I heard there's a place in Osaka that serves delicious jingisukan (grilled lamb), so I made a reservation for 6 PM with my drinking buddy. We headed there right away! It's conveniently located near Namba Station and is on the third floor of a building. The restaurant has a beautiful and clean interior with a view of the Dotonbori River. There are table seats, a sunken kotatsu area, and a counter where couples can enjoy their meal while looking out at Dotonbori—perfect for a date! We tried the assorted grilled vegetables, which included eight different types, and the raw lamb chops that hadn’t been frozen. The meat was thick and satisfying, and we had it cooked medium. The lamb shoulder was incredibly tender, and the red-meat thigh was fresh and light in flavor. We also had the rare lamb tongue, which was easy to eat and not at all gamey. Next up was the large prawn marinated in kanjang-kkanjang, which was plump, sweet, and delicious. The lamb liver from Hokkaido was also very fresh. We sipped on the frozen grapefruit sour, which was refreshing and delicious whether we ate the frozen pieces or mashed them up. The beer had incredibly fine foam that gave it a great mouthfeel and was a real treat. The "Yay Dotonbori" wine had just the right acidity and was easy to drink as well. The unique smell of lamb was absent here, making it very easy to enjoy. The special grated apple sauce was sweet and surprisingly matched the lamb perfectly. I especially loved the raw lamb chops and the raw shoulder. Paired with the refreshing grapefruit sour, I could eat forever! There was also a lively group of young women dining nearby, and they seemed to be having a great time. Lamb is known for being high in quality red meat, low in fat, and high in protein, making it quite healthy. It reportedly helps burn fat and may even aid in recovery and brain function, so it sounds great for beauty and health too! I plan to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Check out my other posts too! I'm Kanegon (@kanegon319), diving into Kansai cuisine! Please follow me! **Jingisukan Yotonbori** (Osaka, Namba) No unpleasant odor, just delicious jingisukan! The counter seating allows you to enjoy your meal while overlooking the Dotonbori River, all in a chic atmosphere. This experience for 6,000 yen is an amazing value! **Rating: 4.8** ------------------------ **Menu Ordered:** - Lamb Chop Course (with all-you-can-drink) - 6,000 yen - Bean Sprout Namul - Kimchi - Seasonal Appetizer (Black Pepper Edamame) - Kanjangsaeu (Soy Sauce Shrimp) - Assorted Grilled Seasonal Vegetables (8 types) - Fresh Lamb Leg - Fresh Lamb Shoulder - Fresh Lamb Chop - Sudachi Cold Noodles - Dessert ------------------------ **Taste:** The three types of lamb are directly sourced from Hokkaido, and there's no gamey smell—just deliciousness. The raw lamb, never frozen, is incredible. The leg is meaty with more red meat, making it tasty. The shoulder has a classic lamb flavor, with a pleasant natural odor that is not off-putting. The lamb chop is, of course, delicious, and I can't help but ponder why meat near the bone tastes so amazing. The miso sauce is fantastic, and when paired with vegetables that have absorbed the lamb fat, it’s heavenly. The appearance of the Kanjangsaeu (shrimp) is also a nice surprise. The cold noodles are delightful with their unique chewy texture and just the right amount of tanginess. **Overall Review:** Experiencing this jingisukan for just 6,000 yen is an incredible value. Everything from the location, taste, service, ambiance, to the price is impressively high level. Plus, the drinks are genuinely good! ------------------------ **Access:** 7-minute walk from Namba Station (Osaka Metro) **Hours:** 17:00 - 23:30 **Closed:** None **Estimated Budget:** 5,000 - 7,000 yen ------------------------ #OsakaDate #OsakaGourmet #OsakaDinner #Jingisukan #Kanelog #KanelogOsaka #Kanelog2024 #KanegonRecommended #Yotonbori #OsakaJingisukan #NambaGourmet #NambaJingisukan @yotonbori_namba

I chose the 5500 yen course with all-you-can-drink options. Last time I went for à la carte, which felt more expensive, but the course offers great value for money. The three kinds of appetizers were delicious, and they included grilled vegetables as well. The shoulder roast came first, followed by the thigh meat just as I finished eating the first. Since the table was a bit small, they brought the dishes out one at a time, which was perfectly timed. The shoulder roast cooked quickly, while the thigh took a bit longer. The thigh had a stronger lamb flavor, so for those who aren’t fond of lamb, the shoulder roast might be easier to eat. Both were tender and tasty, especially paired with the special apple sauce. I thought about ordering more if I was still hungry, but I ended up feeling quite full. The cold noodles were a nice small size, just right for me. They were smooth and left my mouth feeling refreshed. The final sorbet added even more freshness. It was all delicious. Thank you for the meal!

