So next time, I think I'll just order the thick-cut beef tongue. The rice is also worthy of five stars, thanks to the rice meister. The rice cooked in a pot was very tasty, and I had three helpings. The combination of beef tongue and tororo rice is outstanding. I asked for a second serving of rice, about half of what I had before, and added beef tongue curry on top. That was delicious. Adding the beef tongue made the flavor explode; beef tongue curry and beef tongue go well together—that's obvious. The total price was 4,700 yen. Well, it makes sense that it's a Tokyo price since it's a Tokyo restaurant. If I hadn’t ordered the green tea and ikura, I could have kept it around 3,000 yen. Personally, I was happy to taste the unique texture of the tongue's tip. It was quite a nice experience.
