Kishita Hibiki in Osaka is the savior of the steak industry! The cooking of the Chateaubriand is absolutely perfect (#^.^#). A promising new star has opened in Hozenji Yokocho (^o^)丿 with thick-cut tongue steak, specially selected thick-cut hangar steak in a BBQ style, caviar wagyu yukke, wagyu toro sushi, and toro-taku sushi among other favorites—it's a parade of deliciousness that deserves applause and a standing ovation\(^o^)/. This new meat entertainment experience is fully occupied with international customers☆ What an amazing restaurant has opened! I can't wait to visit again. It's a precious place to simply enjoy the meat I love (●^o^●). Kishita Hibiki, which carefully grills chunks of meat over charcoal, is definitely one to watch out for(^^ゞ. It was incredibly delicious!♬

In the end, it comes to about 15,000 yen! For that price, I would rather have a delicious filet at F1. The lobster is really small, and it costs an extra 2,800 yen. Overall, the only thing I found delicious was the dessert. It feels like a place aimed at foreigners and hosts! The meat isn't tasty at all! I don't think I'll visit again! It was more like raw hamburger than yukhoe!

At "Kiseta Hibiki" in Namba, the course meal costs 9,800 yen. Additional charges apply for items like Yukhoe (+1,500 yen), today's assorted appetizers, and the lobster (+2,800 yen). If you want the 150g fillet, it’s an extra 1,500 yen. There are also herb crispy potatoes and various desserts, which can increase the final bill. Many teppanyaki restaurants tend to have such additional costs. The first floor has only counter seating, but when you go up to the second floor, there’s a spacious and stylish lounge area with 15 counter seats. Today's assorted appetizers included sesame-fried white fish, boiled shrimp, blanched spiderwort, low-temperature cooked duck, stewed eggplant, lotus root chips, grilled tuna tartare, and grilled octopus, as well as Japanese-style salad with persimmon and sweetened sweet potatoes. For dessert, there were three options, and I ordered the mandarin panna cotta. There was a very friendly half-Japanese staff member whose service was particularly memorable. I visited the yakiniku restaurant "Kitan Hibiki" located in Namba, Osaka. It's about a 5-minute walk from Namba Station, situated near Hozenji. The interior has a modern Japanese style, and it's stylish and cool. The lighting is just right, creating a relaxing atmosphere where you can unwind. ✴︎⭐︎ Today's Menu ⭐︎✴︎ ▱ Aged Thick Sliced Tongue Steak ▱ Skirt Steak ▱ Chateaubriand ▱ Caviar Yukke ▱ Wagyu Toro Taku Sushi The presentation was beautiful, and the meat looked sparkling. The dishes were also gorgeous. The meat was juicy and tender, truly luxurious. With each bite, the rich flavor burst forth. I’m grateful for the heartfelt hospitality. I enjoyed my meal from start to finish in a state of happiness. Next time, I’d like to try out the bar as well. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I made a reservation for lunchtime and went there. As soon as I arrived, I recognized the staff member with the bad attitude that I had read about in reviews. From their way of speaking and demeanor, I could tell they seemed unmotivated, which put a damper on my mood. The interior was stylish and had an air of sophistication, but that was ruined by this person. Everyone else was very pleasant. I had a hamburger for my meal. I was looking forward to the meat, but... while I think they tried to bring out the natural flavor of the meat, it ended up lacking in taste. The patty was also quite bland. The bun, on the other hand, was crispy and had a unique texture that might be divisive among people.

The food is delicious♪ The taste is great, but the level of the staff is quite low. It's disappointing that there isn't a single staff member checking the condition of the restaurant and the customers. Considering the location with many foreign tourists, it's disheartening to think that this is the level of Japanese hospitality. It's such a waste since they use good quality meat. They probably wouldn't understand what I'm saying. Since they aren't paying attention to the customers, no one realizes what's happening in the restaurant. All I see are the backs of the employees. It's a shame.

