I booked a hotel in Hokkaido because I really wanted to see the drift ice. Usually, it's hard to book a place here because it's popular among foreign visitors, but this year is different due to the circumstances. There weren't many reviews, but when I informed them that I would be late due to unfamiliarity with driving in snow, they were very understanding. When I arrived, they told me that another group was also running late, so they served dinner slowly and generously poured drinks for us. The dinner and breakfast, including the fish, were delicious. If you're not looking for a luxury hotel, I think this place is great.
