi Station, the popular restaurant Rin, selected as one of the top 100 shops. This is a second brand of Asunagare in Takatsuki. The salt ramen is popular, but I chose the rich soy sauce ramen because I had a hangover. Tamarishoyu ramen 850 yen, yakimeshi set (half) 250 yen. The ramen, as the name suggests, has a rich flavor and is very delicious. The noodles are slightly wavy medium thick noodles from Tairyo. Topped with thinly sliced chashu, bonito flakes, kaiware, and green onions. I also tried the yakimeshi, which was good but nothing special. I thought I should have ordered extra noodles. Next time, I want to try the salt ramen when I'm feeling better. The restaurant is operated by three people, and despite being busy, they were polite and even saw us off outside the store. It's understandable why this place is so popular. 172nd bowl in 23 years."

There is no parking lot at the restaurant, so I used a nearby coin parking lot on Sunday morning. There were only two groups inside the restaurant, so I was able to enter without waiting. Upon entering, an employee asked me to purchase a meal ticket, and after purchasing it, I took a seat. The salt-flavored ramen and half fried rice set was delicious. The soup was not too light, with a strong flavor of chicken broth. The noodles were thick and curly, similar to Okinawa soba noodles, and they went well with the soup. The toppings, such as chashu pork, seasoned egg, and mustard greens, complemented the soup and noodles very well. The fried rice was more like pilaf, with a gentle flavor. It may be delicious for some, but those who prefer fried rice might find it lacking. The service was neither good nor bad. Overall, it was a decently delicious ramen. Thank you for the meal.

●●Waiting Situation●●
I arrived at the restaurant on a holiday at 11:15 am! There are 6 people waiting outside. I was seated 20 minutes later! It's unbelievable that this level of quality is no longer a hundred-yen shop, haha.
●●Order●●
I ordered the "Salt Chashu Ramen" for 1150 yen, with an additional "Flavored Egg" for 100 yen, and a "Fried Rice (regular size)" for 550 yen!
●●Soup●●
The soup is delicious, with a combination of chicken-based umami and dried ingredients' umami! Although it's not too salty, it has a rich umami flavor that is excellent! It's a delicious salt soup that would appeal to everyone. It's no wonder it's one of the top popular shops in Osaka!
●●Noodles●●
The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles. They have a chewy texture and are elastic! These noodles are also great!
●●Chashu●●
There are plenty of thinly sliced pork chashu in the ramen! You can really taste the meaty flavor, and it's not too heavy, which complements the soup well.
●●Fried Rice●●
The fried rice is also incredibly delicious! It doesn't use the typical soy sauce base found in many ramen shops but probably a salt base instead. It looks simple, but the seasoning is just right, and the fluffy texture is amazing! This is some tasty fried rice!!
●●Overall Impression●●
This renowned salt ramen shop in Osaka definitely lives up to its reputation. It was incredibly delicious! The springy noodles with the clear soup are irresistible. Thank you for the meal!

Hello! It's Ramen Walking! Today, I visited Ramen Uroko in Ibaraki City and tried their "Ajitama Tadare Shoyu Ramen". I had previously visited their branch in Nishinakajima and the taste of their Shio Ramen still lingers in my memory. This time, I wanted to try their Tadare Shoyu in Ibaraki City. I arrived at 8:00 pm and was seated at the counter without having to wait. I ordered the Ajitama Tadare Shoyu Ramen for 950 yen. The soup looked dark and spicy at first glance, but when I took a sip, I could taste the richness and sweetness of the soy sauce. The chicken oil on the surface added a unique flavor. The thick curly noodles were cloudy and had a strong wheat flavor, providing a satisfying chewiness. The toppings included chashu, seasoned egg, green onions, bean sprouts, and chicken flakes. Although not spicy, they complemented the rich soup well, with the refreshing taste of the green onions and bean sprouts and the smoky aroma of the chicken flakes. I finished my meal promptly and was impressed by the attentive service, confirming that this is indeed a renowned restaurant. Thank you, Ramen Uroko in Ibaraki City! Total steps today: 13,203 steps. No matter what anyone says, my favorite ramen is the one I had at the Ibaraki branch of Rink. It's not meat ramen or maze-soba, but the ramen I had there is the most delicious I've ever had. I love it so much that I would eat it as much as I do sushi or yakiniku! If someone asked me if I wanted to go for yakiniku, sushi, or Rink, I would seriously hesitate. That's how much I love it! But it's too far away. I've only been there twice, and the photo is from 9 years ago. Remember when we used to take photos like this? I kept this one because I love Rink so much. ❤️

