Today's "Konoha" once again hosted the "With Beautiful Women's Gathering", and this time it's a shout-out to the beautiful chef apprentice, Morita, from the "Best Japanese Cuisine Restaurant"! We indulged in a feast of Matsuba crabs, weighing over 1kg, prepared in sashimi, shabu-shabu, steamed, and grilled styles, as part of the luxurious crab course at "Konoha" (advance reservation required, special pricing, subject to crab market prices). The dishes were as shown in the photos. This time, we had the rare appearance of the "Beautiful Women's Hands"! As usual, we toasted with a bottle of champagne! Starting with the Shirasae shrimp appetizer, which was incredibly delicious and got our excitement levels up. Then came the Matsuba crabs, with the head chef himself preparing them, creating a truly luxurious crab dining experience. From crab leg sashimi to shabu-shabu, grilled crab, steamed crab, crab miso, and more, the cooking methods at "Konoha" bring out the freshness of the crab like no other, offering a top-tier crab dining experience that can't be found elsewhere. The "Beautiful Women" praised the simple yet skillful cooking techniques at "Konoha" that enhance the deliciousness of the crab ingredients even more! Additionally, we enjoyed the signature tempura and tea ceremony at "Konoha" as the perfect ending to our indulgent lunch. Oh, wait, I almost forgot about Morita-san! She is a hardworking female chef apprentice who puts her all into cooking and serving. She excels in everything she does, from getting the perfect temperature for hot sake to expertly pouring champagne with a smile. She even goes out of her way to pick up customers who can't find the restaurant. Today, we also tried a strawberry dessert made by Morita-san, which had a gentle and kind flavor, just like her personality. With her determination, she is sure to become a top-class chef in the future! Looking forward to trying the appetizer she prepares next time. Another satisfying experience at "Konoha"!
