It’s delicious, so I came back for more. This is a tasty place that I recommend to many of my Korean friends. Of course, the monjayaki is great, but the side dishes are also delicious. I ordered the gizzard twice! The deluxe seafood chanko includes shrimp, scallops, squid, and clams, and they even top it off with roe. It’s truly delicious, and I ate a lot of it, but this time I also ordered the cheesy rice cake with mentaiko. I love both! The first time I came, I asked the staff to make it for me, but this time I made it myself. Making it myself was fun, and it was really great!

On this day, a group of five close friends had a year-end party (^^). We enjoyed two types of monjayaki (a Japanese savory pancake) along with butter-grilled scallops and squid, making a total of eight dishes, plus a two-hour all-you-can-drink option for just 4,000 yen — what a great deal! For the select monjayaki, we could choose two options from a total of 28, and we went with the "Shiso and Mentaiko Cream Monjayaki" and "Squid Ink Cheese Risotto Monjayaki"! The amazing part is that the staff cooks the monjayaki for you, so you can savor authentic and delicious flavors! I was mesmerized by their skillful flipping! There are so many types of monjayaki that I’m having a hard time deciding, but the must-try is definitely the mentaiko mochi cheese! With the addition of mochi and cheese, it creates a wonderful creamy texture, and the saltiness from the cheese and mentaiko is just irresistible! The deluxe seafood monjayaki is luxurious with ingredients like shrimp, scallops, and clams, and even includes roe, making for a generous portion that’s not only delicious but also very filling! The crab miso cream was great too, with shiso leaves adding a lovely fragrance. I had all the monjayaki prepared by the staff, and there was one male staff member whose skillful technique was truly impressive! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I had a lot of delicious food like sunagimo with ponzu, squid ink monja, baby star monja, carbonara monja, and okonomiyaki. It was at Moheji in Shibuya. The place was clean, and I was able to make a reservation easily, so I was very satisfied. The staff's service was also great! ☺️

I went around 4 PM on a weekday, and I was able to get in right away! There was a wide variety of creative monja dishes, and they were delicious! Both the monja and the okonomiyaki were filling and tasty! The monja is made on the hot plate from the start, but for the okonomiyaki, only the finishing touches were done on the hot plate. At first, I thought, "Aren't they going to make it here?" but once it came out, the okonomiyaki had a fluffy texture and was really delicious. It's definitely tastier than what I could make myself! On weekdays during lunch, there’s an all-you-can-eat option with coupons that makes it a great deal, so I’d love to go again!

I visited the restaurant on a Friday night. It seems to have opened in December last year, and the interior is nice and clean. I was happy to see that the appetizer was a whole shrimp. The serving time was quick, and they even cooked the monjayaki for us. There are many different types of monjayaki, all of which piqued my curiosity, and they were all delicious.

It was a restaurant with an incredibly wide variety of monjayaki. They had three types of broth! It seems like you could come here multiple times without getting bored. On weekends during lunch, it was not crowded, and it seemed fine to come without a reservation. The food was served a bit slowly, but the okonomiyaki was brought to the table already cooked, and it was incredibly delicious! It was fluffy and had a rich broth flavor. Since it was my first time having monjayaki, I ordered the classic combination of mentai, mochi, and cheese. You can request them to cook it for you, and it was interesting how different staff members had different ways of doing it. The side dish, tomapaccho, consisted of sweet and sour radish and tomato topped with ginger, which was great for refreshing the palate. I definitely want to go back! Thank you for the meal!

I suddenly craved monja and found this restaurant in Shinjuku, where I went for the first time. I ordered the Mentai Mochi Cheese Monja and the Seafood Chanko Monja. I was looking forward to just waiting without making it myself, but the staff asked if they could make it for me as a service, so I let them. The mentai one was delicious, just as I had hoped. Thanks to the mochi and cheese, the grilling was perfect. The seafood one had a tasty dashi flavor, but it was a bit too runny. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere.

I learned for the first time from the staff that they developed their broth in collaboration with Nishinben, a company that's been around for over 100 years. While some places use shrimp broth or even add cream, this restaurant focuses on a classic broth that captures the Japanese heart. The appearance might be unappealing, but the squid ink and cheese monjayaki is the best I've had after trying many places. I was planning to try the classic mentaiko cheese next, but I drank too much and had to give up. They served a single shrimp as an appetizer, which was a pleasant surprise, especially since I had been drinking. Naturally, the staff cooks for you, but I like to consider myself a connoisseur and prefer to cook it myself…

It's located just a short walk from Shinjuku West Exit, on the 5th floor of the Palette Building, which has a Uniqlo on the first floor. The restaurant has a bright, clean, and spacious interior. They offer a variety of toppings for monjayaki, cooked with three types of broth. I ordered the mentai mochi cheese monjayaki made with “Ninben” seafood broth, and the curry corn cheese monjayaki with a bacon topping, made with chanko broth. Typically, the staff will cook the monjayaki for you, so while waiting, I enjoyed some cheese crackers and beer, taking my time to relax. When ordering alcohol, the complimentary appetizer is shrimp, which was also delicious. Overall, I think this restaurant is well-located and very convenient. Thank you for the meal!
