Chef Yoshinobu Tsuji and his wife, who is a sommelier, run a restaurant with a 10-seat counter. It is a steakhouse in Kita-Shinchi that holds a special place in my heart, as it was the first restaurant I visited with my companion. It is a well-known and reliable spot, with a history of over 20 years. I have probably visited this place more than 50 times. Everything on the menu is delicious, so I highly recommend it. Despite its reputation, it remains a hidden gem, as the clientele tends to be older and it is not widely known on social media. You can choose between fillet or sirloin steak, and the chef will cook it to perfection without asking for your preferred doneness. It's been a while since I went to Tsuji-san's place. Every time I tried to go, it was always full and I was turned away, but I finally made it this time. I brought a girl who had never been there before, and she was so happy. Everything we ate was delicious, and I always feel so happy there. The tartar sauce was amazing, and the girl was really impressed. The garlic rice was also perfect, so everything we ate was delicious.

It's been a while since I visited Tsuji-san (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*). The meat tataki and tartare were delicious as always. The seasonal salad had strawberries in it this time (*^^*). I had the fillet for my meat, and it was also very tasty. I felt like I wanted to eat it over three days because I'm already in my forties and 150 grams in one day might be too much (*_*). Nevertheless, I also tried some of my partner's sirloin and enjoyed the overflowing meat juices. I wanted to try the garlic fried rice, but I was too full this time, so I had to give up (´༎ຶོρ༎ຶོ`)ｸﾔｼｲﾃﾞｽ. Tsuji-san has half bottles available, which makes it easy to enjoy a drink, and I appreciate that (^-^)v. I definitely want to go back again soon!

I would recommend Steak Tsuji if asked for a delicious steak restaurant in Kitashinchi. It was an amazing experience where you can enjoy dishes filled with the chef's dedication from start to finish. There is only one course available, and the contents vary by day, so the price is unknown. But I would love to visit again and again!

I usually avoid heavy dishes like steak because I'm not a fan of them, but a food-loving acquaintance recommended trying Tsuji-san's steak. Nervously, I visited for the first time. The dishes leading up to the main course were delicious, and I started to feel excited. When I finally got to the steak, I couldn't believe how easily I devoured it. Osaka Kitashinchi "Tsugi" - Meat, vegetables, and even salmon taste so delicious here! From the appetizers to the main dishes, everything was amazing. The crispy and sweet onion with flavorful salmon for the appetizer was outstanding. The beef tataki was tender and juicy, paired perfectly with lots of green onions and ponzu sauce. The tartare beef with spicy red mustard greens on crispy garlic baguette was mind-blowing. The fillet steak was cooked perfectly, and the potato mille-feuille was surprisingly delicious. The ribeye fillet was incredibly marbled and melted in your mouth. The salad with a flavorful dressing complemented the vegetables well. The garlic rice was just right, and I couldn't resist getting seconds. The master's humorous attitude and confidence in serving dishes in the right order added to the experience. The wine selection was extensive, and the sommelier wife was very knowledgeable and entertaining. A mysterious and delightful restaurant where delicious dishes keep coming out as if they were made at home. The tartare was amazingly tasty, it just melted in my mouth. The French onion soup was piping hot, I thought I might burn my tongue, but it was surprisingly delicious even though it had cheese in it (and I don't like cheese).

The food was outstanding! Each dish was carefully prepared and served one after another. The steak, in particular, melted in my mouth, leaving a delicious taste behind.

Today, I visited Tsuji-san after a long time! It's a cozy little restaurant run by Mr. and Mrs. Tsuji. The meat dishes are delicious, and they have a wide variety of wines. When you tell them your preferences, Mrs. Tsuji recommends a few options. We started with a toast with white wine. I love their tartare, it's complex and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. I could eat it endlessly. The vegetables are fresh, and the meat is rich and delicious. The red wine also goes down smoothly. The food is consistently delicious here. Thank you for the wonderful meal!