【Namba, Osaka】▶︎ Just a 6-minute walk from Osaka Metro Namba Station, this restaurant is located on the 3rd floor of the Bonchi Building along Dotonbori! It just opened on November 1st and is still not well-known, making it a hidden gem. The back of the restaurant has glass walls, providing a splendid view of Dotonbori! It's amazing to think that the famous Glico sign figure enjoys this scenery every day (●︎´艸`). In addition to the counter seats at the back, there are tables and tatami seating, making it casual enough for couples, solo diners, and groups of friends or family to enjoy a meal together‼️ The restaurant only serves fresh lamb delivered directly from Hokkaido, specifically lamb that is less than 12 months old, available for both individual orders and course meals! Since it’s lamb and not mutton, it has none of that gamey smell ❤️—this is really true (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧︎ I was amazed by the red meat from the thigh; it was incredibly tender and juicy even after grilling✨! The dipping sauce is a homemade apple sauce, featuring a perfectly balanced sweetness that enhances not only the meat but also the vegetables♡. It’s rare to find a place where you can enjoy fresh, low-fat lamb at this location, all while maintaining high meat quality at reasonable prices—definitely a super hidden gem❣️ If you’re curious, it’s worth checking out at least once! ☝ 【Fresh Lamb 3-Course Meal - 6,500 yen】 ● Appetizers: Bean sprouts namul, special potato salad with ypurigako, kimchi ● Grilled vegetables: 6 kinds including bean sprouts, cabbage, enoki mushrooms, zucchini, and more. ● Fresh lamb thigh: Lean but tender and juicy✨ ● Fresh lamb shoulder loin: Sweet and savory, you can’t get enough of it ● Fresh lamb tataki: Fresh and light without any strong smell♪ ● Sudachi cold noodles: Slippery, chewy noodles with good texture♪ ● Ice cream

I visited a mutton specialty restaurant where you can enjoy the night view of Dotonbori, and I recommend reserving the counter seats for the best experience. The interior is stylish and calming, with both tables and tatami seating, but the counter seats overlooking Dotonbori are a must-try. I had made a reservation in advance, so I was guided to the counter. The menu offers both course and a la carte options, and I chose a great deal that included all-you-can-drink with my course. ■ Appetizers: - Kimchi: Rich and flavorful. - Seasoned bean sprouts: Deliciously seasoned, a highly praised namul dish. - Iburigakko potato salad: Fun texture from smoked daikon radish, a delightfully chewy potato salad. ■ Fresh Lamb Sashimi: Tender and smooth without any unpleasant odors; it is incredibly delicious. ■ Grilled Vegetable Platter: A hearty serving of bean sprouts, cabbage, onions, and more, presented in a bold manner. It paired perfectly with the lamb fat and homemade apple sauce. ■ Fresh Lamb Leg: Juicy and soft, each bite bursts with flavor. The combination with the homemade apple sauce is exceptional. ■ Fresh Lamb Shoulder: The sweet fat and umami of the meat fill your mouth—incredibly delicious! The pairing with the apple sauce is just too good. ■ Sudachi Cold Noodles: A refreshing and smooth cold noodle dish. ■ Yuzu Sorbet: A refreshing and light sorbet to finish the meal. The course came to an end, and the staff kindly taught me how to grill the lamb, making it a reassuring experience for beginners. It was a fantastic restaurant where I could enjoy reasonably priced, high-quality lamb without any off-putting odor. Thank you for the meal!