It was my second visit and the quality was consistent. The taste is clean with a nice saltiness and delicious umami flavor. The fried rice is surprisingly tasty, so I recommend ordering it as a set. It was mealtime, but the restaurant was empty, maybe because of its location or prices.

The broth is light but has a depth that deserves high praise. The noodles are chewy and have a nice texture. It's just the right amount for someone with a small appetite like me at lunchtime. However, for an average man, it might be slightly lacking in quantity. There was no line during peak hours on a weekday, and the service was speedy. I'm looking forward to trying their Tamarishoyu next time. ( ◠‿◠ )

I was seated at a table, but due to the layout, it felt like a bench seat with people sitting side by side. The interior of the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a cozy atmosphere. I ordered the salt ramen, which was topped with a light sprinkle of bonito flakes resembling white snow. The ramen had a strong salt flavor, with a clear taste that paired well with the savory broth and noodles, making it very delicious. The fried rice was lightly seasoned but still had all the essential flavors, complementing the ramen very well.

The number one popular salt ramen with seasoned egg and half portion of fried rice. It's been a while since I finished the soup completely, even with the addition of yuzu pepper for a different taste. The fried rice was just right, not too salty or bland, perfect to eat with the salt ramen. The restaurant had a clean interior and the service was fast, very satisfying experience!

I had a job in Ibaraki and was invited by my boss to visit a ramen shop. It was 11:20 AM and there were already 8 customers waiting. The turnover was fast, and I got in after waiting for about 10 minutes. We were signaled by the staff to buy our meal tickets while waiting in line. The menu was simple. I ordered salt ramen and half fried rice for 1100 yen. The fried rice had a good texture with plenty of rice grains, which I liked. I usually prefer rich and heavy ramen, but the salt ramen here was light with no greasy soup or chashu, and I thought it was nice to have a refreshing ramen like this once in a while. However, when considering the price, portion size, and taste overall, I honestly didn't feel like waiting in line again to eat here next time.

About a 2-minute walk from Hankyu Ibaraki-shi Station, down a back alley. I peeked into the residential area and found it! The interior is very bright and clean, making it easy for women to enter. I purchased a meal ticket at the entrance and chose the Ajitama Ramen (salt). The noodles were default size, although you could have gotten a large serving, but overeating is not recommended. Ramen is a matter of personal preference, so opinions may vary, but I like the salt ramen here. The soup has just the right amount of fat, salt, and a nice aroma from the dried fish flakes. The fine pork back fat adds a moderate richness. I always thought salt ramen had thin noodles, but these were thick, curly noodles. They had a smooth texture and were delicious. (I should have gotten the large serving of noodles after all...) The seasoned egg was half-cooked, which was just right as I don't like it too runny, making the soup cloudy. The chashu was thinly sliced and refreshing. Personally, I prefer it to be cooked more thoroughly... The condiments included white onions and daikon radish. I would have liked more onions, but it's nice that the taste doesn't linger in your mouth after eating. Thank you for the meal! I heard that the salt ramen was popular, but I was drawn to the black visual and chose the soy sauce ramen instead. The soup had a surprisingly light sweetness that I couldn't have imagined from its appearance. The noodles were thick and chewy. The soy sauce ramen was quite good. Soy sauce ramen and half-fried rice for 1000 yen.

