Ohhh~ Refugees, refugees. I might get scolded for saying this, but we called four places and got rejected. I underestimated it being a weekday. But yeah, the drift ice is here, so there are tourists around. Finally, "Ajito" said okay. It was a rude choice of restaurant, but we were the first customers and it got crowded afterwards. Today, it was me, my wife, and a friend who's like a grandchild. When I asked my wife if she could handle the course menu, she said, "If ○○-chan is here, then it's fine, right?" Fair point. It was a 5000 yen course. I'm not a big fan of fatty meat, but the marbled fat in the meat here was light and when eaten with wasabi, it didn't bother me. The beef skirt was a bit tough. The aged beef tongue is the best in Abashiri. The chicken thigh was too big. The raw lamb loin was better than other places, but I still prefer meat from a butcher. I couldn't eat the pork belly, but I can handle one piece now and it was tasty. The salad served between meats was a nice touch. The tataki and napa cabbage kimchi were good. The hormone dishes were delicious, but I was disappointed by the lack of beef hormones and abundance of thin ones. The last dish was chilled barley, which was great. It's a shame they don't have sunken kotatsu tables. Overall, we enjoyed the meal. Please make it a sunken kotatsu next time.

I rushed over to the restaurant to receive a plate of aged meat as a gift, managing to finish work somehow. While waiting for the bonus dish, I decided to order whatever I wanted to eat. I ordered the coupon half-price beef tataki, thick-cut salted tongue, beef sagari, premium maruchou, and delicious hormone. The fillet was amazing - tender and melts in your mouth. I felt bad wasting it, so I cut it into small pieces with scissors and enjoyed it bit by bit. The delicious hormone was thinly sliced, so it cooked quickly and I could eat as much as I wanted. It's well-prepared, so there's no unpleasant smell. They do a great job here. Once again, I was completely satisfied.

I am Shinzuke Watanabe, a branding consultant known for my freedom in Japan. I arrived at Memanbetsu Airport and traveled north to Wakkanai through Okhotsk, then back to Abashiri from there. It was a trip to the northern part of Hokkaido. I had plenty of fish in Abashiri and Wakkanai, so I was starting to get tired of it. I decided to go out and eat some meat, but the town seemed quite deserted. Finally, I found a yakiniku restaurant called "Yakiniku Ajiro." It was a stylish yakiniku restaurant with a traditional feel. They prepared a personal charcoal grill for me at the counter, which was perfect for dining alone. I always order harami and tongue at yakiniku restaurants, so I did the same here. I also noticed they had Genghis Khan (grilled lamb), so I decided to order that too since I was in Hokkaido. It was a big hit! It was incredibly delicious! It was so good that I even thought it could pass as a Genghis Khan restaurant rather than a yakiniku restaurant. Although the yakiniku was also delicious, this place was exceptional. Despite dining alone without saying a word, the staff could tell I was traveling and engaged in friendly conversation with me. It was a great place with a nice atmosphere. Branding is not about making things look good or profitable. It is about standing out and making a lasting impression. Yakiniku is a challenging genre for branding. Differentiating through things like the origin of the meat or the quality of the ingredients is a common strategy. If you see that there are few stylish restaurants around, offering a stylish dining experience or solo yakiniku dining could be a way to differentiate and brand your restaurant.

I tried the omakase option for the first time, starting at 1500 yen per person. Not sure what the typical amount is, so I went with 3000 yen per person. I requested sagari and tan, and left the rest up to the chef. The dishes that came out were mainly red meat-based, with 7 items in total: premium sagari, sagari, aged tan, shishin, ichibo, chicken sasami, and pork belly. I thought 3000 yen was about right for this amount of food. I decided to add premium kalbi, marbled hormone, and dashi tomato. Then, they brought out extremely delicious hormone, premium mino, ultimate fillet, and lamb loin! I wish they had told me at the beginning that there were 4 more dishes coming. It's nice to be able to try a little bit of everything. I think I'll go with this order next time.

I purchased a Balc ticket and visited the second restaurant. Although I could have had yakiniku, I decided to stick to items covered by the coupon since it was a counter-style restaurant. I ordered a beef cutlet sandwich and a drink using the coupon. I was excited as I waited. I like tonkatsu sandwiches, but this was my first time trying a beef one. When it arrived, I was surprised to see that it came with potato salad. The sandwich didn't taste like beef at all! It was really good! I even asked if it was not on the menu. I hope they make it a regular item. It cost about 900 yen per ticket, which was a great deal. Thank you for the meal!

I went there to celebrate their 2nd anniversary. The negi-shio gyutan (green onion and salt beef tongue) and ultimate harami (skirt steak) were delicious. The Ringer special salt hormone was thick and had a good chew. The extremely delicious hormone was thinner and cooked quickly, making it easier to eat. However, I felt like it lacked some umami, maybe it wasn't washed well. The tongue sitta also had a good chew, with multiple connective tissues that needed to be cut with scissors. The most concerning thing was that all the staff were not wearing masks. In this day and age, why not wear them? Even if cooking kills bacteria, what about the drinks? It may be a comfort, but I really wish they would wear masks for our peace of mind.

I heard that it was delicious, so I went. It was my first time, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I decided to order a variety of dishes to truly understand their quality. With some drinks, it came out to 12,000 yen for two people. It's not the kind of place you can go to regularly. The red meat was especially delicious. The beef tongue and Chateaubriand were fantastic. The hormone meat was just average. If you want to eat a lot for not too much money, you might be better off going to a specialty shop. I quite liked the sauce. One thing to consider is that the salt and pepper seasoning didn't seem to go well with the meat.

They set the course based on whether you prioritize quality or quantity, so I am very satisfied.

When I went to Abashiri for work, I visited this restaurant recommended by a friend. I ordered the course with all-you-can-drink option, and the meat was delicious and satisfying. If I have the chance to go to Abashiri again, I would like to visit this restaurant again.

I visited a yakiniku restaurant in Abashiri. They offer a 90-minute all-you-can-drink plan for 2,000 yen. The restaurant was clean and the meat was satisfying, but it was a bit pricey.

The delicious marinade for the kalbi is the best.