I had the popular lamb chop course (6,000 yen including a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option) from Hitsujidonburi, where you can enjoy carefully selected lamb from around the world, including Hokkaido, while seated by the window with a view of Dotonbori. The meal included: - Bean sprout namul - Kimchi - Seasonal appetizer (black pepper edamame) - Kanjang seon (soy sauce marinated shrimp) - Assortment of 8 grilled vegetables - Fresh lamb leg - Fresh lamb shoulder - Fresh lamb chops - Sudachi cold noodles - Dessert Many people think lamb has a strong flavor, but surprisingly, since it was fresh, not frozen, it was really mild, healthy, and very easy to eat! My friend, who is picky about food, even said, "I didn't know lamb could be this easy to eat!" Lamb is said to be high in protein and low in calories, and it’s beneficial for fatigue recovery and fat burning! It's recommended for those wanting to eat meat while on a diet or for anyone mindful about beauty and health. The cold noodles at the end were delicious, and the lamb-shaped Monaka ice cream was adorable!

I’m in "Yodondori"!!!! Now, let’s eat in Minami!! This time, I had the following dishes: - Bean Sprout Namul - Kimchi - Seasonal Appetizer (Black Pepper Edamame) - Kanjang Saewoo (Soy Sauce Shrimp) - Grilled Vegetable Platter (8 varieties) - Fresh Lamb Leg - Fresh Lamb Shoulder Roast - Fresh Lamb Chop - Sudachi Cold Noodles - Dessert I enjoyed fresh lamb that was shipped directly from Hokkaido and had never been frozen. There was no gaminess at all, and it was rich, juicy, and full of flavor. In particular, the lamb chop was exceptional, with a strong taste of the meat. Moreover, the appetizers like Kanjang Saewoo and black pepper edamame paired perfectly with the lamb, especially the sudachi cold noodles, which had a refreshing taste that was just right for finishing the meal ❤️ I was completely satisfied, even with the dessert! It’s truly amazing to enjoy such carefully selected ingredients for Genghis Khan-style grilled lamb right in the heart of Osaka. Thank you for the meal! ※This is a post from my blog♪ Blog URL: https://sibumi.blog.fc2.com/blog-entry-6834.html In Osaka Minami, I visited an authentic lamb meat restaurant specializing in Genghis Khan, a dish popular in Hokkaido, located on the 3rd floor of a building facing Dotonbori – “Genghis Khan Yotonbori.” It opened in November 2023, and I was one of the first customers to enter shortly after it opened. The spacious seating area allowed me to enjoy a great view of Dotonbori. We started with a Kaku Highball for 450 yen. For the appetizers, we had raw lamb tataki with Kyotan green onion and ponzu for 1,280 yen. The combination of green onion and garlic chips was fantastic! Next, we tried the grilled yukhoe for 1,180 yen. It had a runny egg yolk which was delicious! Then came the main event – grilled Genghis Khan featuring the rare lamb salt tongue for 1,480 yen, which I couldn’t resist. We also ordered a variety of grilled vegetables (8 types) for 980 yen, including bean sprouts, onion, cabbage, white leek, zucchini, king oyster mushroom, bell pepper, and garlic. The unique dome-shaped Genghis Khan plate was used for grilling. The salt tongue paired well with lemon! After that, we ordered shoulder loin for 980 yen, which was perfect with their special apple sauce. The surrounding vegetables soaked up the meat's fat and juices, making them incredibly tasty! We enjoyed a glass of red wine for 580 yen. The super thick lamb leg meat, also for 980 yen, had an amazing texture, and the fat was sweet! We couldn’t resist the mega-sized Kaku Highball (1 liter) for 980 yen, which was quite heavy and satisfying! We also tried a bone-in lamb chop for 980 yen, which was delicious and offered a deeper flavor. It was a lamb feast! To finish off, we had a half-size butter lamb curry for 490 yen, which was a nice portion. And to top it all off, we had dessert: sheep milk honey gelato for 490 yen. It was rich and delightful! From the main dishes to dessert, it was an all-around sheep-themed meal. It was a fantastic night of Hokkaido cuisine in Osaka Minami! Thank you for the meal! Reference menu (photo taken with G7X): Yotonbori 1-10-7 Dotonbori, Chuo Ward, Osaka 06-6926-8737 Hours: 17:00 - 23:30 (Last orders for food at 22:30 and drinks at 23:00), closed on Mondays from 17:00 - 22:30 (Last orders for food at 21:30 and drinks at 22:00).

