The premium fresh liver, wagyu sashimi, wagyu tataki, and yukke all had exceptional freshness - a huge win! Personally, I found the yukke to be top-tier. The salted tongue topped with green onions was also fantastic, with the seasoning of the green onions being just right, making it a dish that definitely calls for a bowl of rice! Even the final dishes were delightful; both the Garlic Butter Yukke Rice and Yukke-Jang Ramen were simply delicious! I discovered a newly opened yakiniku restaurant on July 1st and went there! First, I tried the wagyu yukke. The thick slices of raw meat paired perfectly with the sauce (゚∀゚). I wanted to eat more, haha! Then I had two types of tongue: thick-sliced salted tongue and green onion salted tongue. The special green onion was delicious! The tongue not only looked beautiful but was also juicy and tasty♪ The special harami, kalbi, and rosu all looked delicious too ( ・∇・). The additional chunk of tataki was also tasty. The sauce was not too sweet and just to my liking ( ´∀`). The hormone (offal) was hearty in portion. With all these options and an all-you-can-drink plan for 8250 yen, the cost performance was amazing (°▽°)! A few minutes walk from Juusan Station, today I visited this place. The interior on the first floor has both counter and table seating, and the main menu features grilled meat. I ordered draft beer and some meat. Now, let’s dig in! First up is the Kanaya special grilled salt tongue topped with green onions. The beef tongue is full of flavor, and the texture of the green onions is great. Next, I tried the wagyu yukke. The meat has rich flavors, complemented by a rich egg and sauce—it pairs nicely with a highball. Then, I had the wagyu sashimi, which had a nice layer of fat and was tender. It comes with green onions and wasabi as condiments, so I enjoyed changing the flavors midway. Next was the exquisite fresh liver grill. Just like the sashimi earlier, the actual dish matches the menu photo, and that’s a pleasant surprise. Plus, it’s delicious. The last meat dish was wagyu tataki, where I can grill it on a hot plate myself. Once it’s grilled to a perfect color, I call over the staff for flambé finishing and cutting. This was incredibly delicious. Among everything I had today, this was the best dish. So, thank you for the meal! There are many grilled meat restaurants around Juusan, but this one offers good quality meat for its price, making it a reliable choice. Although I ordered à la carte this time, their course menu is quite affordable too, so making a reservation for a course could be a good idea. Both the individual drinks and the all-you-can-drink options are inexpensive, which is great for drinkers!

This was my second visit! During my first visit, I ordered a combination of three types (?). This time, I ordered various items that I usually enjoy: - Wagyu Yukhoe - Wagyu Tataki - Yamamoto Kimchi - Chanja - Harami - Tan sliced offcuts - Premium Kalbi - Red meat offcuts (with egg sauce) - Shiro Hormone - Rice - Gelato (pistachio) The Yukhoe here pairs really well with the sauce, and it's my favorite. This time, I ordered Harami and Tan that weren't premium or special cuts, but they were delicious enough! The specially selected red meat I had during my previous visit was incredibly tasty, but I decided to try different dishes this time. I will definitely revisit, and I want to try dishes I haven't had yet. If you’re okay with raw food, I think ordering the Yukhoe and Tataki is a safe bet! (And don’t forget the gelato!) Both the first and second floors allow smoking, which is rare these days, making it a smoker-friendly establishment. The staff provided a pleasantly balanced level of service—not too close, yet not too far, creating a comfortable atmosphere.

Today, we had a meeting over a meal at Yakiniku Hormone Kanaya. We ordered the Shinkanayako course with all-you-can-drink, starting with draft beer and kimchi & namul. Here’s the course menu for today: - Assorted three types of kimchi - Assorted four types of namul - Wagyu Yukke / Raw Cow Stomach (choose one) - Thickly sliced salt tongue - Kanaya's special green onion topped salt tongue (MVP) - Exceptional special Wagyu Harami - Special Karubi - Special Roast - Daily special rare cut (Zabuton) - Three types of selected hormone assortment - Seasonal grilled vegetable platter - Rice - Mini soup - Milk gelato Since we went as a pair, we shared the Yukke and Raw Cow Stomach… both were delicious. The fact that they can serve raw food reassures the quality, and not only the meat but also the sauces do not overpower the flavor of the meat. As for the grilled dishes, the owner grills the food for you, starting with the green onion topped salt tongue. The method involves folding the tongue with the green onion inside and grilling both sides (while leaving the side with the green onion ungrilled). It results in a crispy outside and juicy inside, allowing you to enjoy the sweetness of the meat. It's incredibly delicious; I can understand why they confidently say, "We are proud of our meat quality." The thickly sliced salt tongue is also tender and has amazing flavor. The rare cut, Zabuton, is so tender that you hardly need to chew, and the umami of the meat is quite strong. All other cuts, including the hormone, were delicious as well. My companion, who has a big appetite, could have eaten more, but the quantity of the course was more than enough. It's also great that you can order the course and all-you-can-drink from just two people. Both the quality and quantity of the course provided were sufficiently satisfying. Today, a group of seven colleagues gathered for our end-of-year party. Since we had a larger number of people, we were looking for a delicious yakiniku place in Juusan and ended up making a reservation at a place called Yakiniku Hormone Kanaya, which caught our interest. We opted for the standard course with all-you-can-drink for 6,600 yen (tax included). The menu included a selection of kimchi and namul, either yukhoe or fresh cow's stomach, salt-cut beef tongue, top ribeye, top sirloin, top short rib, and a mixed platter of hormone. For the final touches, we had rice, soup, and gelato ice. It was great that the all-you-can-drink option also included draft beer. It's nice because most places usually have a variety of bottled beers instead of draft. All the meats were delicious, and my colleagues were very satisfied. We got carried away chatting and didn’t take many photos, but it was an enjoyable meal. Thank you for the feast!