This is a ramen shop located a short walk from Ikeda-shi Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line. I visited for lunch on a Sunday. This shop is known for its delicious salt ramen. According to the ticket machine at the entrance of the shop, they offer three types of ramen: salt, soy sauce, and cold noodles. Side menu options include water dumplings, fried rice, and rice. I ordered the salt ramen for 850 yen and water dumplings for 350 yen. The ramen arrived with a fragrant bonito flakes topping. The soup was mild but had a solid saltiness. The presence of fat was not overwhelming, giving a refreshing taste. The flavor was consistent and delicious. The thinly sliced chashu had a good balance of saltiness. The noodles were hand-kneaded curly flat noodles, chewy and elastic. Despite not seeming like a match for salt ramen, they surprisingly complemented each other well. It was an excellent example of a refreshing salt ramen. It was a delightful meal.

I visited "Ramen Uroko" in Ibaraki City for the first time and ordered the salt ramen, but the soy sauce ramen that the staff was eating looked delicious, so I decided to try the soy sauce ramen instead. The taste was amazing, with a sharp soy sauce flavor and a gentle broth that spread in my mouth. The soy sauce was also delicious. There was a condiment on the table, and the staff recommended trying it for flavor variation, but I like yuzu pepper so I used that instead. Thank you for the meal!

I had some errands to run in Ibaraki and finally had the chance to visit this restaurant that I had been wanting to check out for a while. I ordered the Ajitama Shio Ramen. Even before tasting the soup, the aroma of the shaved bonito flakes on top filled the air. It turns out that these are not bonito flakes, but an original chicken broth made from chicken breast. This restaurant is actually a second brand of Asuraku in Takatsuki. I've only been to Asuraku once, but the salt ramen here has a completely different flavor profile with chicken broth here and shiso at Asuraku. There is a small amount of back fat floating on the surface, but the soup overall gives a refreshing impression. The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles. Unlike the thin noodles at Asuraku, these are chewy with a hint of sweetness. I added a little yuzu pepper from the table condiments halfway through, which brought a nice change with the citrus aroma and a slight spiciness. Despite being light, this ramen had a strong umami flavor from both seafood and animal broth. I also became interested in their cloudy soy sauce ramen, so I would like to try that next time.

Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture [Uroko] Open at 11:00 No parking lot, but there is a coin parking nearby for 200 yen/40 minutes. The location of the shop is a bit hard to find even with Google Maps. I ordered salt ramen and fried rice, and they arrived promptly. They are delicious and make you want to eat more. The taste is light and not too oily. The yuzu pepper is spicy, but it goes well with the dishes.

I attended a mini lecture event organized by my alma mater and decided to have lunch before the event at a restaurant recommended on Tabelog. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was a line of about 10 customers waiting outside. The staff efficiently took orders while we waited, and once inside, the service was excellent. I was seated at the counter and my order was already placed. I enjoyed a delicious salt ramen and half fried rice, both of which were perfectly prepared. The noodles had a great texture and the salt soup had a wonderful flavor with a hint of richness from the pork fat. The toppings of radish and green onions added a fresh touch. I finished the meal feeling satisfied and ready to enjoy the lecture event. It was a pleasant afternoon enjoying a tasty meal and an interesting lecture.

Cost performance: ★★★★☆
Budget: ¥1000
Atmosphere: Relatively stylish and clean. The interior is refined like the scales of a fish. A hidden gem of the scales.
Recommended dish: Spicy Mixed Noodles (¥900)
Every time I visit this place, I struggle between choosing the salt-based or spicy mixed noodles... This time, I was in the mood for something a bit richer, so I went with the spicy option! The mixed noodles here at this place are quite unique, unlike anything I've seen elsewhere. The first thing that catches your eye is the large amount of shaved bonito flakes. When mixed with the soy sauce-based sauce below, it absorbs the sauce and enhances the flavor significantly. The noodles are twisted flat noodles that cling well and the ingredients are lifted properly. There are small diced char siu pork pieces scattered throughout, along with large thinly sliced char siu pork that has a tender fatty texture. The amount of meat is quite substantial, providing a satisfying experience. The spiciness is mild but gradually builds up, creating a deliciously spicy flavor.
In conclusion, I highly recommend trying this original and unique spicy mixed noodles that you won't find elsewhere. It was incredibly delicious!