Near the bustling Glico sign at Dotonbori Bridge (often called "Hikkakebashi") in Shinsaibashi, on the third floor of a building... across from the famous "Hari-Shige" restaurant. I decided to try lamb dishes in such a touristy spot. Why lamb, you ask? It's because I wanted to introduce the deliciousness of lamb to a friend who has never tried it before! Many people think lamb has a strong odor, but I want them to know how tasty and healthy it can actually be. So, I chose this place after checking it out on Tabelog! Of course, I made a reservation! While they had course options, we decided to share a variety of dishes from the a la carte menu. Here’s what we ordered: ★ Fresh Lamb with Kujo Green Onions and Asahi Ponzu - ¥1,408 This was incredibly delicious right from the start! It was tender, and the ponzu sauce paired perfectly! ★ Fresh Lamb Shoulder Roast - ¥1,078 Shoulder roast offers a great balance of flavor! The lamb was wonderfully flavored too! I forgot to mention the sauce, which was made from apples and was absolutely delicious! ★ Assorted Grilled Vegetables (8 varieties) - ¥1,078 This plate included bean sprouts, eryngii mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini, cabbage, white leeks, and red and yellow paprika. The vegetables absorbed the fat from the grilled lamb, making them even tastier! ★ Grilled Lamb Aburi Yukhoe - ¥1,298 This was melt-in-your-mouth delicious with no unpleasant aftertaste! It rivaled even the best beef yukhoe! ★ Lamb Thigh - ¥1,078 Thick yet juicy, this part allowed us to really enjoy the authentic flavor of the meat! ★ Mutton Slices - ¥858 Thin slices that cooked quickly! This was surprisingly tasty as well! ★ Domestic Liver - ¥1,628 Slightly grilled and paired with sesame oil, this was incredibly delicious! ★ Fresh Lamb Chop (1 piece) - ¥1,078 You can't overlook bone-in cuts—lamb chops are a must-try for meat lovers! The meat around the bone was the most flavorful! ★ Yuzu Sorbet - ¥429 We finished off the meal with a refreshing yuzu sorbet! The crispy shell was shaped like a sheep, which was surprising and made for a cute, Instagram-worthy dessert! I was so happy that my friend, who tried lamb for the first time, really enjoyed it! While I’m not part of the restaurant staff, sharing the same experience and agreeing on how delicious the food was is the most rewarding feeling for me. Enjoying meals together is the best way to truly love food! I had a fun dinner experience and felt so happy! *All prices include tax (per serving). Thank you to the staff, the restaurant, the sheep, and the lamb dish! What a delightful meal!*

