As expected from a popular restaurant, the sake and dishes at No.6 were delicious! I occasionally post on Instagram ☆ sato_hiros. On Saturday, today, I watched a movie in the morning and felt like going out for drinks in the afternoon. I saw on Instagram that there was a tasting set of my favorite No.6, which I had been wanting to try for a while but hadn't had the chance to. The place opened at 3 pm, and there was one group already there. I wonder what time they open from? First, I tried the tasting set of No.6. Personally, I like X, so I wanted to order it separately, but they don't sell it individually. It cost 2,000 yen, not too high but not cheap either. I wonder if they source their sake from Sakuramoto-san? The first sip of X after a long time was really good. As for the side dishes, the taraba crab and cheese tempura was good, but honestly, it tasted like imitation crab. Maybe it was marinated in miso? The miso-pickled okra, cream cheese, and celery were all delicious and made good accompaniments. The potato chips were also good and went well with the sake. The original chips of this kind that I've had were the best from Kamoshiya. I sat near the entrance, where the warm air from outside felt nice, but a regular customer started smoking right at the entrance, and the smell filled the room. Honestly, I wish they would say something about smoking. It's better than rushing to clean up plates and glasses. If they don't address it, it can ruin the relaxing atmosphere and make it hard to enjoy a leisurely drink. I also noticed that there weren't many people there, and the staff were in a hurry to clear things away, which was a bit distracting. The sake and dishes were good, but there were a lot of things that bothered me. That's my honest opinion.

Let's have a farewell party near Nishi 11-chome with the Hokkaido members. It might get a bit lively, but thanks to Manager Kamoshiya, we were able to hold the event. The manager arranged a 7000 yen course with all-you-can-drink. There were plenty of dishes and just the right amount. Great choice!

Located near the western end of Odori Park in Sapporo, Kamoshoya offers a wide selection of local Japanese sake. The all-you-can-drink option is a great deal for tourists, and the food is delicious, allowing you to enjoy both the drinks and dishes little by little. Everything is tasty and, most importantly, affordable! ✨

It's been about a year since my last visit. This time, I opted for the 5000 yen course. Although this restaurant does not offer all-you-can-drink options, the course comes with it, making it a great deal. Moreover, the selection of all-you-can-drink includes around 10 types of wonderful local sake, as well as the option to choose from five types of sake from outside the region, making it a fantastic value. Now, let's talk about today's course... Although it's a sake bar, they also serve Western-style dishes, which are absolutely delicious. First, we had pumpkin soup to protect our stomachs (it was so deliciously sweet), followed by a platter of five appetizers. Among them was a potato salad topped with salted squid, which was amazing. The potato salad was incredibly tasty, and it paired perfectly with the salted squid. We all agreed that we wanted a whole bowl of it... Next, the sashimi was fresh and delicious without any strong flavors. The sake selection, despite being all-you-can-drink, consisted of fruity and elegant options, which made it easy to keep drinking and forget to take photos along the way... The risotto as the final dish was a garlic-infused creamy base, and we finished it all in no time. The quality in just two hours was superb. Thank you for the feast. Next time, I want to order the potato salad as a single dish...

On a regular night, three of us decided to go out for dinner and made a last-minute reservation at a restaurant near Nishi 11-chome Station known for its delicious sake. We arrived at 6:30 pm and found a cozy atmosphere with dim lighting. The restaurant had counter seating, regular tables, and semi-private tables in the back. Unfortunately, since it was a same-day reservation, we couldn't enjoy the discounted all-you-can-drink course. We started with individual drinks, opting for draft beer. The light glass was perfect. For food, we ordered homemade potato salad with bonito flakes, sashimi with ponzu sauce, and deep-fried local chicken with basil mayo. Everything was delicious. We transitioned from beer to a wide selection of sake, enjoying brands like Fukui's Ipponmikikubomoten and Ishikawa's Nishide Brewery's Shunshin. The sake was so good that we ended up drinking too much. It was a delightful evening with tasty sake and food. Thank you for the meal!