I finally got to visit a restaurant I've wanted to go to since before it opened. The manager, who is also in charge of cooking, has a broad perspective and excels in both cooking and customer service—I'd rate his cooking 100 points and his service 200 points. He pays attention to the little details, and he is truly a wonderful person. I'm confident that he would excel in any job he took on (he might be the owner too). I ordered a hamburger and a meat set meal, and the hamburger was juicy, with clearly high-quality buns. The meat set meal was also satisfying and filling. In Nansemba, there’s a popular barbecue restaurant called "Kishta". This June, they opened a new concept store, "Kishta Hibiki", in Hozenji. This location features counter seating on the first and second floors, and while you can still enjoy barbecue here, they also offer aged steak and hamburgers, making it quite popular among international visitors! We have a reservation for the ANNIVERSARY COURSE priced at 12,000 yen, which includes a toast with champagne and a dessert plate—perfect for celebrations. Here’s what you can expect in the course: - Champagne - Hibiki Yukke (raw beef with egg yolk) - Toro-taku maki sushi - Assorted kimchi and namul (seasoned vegetables) - Salad - Sirloin sukiyaki - Barbecue cuts: rump, ichibo, haneshita, and thick-sliced harami - Steamed rice from a clay pot - Steak - Dessert plate One of the highlights is the Yukke, which is finished with an egg yolk right in front of you. The rich yolk pairs perfectly with the meat, creating a delicious combination! The toro-taku maki has ichibo on the outside and sirloin on the inside, allowing you to enjoy different cuts of meat. The barbecue starts with the sirloin sukiyaki, and at just the right moment, the clay pot rice is ready, making it hard to resist! I have been to "㐂舌," one of the top places in Osaka for delicious aged meat, several times. They opened a new location in June, so of course I had to visit! The area around Namba Station is filled with Japanese people, but as soon as you step into the dining district, it quickly transforms into a bustling scene of foreigners. The new store, "㐂舌響," is located right next to Hozenji. The other locations, "㐂舌韻" and "Yakiniku Kitan," are also in the same Hozenji area but further down the street. Upon entering, the interior has a woody design, which is different from their other locations. Right by the entrance is a cold storage unit displaying the meat, and there’s a grill in front of the counter that gets you excited right away. I was thrilled to see the meat laid out and couldn't stop taking pictures! We started with: - **Mushroom Soup**: It feels like autumn already! Even though it was still hot outside, the warm soup prepared my stomach perfectly. Its rich flavor and the wonderful aroma of mushrooms are simply irresistible, making me want a second helping. - **Hibiki Yukke**: Mixing the dish as I add a luscious egg yolk, sour cream, and truffle sauce. The egg yolk is undoubtedly delicious, but the sour cream and truffle sauce complement it so well without overshadowing the meat's flavor. - **Appetizer Platter**: I was amazed to see a beautiful and luxurious platter that looked like traditional Japanese cuisine. It was filled with autumn flavors, featuring ginkgo nuts, persimmons, sweet potatoes, and a small dish of tuna. It’s fun to have a refreshing change before diving back into the meat! By the way, it seems that a new autumn menu had just started that day. Following the platter was a perfectly grilled: - **Norwegian Salmon**: Tender salmon served with ikura (salmon roe). The manager, Tony, is great with foreign guests and speaks fluent Kansai dialect! There’s also a rice expert present, with delicious Italian wines available; the service is exceptional. You can walk in off the street to enjoy great meat, and I had seen many burger photos in reviews. If you ask, they will make those too, so at "㐂舌," you can explore various styles of meat dishes! I couldn't contain my excitement as I visited "Kiseta Hibiki," the new restaurant from the Kiseta group that opened in a beautifully renovated traditional Japanese house. Since its opening, I've been intrigued by it. When I entered at the reserved time and climbed the stairs to the second floor, I was left speechless, captivated by the stunning Japanese space. My excitement skyrocketed! For the meal, we had a course selected for that day. ■ Mushroom Soup: A fragrant, soothing soup that brings hints of early autumn. ■ Ichibo Yukke: Even before tasting it, I knew it was going to be delicious. The shape was exquisite, and when I took a bite, it exceeded all expectations. It was so delicious I almost cried! ■ Appetizers: Shrimp, Tsurumurazaki, sesame-fried sea bream, baked sweet potato and persimmon with white miso, fried ginkgo nuts, and tuna tataki. Kisuta Hibiki offers not only steak and yakiniku but also hamburgers. The interior is very chic, with a first-floor counter, a second-floor U-shaped counter, and a bar counter. I visited for a gourmet king private event in the U-shaped counter on the second floor. They use high-quality meat like Manyo beef, and it was indeed delicious. Kisuta is known for aging their meat, which really enhances the flavor. You can feel the owner's, Mr. Takeshita's, sense of style in the decor, delicious food, and top-notch hospitality, making it a place I want to visit again. It's stylish without being overly expensive, making it perfect for a date. I had been wanting to go to "Hibiki" since I saw it on Instagram. My main goal was, of course, the hamburger—the double aged wagyu steak burger for ¥4800. You might think, "¥4800 for a hamburger?!" But the whole experience—from the preparation process, the chef's explanation of the meat, the elegant interior, to the taste—provides so much value that it’s truly a remarkable place. First, the patties are made from 100% Man’yō beef neck, weighing 180g each, so that's 360g of patties alone! Plus, there's a 70g slice of wagyu steak on top, which totals 430g of wagyu just from the meat. There's no filler at all; the only accompaniments are sautéed onions and a special mayonnaise sauce made from Man’yō beef fat. It’s a pure, unadulterated hamburger. Thanks to being 100% wagyu, the medium-cooked patties are incredibly tender, full of rich flavor, making it so easy to finish even 430g without realizing it. I truly believe this is the best hamburger in Japan, without a doubt.

At "Kitan Hibiki" in Namba, Osaka, run by @kitan_yakiniku, they specialize in burgers and steaks. I ordered the aged beef steak hamburger and the cheeseburger, featuring a patty made from premium "Manyo" beef—what a luxurious selection! The sauce had a mayonnaise-like consistency made with beef fat, which perfectly enhances the meat's flavor. I can’t even count how many times I said, "That looks delicious" while waiting for it to be ready. Honestly, I said it even more while actually eating!