On this day, I was invited by a friend to visit this restaurant, Sheep Dotonbori, located in Dotonbori! It's probably named that because you can enjoy delicious lamb meat here (*゚▽゚)*。_。)*゚▽゚)*。_。) yes, yes. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor of a building. My friend had already arrived, so we ordered various items à la carte from the menu! ☆ Fresh Lamb Tataki (with Kujo Negi and Asahi Ponzu) - 1,280 yen I usually associate lamb with a strong smell, but this was completely odorless and delicious (*´∀`*) Yum! The garlic chips on top added a great accent. ☆ Assorted Grilled Vegetables (8 types) - 980 yen The vegetables included bean sprouts, cabbage, bell peppers, paprika, king oyster mushrooms, onions, long green onions, and zucchini. The grilled vegetables are enhanced by the meat's fat and are really tasty (*´∀`*) Yum! ☆ Shoulder Roast - 980 yen It's delicious whether you dip it in sauce or enjoy it as is since it's seasoned with salt and pepper, allowing you to savor the meat's flavor (*´∀`*) Yum! ☆ Seared Yukhoe - 1,180 yen This was also without any odor and very tasty (*´∀`*) It could easily be mistaken for beef yukhoe (raw meat dish) ( ´∀`)b ☆ Thigh Meat - 980 yen Thick cuts of thigh meat! This was juicy and delicious (*´∀`*) Plus, it was cut into bite-sized pieces, which was great ( ´∀`)b ☆ Mutton Slices - 780 yen These were thinly sliced, so I quickly grilled them! After grilling, we cut them into pieces with scissors and they were juicy and amazing too (*´∀`*) Yum! ☆ Yuzu Sorbet - 429 yen This came with a cute sheep-shaped monaka (a type of Japanese dessert) on top, which was refreshing after the meal (*´∀`*) Yum! The location is outstanding, and the main dish, Genghis Khan, features fresh lamb sourced directly from Hokkaido. This fresh lamb has never been frozen and offers a rich flavor without any off-putting smell. The Lamb Chop Course (with all-you-can-drink) is priced at 6,500 yen and includes small dishes such as kimchi, bean sprout namul, and smoked potato salad. It also comes with kanjang seoo (shrimp in soy sauce), a platter of eight kinds of grilled vegetables, lamb shoulder roast, lamb leg, and lamb chops (loin chops with the bone). Additionally, there’s a small serving of sudachi cold noodles and dessert (sudachi sherbet). The taste was delightful, almost like a mixture of beef and pork. The lamb chops had a soft texture with just the right amount of fat. I enjoyed them dipped in a special sauce made with apple extract. The portions were quite generous, so I felt pretty full from the main course, but the refreshing sudachi cold noodles were a nice way to finish the meal.

I used the restaurant for a girls' gathering. I think the total for three of us was just under 20,000 yen. We had lamb yukhoe, tongue, thigh, kalbi, lamb chops, and curry, but the tongue was particularly delicious! I love lamb and eat it often, but honestly, I think this place has some of the best meat flavor among budget-friendly lamb specialty restaurants in Osaka. The lamb chops were a cute size (laughs), but the red meat part was substantial and tasty. I definitely want to go back again.

In the Minami area, when it comes to Jingisukan (grilled lamb), Yamada Mongol in Kuzaemon-cho and Ramuyya in Nihonbashi are well-known. However, I heard that Yotonbori in Dotonbori is delicious, so I decided to try their course meal. Recently, thanks to improvements in distribution and processing methods, it seems we can enjoy really good quality lamb in Osaka. The course included rare cuts like lamb tongue, allowing us to try a variety of flavors. The air duct seemed a bit weak, but the seat by the window offered a nice view overlooking Dotonbori, and there were many female customers as well.

In Dotonbori, there's a restaurant called "Yōtonbori" where you can enjoy lamb dishes like Genghis Khan (grilled lamb). I arrived quite early, well before my reservation, but they welcomed me without any hassle, which I appreciated! Since it was a weekday at an early hour, I got to enjoy the counter seating facing the Dotonbori River all to myself. The Genghis Khan was delicious! It’s great to be able to enjoy this flavor in Osaka. Besides Genghis Khan, they also have unique items like grilled yukhoe and a platter of lamb cheese, which are perfect as appetizers with drinks. We chose various cuts of meat à la carte, but I saw they also have reasonable set menus and courses, which would be a good option for someone trying Genghis Khan for the first time, as you'd get to try a variety of dishes. Ordering was done via a touch panel, but the staff still provided excellent service, making for a comfortable experience.

I visited a restaurant that serves Jingisukan, located about a 1-2 minute walk from Namba Station. On a Sunday after 5 PM, I came with two friends. One of my friends was craving Jingisukan, so we searched online and found this place, which we decided to visit after making a reservation for a course meal. The course we had was the lamb chop course, which includes bone-in meat. From the appetizers to the dessert, it was an excellent course! The lamb legs and shoulder cuts were delicious, but the main star, the lamb chops, were exceptionally good! The lamb was delivered fresh from Hokkaido and had never been frozen, so there was no smell at all; it was incredibly tasty! The lamb chops, in particular, were very juicy and flavorful! Although they were fatty, they weren't too heavy, and I could easily finish them! The lean parts were tender, and the umami flavor was pronounced, making them a highly recommended dish! I really stumbled upon a great restaurant! The staff was very proactive in helping cook the Jingisukan, which was a great help. Personally, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the restroom. It was well-maintained and had a pleasant fragrance, which was fantastic! Of course, the interior of the restaurant was also clean, allowing for a comfortable dining experience. I particularly appreciated being served warm tea at the end of the meal! It was my first time trying lamb chops, and they were incredible! I definitely want to come back to Hitsujidori to enjoy those lamb chops again. Thank you for the great meal!