I heard that there is an all-you-can-drink delicious sake option on weekday nights, so I made a reservation and visited the restaurant. The restaurant is quietly located on the south side of Nishi 11-chome Station, and the atmosphere is nice. The interior is calm and has an adult atmosphere. There are 7 counter seats, 5 table seats, and we were guided to a table seat with a sunken kotatsu for 4 people. Today's course with all-you-can-drink option costs 4,500 yen, and you can choose from 10 types of local sake and 3 types of sake from outside the region. First, we toasted with draft beer! The menu for today includes:
- Assorted appetizers: ① Homemade potato salad with bonito and sake lees, ② Three types of mushroom nametake, ③ Dry fruit and cream cheese wrapped in prosciutto, ④ Firefly squid marinated in the open sea. Everything is delicious! Especially the combination of potato salad and sake lees is interesting. Let's switch to sake right away. There are many types such as Junmai Daiginjo and Hiyaroshi, and it's hard to decide. Let's start with Hitoroki. It's interesting to be served in a wine glass, you can really smell the good aroma.
- Salad with dried fish and tofu with soy-based Japanese dressing, refreshing.
- Sashimi: Tuna red meat, octopus, flounder, scallop. Delicious.
- Seasonal vegetable fritters with mushrooms. Crispy texture with salt.
- Grilled herb chicken from Nakasatsunai. The aroma is nice. The chicken is juicy and the skin is crispy, simple seasoning brings out the flavor of the chicken.
- Small shrimp fried rice. Crispy and fragrant, enhanced with the flavor of shrimp.
- Yogurt gelato. Gentle acidity, simply delicious. The food is delicious, the sake selection is good! If you want to enjoy delicious sake at a reasonable price, this is a good restaurant. Thank you for the meal!

"Kamoshiya" in Sapporo, there were two of us. For the second place, Yome-san was searching diligently at the first place. Finally, just in time, she revealed that it was "Kamoshiya." When we arrived, I wondered what this place used to be. Have you been here before? It's a Japanese sake bar, a place popular with young people. Yome-san ordered the "Evening Set" which includes one drink of your choice and a set of 6 assorted snacks for 1580 yen. I chose the "Sake Tasting Set" where you can choose 2 types of sake from 5 options. Yome-san also ordered something called "Saba no Nanchara." The tofu allows you to enjoy the changing flavors in your mouth, while the edamame seemed to have a sake-based seasoning. The "Caponata" was surprisingly delicious, and the "Prosciutto Cream Cheese Roll" had a sweet ham. The "Potato Salad with Fish Sauce" was intriguing, and even though I wasn't sure about it, it turned out to be tasty. I thought I couldn't eat any of them, but ended up finishing everything. I don't eat horse mackerel, but I found the "Shime Saba no Nanchara" to be too much with sesame oil. I ordered Japanese sake to balance it out. The waitress understood my request for something "heavy" without me having to explain too much. It's best not to ask too many questions, as understanding too much can make things confusing. The waitress was quite skilled at understanding the customer's preferences from the first few words. When I chose Otoko Yama, I was surprised at first, but then I realized it wasn't Asahikawa, so it made sense.

We arrived at the restaurant after 10 pm, but they welcomed us warmly. Since it's a sake bar, we started with some sake. We tried the Hokuto Suison/Junmai Ginjo. The sake was served in wine glasses, which was a nice touch. We ordered the slowly grilled beef tongue, miso-marinated dishes, grilled edamame, and assorted sashimi. The grilled edamame had a delicious smoky flavor. The sashimi was thickly cut and paired well with the sake. The miso-marinated dishes included octopus, cod roe, lotus root, okra, yam, and cheese, all of which were perfect with sake. We also added the "becco tamago" for an extra 150 yen, which was delicious. The beef tongue was cooked perfectly rare, tender, and flavorful. We left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

On July 9, 2020, I visited a sake bar called "Kamoshoya"✨ I was surprised by the variety of sake and side dishes✨ Since I'm not a fan of sake, I tried the sparkling sake "Hitotoki" and "Puchipuchi"✨ Both were sweet and easy to drink❤️ There were several other types of sparkling sake available as well. The food was delicious, and I ended up ordering too much. One thing that was a bit disappointing was that the salt provided with the corn tempura and summer vegetable tempura was truffle salt. I think regular rock salt or green tea salt would have been better. It was a shame to have the delicious vegetables taste only like truffle. I'm sorry for being presumptuous with my amateur palate. However, when I asked the staff for regular salt and tried it, it was indeed tastier✨ A great place❤️ Sake lovers should definitely visit❤️

I felt like eating Japanese food, so I searched and found a nice restaurant to visit. It's called Kamoshiya, located near Nishi 11-chome. Even though I came by car and couldn't drink, they had a variety of sake and other alcoholic beverages. I opted for a yuzu soda as my drink. Here are my thoughts on the dishes I tried:
- Ratatouille: Cold ratatouille, refreshing but could use a bit more flavor.
- Nameko Mushroom: Can't remember the exact type of nameko, but it wasn't very flavorful. I prefer a stronger taste, maybe with more miso.
- Tuna Sashimi: Tender and soft tuna, with an average taste.
- Corn Tempura: I love this type of tempura, crispy and delicious.
- Flounder with Sea Urchin Roll: Light flounder with a hint of sea urchin, although the sea urchin flavor was subtle.
- Beef Tongue Steak: Crispy texture, juicy beef tongue.
Overall, the portions were not too large, making it a good amount for trying out different dishes. Thank you for the meal.