The menu is easy to navigate with photos, making it hard to resist wanting to try everything! You absolutely must try the Kanaya's Special Negi-Topped Salted Tongue – it's incredibly delicious! The Harami was so tasty that my rice disappeared in an instant! 😂 The grilled shabu of lean meat paired with the grated daikon ponzu was refreshingly delicious. If you visit, make sure to try the Wagyu Tataki too!

I visited for the first time and arrived a bit early, thinking it might be empty, but it was completely full, so I had to wait until my reservation time. My expectations were high! The thickly cut mango-flavored tongue was incredibly tender‼️ The way they serve the beef tartare is innovative‼️ You definitely have to try it. There are many narrow and deep shops in Shijou, which are attractive, but for yakiniku, this place is the best! It’s a certified raw meat restaurant! Everyone loves sashimi, right? The wagyu sashimi is creamy, sweet, and absolutely fantastic! It pairs perfectly with the fragrant "God Foam" of Premium Malts' Aroma Ale! Every month, popular menu items are half-price, and in October, the lean sliced beef with egg sauce was 880 yen, now only 440 yen! ✌️ They have semi-private booths with partitions and fully private VIP rooms. The beautiful liver, which used to be eaten raw without a second thought back in the day, was thickly sliced with sharp corners. I regretted it and baked it while crying, but it tasted amazing! When I was a kid, I loved raw liver but hated grilled liver back then... The special three-tiered platter with premium zabuton (wagyu cut) was soft and sweet, melting in my mouth—I wanted to order more because it was that good! The garlic butter yukke rice in a donabe pot was incredibly tasty, and even after devouring all that yakiniku, it went down easily, haha. Of course, the meat was excellent, but the dessert to finish was also superb—gelato in purple sweet potato and pistachio flavors. Both were fantastic! I appreciate the effort put into the dessert at the end. If they only had commercial ice shavings for dessert, I’d be tempted to go to a convenience store for ice cream afterward, haha.

I visited again after a long time and enjoyed the standard course with all-you-can-drink. The meat kept coming out one after another, almost like they were rushing us to eat and leave! By the time we were settling the bill, there were already four groups waiting, so I can't blame them! (Laughs) The meat was delicious as always! I’m not giving up and will definitely come back again!

I was taken by someone for my first time! We had made a reservation the day before, so we were supposed to be in a private room, but since we pushed it back by a day, we were taken to a bustling area on the first floor. We chose the best all-you-can-eat course, and the food was delicious, but the pace at which they brought the dishes felt rushed, and I felt really pressured. They even asked if they should bring out dessert while there was still meat on my plate! I ended up saying, "Please wait a moment!" It might have been better if the person who made the reservation had communicated that we wanted to take it slow with the à la carte menu. Overall, it felt very hurried, and we finished eating in about an hour, which was a bit disappointing considering how tasty everything was!

I went to a restaurant that specializes in raw meat, but I found that grilled meat was definitely much tastier. There were three of us, and we indulged in 40,000 yen worth of food. What I especially loved was the premium three-meat platter and the grilled shabu-shabu ribeye. I was a bit disappointed with the yukhoe, wagyu sashimi, and tataki, which didn't meet my expectations and brought my mood down. However, the grilled shabu-shabu ribeye was so delicious that I ended up ordering it three times! The meat arrived a little slowly, and there were a couple of mix-ups with our order, as well as two items that didn’t come at all. Still, the staff were very pleasant and friendly.

A yakiniku restaurant located on the main street of Juso. It's a surprisingly stylish place for the area. We reserved a private room for two, and it turned out to be a very clean and relaxing space, raising our expectations from the moment we entered. We started by ordering beef sashimi, which was incredibly delicious and really boosted our excitement. The beer, a Premium Malts fragrant ale, had a perfect frothy top and was delightful. We ordered more and more, and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, the service and food left us with a great impression of the restaurant.