This restaurant is located along the Dotonbori River, just a short walk from Namba Station, making it a fantastic spot! Situated on the third floor, it offers a nice view of the Dotonbori River. Opened in November 2023, the interior is clean and has a great atmosphere. You can enjoy the night view and scenery from table seats, sunken seating, and counters overlooking the river. The lamb meat is said to be high in protein, low in fat, and very healthy, which is exciting! Additionally, the restaurant uses fresh lamb directly shipped from Hokkaido, raising expectations even higher. I tried the "Lamb Chop Course" (6,500 yen), which includes all-you-can-drink options! If you make a reservation, the price drops to 6,000 yen, so I recommend booking in advance. Here’s an overview of the course menu: **Lamb Chop Course (2 hours all-you-can-drink)** - **Assorted Appetizers (3 types)**: Bean sprouts salad, kimchi, smoked potato salad with iburi-gakko. The potato salad has a crunchy texture and smoky aroma, making it a perfect snack! - **Kanjang Saeu**: A large shrimp marinated in soy sauce that was delicious, and the shrimp paste was delightful to sip. - **Grilled Vegetable Platter (8 types)**: A colorful mix including bean sprouts, onion, white leeks, zucchini, sweet long peppers, bell pepper, king oyster mushrooms, and cabbage, showcasing freshness and seasonal varieties. - **Fresh Lamb Leg** - **Fresh Lamb Shoulder** - **Fresh Lamb Chop**: Fresh, thick lamb that is tender and full of flavor, with almost no gamey smell as it hasn't been frozen. The special apple-based sauce complemented the meat excellently. - **Leg**: Juicy red meat that is soft and satisfying. - **Shoulder**: Well-balanced between lean meat and fat, enhancing its rich taste. - **Lamb Chop**: The "king" of lamb, served with a substantial portion per person, rich in flavor and fat. - **Sudachi Cold Noodles**: Refreshing with a hint of citrus and perfect as a starchy finish. - **Ice Cream**: A generously sized scoop that's cool and has a gentle flavor, making it a perfect ending! - **All-you-can-drink**: I enjoyed draft beer, whiskey highballs, and red wine. The red wine paired well with the lamb, being slightly heavier yet refreshing. The mega-sized whiskey highball was unexpectedly large! This restaurant offers delicious Genghis Khan-style lamb using carefully sourced fresh lamb from Hokkaido, all in a prime location close to Namba Station, making it a must-visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and plan to return whenever I want to savor fresh lamb in Namba!

Right in the heart of Osaka's Minami district, the lively Dotonbori area is home to "Jingisukan Yodotonbori"! Here, you can enjoy fresh, never-frozen lamb delivered straight from Hokkaido. This time, I tried the ★Lamb Chop Course★, which includes a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option for ¥6000. The course features a variety of dishes: bean sprout namul, kimchi, smoked ginkgo nuts, potato salad, grilled vegetable platter, kanjang sewo (soy-sauce-marinated shrimp), fresh lamb leg, shoulder loin, and lamb chops, plus sudachi cold noodles and dessert. You can indulge in a generous serving of Jingisukan, with each type of lamb allowing you to savor the subtle differences in flavor! Everything was fresh, free from any gamey taste, and the rich umami of the meat filled my mouth. The homemade dipping sauce made from apples was delicious and paired perfectly with the lamb, making it easy to enjoy with drinks! There were also plenty of vegetables! The selection changes with the seasons, so you can always enjoy fresh, seasonal produce. I had kanjang sewo (soy-sauce-marinated red shrimp) for the first time, and it was firm and rich, with the natural sweetness of the shrimp well absorbed by the savory soy sauce—a real treat! The sudachi cold noodles were refreshing and the perfect light dish to enjoy after all the rich meat. We ended with a yuzu sorbet, which was a delightful finish! It was a thoroughly satisfying course! The restaurant has spacious table seating and a counter where you can enjoy your meal while overlooking the beautiful Dotonbori scenery—truly exceptional! With great access in the bustling area, if you want to savor delicious Jingisukan in Osaka, I highly recommend checking this place out!