Thank you from all over the country! Met a fun local person at the second bar, now we're good friends and planning to go out again. We had a blast at the #AoyanMiteru festival on Instagram and in real life. The third bar was a popular local spot called #Kamoshiya. We barely made it in before closing time and enjoyed some delicious soda mixed with Japanese sake from Hokkaido. We were already tipsy and having a great time, even ended up doing some indirect kissing. There was a mysterious performer who turned out to be a designer, performer, and business owner all in one. The lady next to us, named Rhea, is one of fewer than 10 people with that name in Japan. I made some drinking buddies in Sapporo and it was the best! Let's go again soon. Cheers to becoming the kind of adult who can make friends as long as there's alcohol around. Happy birthday to me, starting off the year on a high note. The food is also great, around 2000 yen. Please recommend fun drinking spots and delicious food. Follow me for more info on my Instagram stories. During the 2019 Autumn Fest, it started pouring down rain so we decided to move to a sake shop that a friend had been interested in. It was crowded even though it was a weekday! Mostly middle-aged and older people. Luckily, we had made a reservation over the phone beforehand. It was a bit dark inside, making it hard to read the menu. The recommended sake served warm was the "Yamahai Taka Koya," which was smooth and easy to drink. The "Shoryu Hourai" might be better served cold. The appetizers included simmered kelp, salted fish roe potato salad, and shrimp with vinegar miso, all of which were delicious and paired well with the sake. Especially the shrimp with vinegar miso was tasty! Although having three appetizers for the second round was a bit much. The chilled sake "Biwa no Sasarou Junmai Daiginjo" had a deep flavor and was easy to drink without any acidity. The "Saku Junmai Daiginjo" was fruity and sweet, which I personally enjoyed. We also added a dashimaki tamago, which was served with soy sauce on the side. It was soft and flavorful, with a strong dashi aroma. Pouring soy sauce overpowered the dashi flavor a bit. I would like to come back with an empty stomach next time and sit at the counter. The restroom was also lovely. Thank you for the meal!

I can't drink sake, but I was captivated by the food and decided to go (*´ω`*) I made a reservation and went (*´ω`*) The interior of the restaurant had a stylish atmosphere, more like a bar than an izakaya (Japanese pub) (゜_゜) I'm not very stylish myself, so I felt a little out of place _(^^;)ゞ Anyway, I started with a fruit sake made from sake lees and soda with mikan (mandarin orange) flavor. It was recommended by the staff as sweet, so (*´ω`*) Cheers with my friend (^^)/\(^^) The mikan sake was sweet and easy to drink (*´ω`*) For food, we ordered sake lees miso pickles with celery, burdock root, and yam. The flavors were strong but the vegetables still had a crunchy texture. They were just right as a side dish for sake (о´∀`о) Homemade yuba (tofu skin) topped with ikura (salmon roe) was delicious, with the ikura popping in your mouth and the yuba slightly sweet. We added some soy sauce for extra flavor (*´∀`)♪ The live flounder with sea urchin roll was also delicious. The sea urchin was sweet and I dipped the flounder in soy sauce to enjoy it (*´ω`*) The tuna and avocado with wasabi dressing was also delicious (*´ω`*) The eggplant meat sauce baked with rice bran was lighter and more delicious than pasta (*´ω`*) We also added some namero (minced fish) which was tasty (*´ω`*) For the finale, I had sanma (Pacific saury) and broccoli tomato risotto, while my mother had katsuo (bonito) and eggplant and myoga (Japanese ginger) peperoncino. The risotto had a refreshing tomato flavor (*´ω`*) The peperoncino was also delicious with the flavors of the ingredients shining through and a light taste (*´ω`*) Overall, the dishes were a bit on the smaller side, perfect for pairing with sake (*´ω`*) The restaurant's name, Kamoshiya, lives up to its reputation with a wide variety of sake options. As someone who can't drink sake, I may have used this restaurant in a slightly unconventional way _(^^;)ゞ

Three middle-aged men enjoyed the beer garden in Odori Park in Sapporo, and then searched for a second venue in the area around Nishi 11-chome. They found this restaurant on Tabelog, made a reservation immediately, and were led to a box seat near the counter. The interior was like a bar counter, with a neat display of Japanese sake bottles in the back. The atmosphere was bright and sophisticated, with no shady darkness typical of bars. They ordered a sweet potato shochu with soda, and started choosing dishes. The first dish was homemade squid salted fish roe, which brought out the natural bitterness and saltiness of the squid, creating a taste that went well with the shochu. The second dish was raw horse mackerel, which was fresh and delicious with the right balance of flavors. They then switched to sake, enjoying the "Tenmei" brand. The third dish was sashimi of golden eye snapper, with a delicate taste that allowed the fish's flavor to shine. The skin was slightly shrunk, indicating the chef's attention to detail in preparing the dish. The fourth dish was Caesar salad with avocado and prosciutto, which was delicious and had a great combination of flavors. The fifth dish was sea bream rice tea, which was well-prepared with clean rice and flavorful broth. The customers were impressed by the delicate dishes and carefully selected drinks. The only complaint was that the non-smoking environment was almost ruined by the presence of a single smoker at the counter. All in all, they found a great restaurant with a clean and stylish interior, and they hoped to come back again.

It's an elegant restaurant. Today, I enjoyed delicious sake and dishes at the counter. The sake is served in a wine glass, which is stylish. The fruit liqueur is full of fruitiness, making it easy to drink. The dishes are also stylish and delicious! The cream cheese and dried fruit wrapped in prosciutto are beautifully presented. Other dishes like sake-steamed gratin, miso-marinated dishes, and rolled omelette were also delicious. The delicious sake and dishes made the conversation lively.

The day before, I drank until late at night and couldn't bring myself to drink at lunchtime. I arranged to meet at 4 pm and had a friend pick me up at the hotel by taxi. I happened to find out that this day, the restaurant had a lunchtime drink special a few times a month, offering all drinks for 90 minutes from 3 pm to 6 pm for 1980 yen. There is no cover charge or service charge, but each person must order at least one food item. One of my companions hadn't eaten anything since morning, so we ordered a lot of food (laughs). The dishes were generally delicious, but the dashi-based dishes were recommended here. Although I didn't try it, the oden can also be expected to be good. The ankimo placed on top of the turnip is grilled with miso, but it's probably best to eat it with ponzu sauce (laughs). We tried various types of sake while tasting each other's, but the most delicious one was the "Sei Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake," which has a sweet taste and a fresh, slightly sparkling feel. It was especially delicious because it's a mouth-opening type. Surprisingly, even those who like dry sake gave it high praise.

I visited this restaurant for the first time at a year-end party with my friends. It was a quiet place where you could enjoy delicious food and drinks. The course menu was 5000 yen per person with all-you-can-drink included. The all-you-can-drink options included local sake plus your choice of 5 other types of alcohol. The selection even included fruit liqueurs that are not typically part of all-you-can-drink menus, which felt like a great deal. The appetizers were visually appealing and the simmered kelp was a delight. The salad was unique, with no dressing provided - instead, seasoned vegetables were mixed with fresh vegetables. The sashimi assortment included button shrimp, which was a treat for shrimp lovers. The seafood hot pot featured oysters and scallops that enhanced the delicious broth. The soup was light, but the beef steak that followed was a generous portion. Even though I was already full, I enjoyed every bite. The meal ended with a refreshing sherbet. The atmosphere was elegant and I felt like it was a sophisticated adult space. I would like to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

The first stop on my gourmet trip in Sapporo was at Kamoshya, where I found Hokkaido's shirako ponzu that I had been wanting to try. I stumbled upon this good restaurant on Tabelog and it was a great start to my enjoyable Sapporo gourmet journey. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious! Thank you for the meal. Shirako ponzu, foie gras sauté, lily root fritters, miso pickled with sake lees, and a five-point platter - oysters, mentaiko, eggplant, yam, and okra. Along with a few Sapporo Classic beers.

First visit to Kamoshiya. Even though it was a weekday, it seemed to be fully booked so I made a reservation and visited on a weekday! The staff's polite phone response was also good. I arrived around 7pm, but it was already almost full! I'm glad I made a reservation! There was a card on the table that said "Thank you for your reservation" and it felt welcoming. It was a table for two people, but it was a bit cramped. If the table was a little wider, I wouldn't have felt stressed. We ordered a range of dishes from light to main, but there were noticeable out-of-stock items. The way they handled that was smooth and good. The cuisine was overall creative Japanese. The dishes were all modern and beautifully presented, often leaving empty spaces on the plates to enjoy. The taste was good, and the vegetables marinated in sake lees were very delicious. And they paired well with sake. It made me want to try other things too. It was great. The seats were narrow, but the atmosphere was calm, so it was good. I want to go again.