When you think of Genghis Khan, you think of Hokkaido! I went to Shio Dotonbori in Osaka where you can enjoy fresh lamb directly from Hokkaido. I had the all-you-can-drink Lamb Chop Course, which was a 2-hour drink deal and included 10 dishes: - Appetizers (bean sprout namul, kimchi, potato salad) - Kanjang saeu (soy sauce shrimp) - Grilled vegetable platter with 8 kinds of vegetables - Fresh lamb leg - Fresh lamb shoulder - Fresh lamb chop - Sudachi cold noodles - Dessert The sauce is homemade, and the lamb meat was delicious without any gamey taste. I love shrimp as well, and the kanjang saeu was so good! The shrimp were big and plump. The cold noodles were refreshingly tasty, perfect as a finishing touch! The course had a satisfying lineup of dishes. The seating options include counter seats, booths, and sunken table seating, and from the counter seats, you can see Dotonbori through the window. It seems like a great place for dates or while sightseeing in Osaka. It also seems suitable for family meals or gatherings, making it versatile for various occasions. There aren't many places where you can eat lamb, so if I want some again, I’ll definitely come back!

Having lived in Hokkaido for many years, I felt a bit anxious about eating Jingisukan (grilled lamb) in Namba. However, I was taken there by my family and was pleasantly surprised. The meat had no unpleasant odor at all and was extremely delicious. The restaurant also offers a great view of Dotonbori, making for a stunning atmosphere.

Genghis Khan #Yotonbori【#Namba】 - Lamb Chop Course with All-You-Can-Drink for 6000 yen. Includes: bean sprout namul, kimchi, smoked potato salad, kanjang seoy, grilled vegetables (8 kinds), fresh lamb leg, fresh lamb shoulder, fresh lamb chop, sudachi cold noodles, and dessert - sheep milk and honey gelato for 539 yen. Located a 5-minute walk from Namba Station, this lamb specialty restaurant overlooks Dotonbori✨ I recently enjoyed their popular course featuring fresh lamb chops✨ fresh leg meat✨ and fresh shoulder meat✨ The main attraction is the fresh lamb, shipped directly from Hokkaido! Because it has never been frozen, the lamb is tender and rich in flavor, with no odor—much better than mutton! The tenderness and taste are astonishing. I couldn't resist trying the adorable sheep monaka and ordered the sheep milk and honey gelato. The counter overlooking Dotonbori has three pairs of seats, so reservations are a must!! They offer mega-sized drinks on the all-you-can-drink menu, with drink-inclusive options starting from 5000 yen. For more information, visit: @yotonbori_namba. The counter seats overlooking the Dotonbori River are also recommendable. I visited with my elderly father, so we were seated in a spacious sunken kotatsu-style area, which allowed us to relax ❤️. The fresh and beautiful raw lamb ✨ looks so delicious at first glance… Especially the lamb chops! They are thick, tender, and the best‼️ Personally, I recommend not overcooking it since it's fresh ❣️. The vegetables soaked in the fat from the meat are incredibly tasty too. We finished off with a refreshing cold noodle and sorbet! ✌ I was full and very satisfied ✌. The staff are friendly, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere♪ If you're interested and would like to visit, please save this information ❤️.

I've been curious about this lamb specialty restaurant for a long time, and it met my expectations! It was incredibly tender, so be careful not to overcook anything. Even as a beginner with game meat, I didn’t notice any weird smells, so I think it’s totally fine for anyone. This time, I went for a course meal. The 6,000 yen all-you-can-drink course was quite satisfying. I also ordered lamb yukhoe separately, which was so tender it could have been mistaken for lean beef! The location is convenient, right in front of the Dotonbori Shochiku Theatre, making it easy to find. I’ve decided to return for sure! Since it’s not a big place, reservations are necessary!
