Tsukemen without soup (oil + soy sauce dipping sauce 950 yen) ★★★★ The noodles are slightly wavy thick straight noodles. The toppings include pork belly and thigh chashu, minced meat, chopped onions, kaiware (radish sprouts), menma (bamboo shoots), egg yolk, chopped seaweed, and naruto fish cake. The dipping sauce is made with two types of soy sauce from Shodoshima, light soy sauce made with fresh raw soy sauce from Takino, Chidori vinegar from Kyoto, and Ogasawara mirin from Aichi. The tare (sauce) also contains camellia lard and a small amount of seafood broth, creating a rich flavor with a hint of garlic and a blend of umami and sweetness from the soy sauce. The noodles are from Ooie Foods in Tokyo, with a firm texture that pairs well with the sauce. The chashu made with Sakura pork from Mie prefecture and the minced meat are both delicious, offering a good balance of flavors. You can also enjoy different tastes by adding pepper or vinegar. To finish, you can add the complimentary mini rice to the remaining sauce and enjoy it all. (Recommended for noodle lovers) 2023.08.22

We wanted to eat Chinese ramen, so we drove there. Surprisingly, all the nearby parking lots were full... It turns out there was a B'z concert happening at Nagai Stadium tonight, which explained it. Luckily, we found a parking spot for 20 minutes at 100 yen. We bought two tickets for the Chinese ramen at 900 yen each. I saw gyoza on the menu on Tabelog and wanted to try it, but they said they weren't serving it anymore. The Chinese ramen was simple. It was tasty, but I felt it was a bit overpriced at 900 yen. I should have added wontons or a boiled egg to make it more satisfying. It seems to be a branch of Abiko's Chinese Ramen Sen, but I prefer Sen. It was nice that the total cost, including parking, came out to just 2,000 yen.

- Special Chinese-style ramen! (¥1,230) It was worth the visit! Made with carefully selected ingredients! Especially using plenty of dried sardines, bonito, and mackerel in a Japanese-style Chinese ramen! The toppings are as follows: 2 pork wontons, 1 shrimp wonton, seasoned egg, 2 slices of pork chashu, menma (bamboo shoots), narutomaki (fish cake), and a large sheet of seaweed! The rich and salty soup with a refreshing taste is irresistible! The wontons are also exquisite! Next time, I might try the special pork fat ramen! Thank you for the meal! ★P.S.★ I thought they opened at 11:30, but when I arrived at 11:20, there was already a customer who had almost finished half of their meal...? (・_・;? Depending on the situation, they might open at 11:00! o(^o^)o

I ordered the "Exclusive Chinese Ramen" for 1200 yen. The ramen had a rich fish broth made from mackerel, which paired well with the thin noodles. It's conveniently located within walking distance from Nagai Stadium, making it a great option for a pre-concert salt replenishment.

Today, I took a day off to attend a B'z live concert in Nagoya. I spent 2 and a half hours buying merchandise in the morning. Feeling hungry afterwards, I decided to try out a place called "Kaminari Kumon" that I had been wanting to visit. I ordered the special Chinese ramen with extra noodles. The restaurant had a stylish interior and they were playing B'z music, which I appreciated. The ramen arrived in about 5 minutes and it looked incredibly beautiful. The soup had a rich seafood flavor without being too overpowering, and the thin noodles were delicious. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Nagoya for a concert or event. It was a satisfying meal. Thank you. Now I am ready to enjoy the concert in the evening!

Hello! It's Ramen Walking! Today, I visited Kamikaze Unidon in Nagai and tried their "Special Pork Backfat Ramen". I took the subway to get there for my ramen tour. I arrived around 7:00 PM and ordered the special ramen for 1,250 yen. The soup was a mix of pork, chicken, dried sardines, bonito, and mackerel, but surprisingly it wasn't too fishy. It had a rich flavor but was still easy to drink. The pork backfat added a nice creamy texture. The noodles were thin and straight, cooked just right to soak up the soup. The toppings included chashu, two types of wontons, seasoned egg, bamboo shoots, seaweed, fish cake, green onions, and onions. The special ramen was generously topped and filling. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. Thank you, Kamikaze Unidon! Today's step count: 13,650 steps. Calories burned: 516 kcal.

Special Back Fat Shoyu Ramen for 1250 yen. The soup is made from dried chicken, pork, and seafood, resulting in a flavorful base with a hint of back fat that is not overwhelming. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles that pair well with the soup. The toppings include handmade pork and shrimp wontons, chashu, menma, kaiware, naruto, seasoned egg, roasted seaweed, and chopped onions. The variety of toppings makes it enjoyable to think about how to eat them as you progress through the bowl. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Order: Back fat ramen with meat wonton, served with white rice. The restaurant is located near Nagai Park, with a small entrance that can be easily missed. Visited on a Sunday before 12 o'clock and found the place to be full. Waited for about 5 minutes inside the restaurant. The main attraction was the wonton, which is also the restaurant's specialty, so I naturally chose the ramen with wonton. The wonton was authentic and delicious, with a flavorful meat filling and a chewy yet fluffy skin. The ramen itself had a standard back fat soy sauce broth with thin noodles, nothing extraordinary but not bad either. It might have been slightly salty for some. The rice portion was surprisingly generous, and I left the restaurant feeling satisfied. Although it may be a bit pricey, if you come all the way here, I recommend trying the wonton. Thank you for the meal!

The soup is rich in umami from seafood, chicken, and pork, while the noodles are thin and go perfectly with the soup. The meat and shrimp wontons have a chewy skin and moist filling, making it incredibly delicious. However, first-time visitors may find it confusing as the staff do not come to collect your food ticket, you have to bring it to them yourself.

I broke the jinx that there is no bad luck in Chuka soba the other day during my business trip to Kanto, but this time it was definitely right. Simply delicious. The broth has a very deep flavor. It's clear without any strange taste. The noodles are thin and straight. It's a well-balanced ramen in every aspect. I want to come again.

【Backfat Chuka Soba with Mixed Wonton Noodles】The base soup, made from pork and chicken, is mixed with a large amount of dried ingredients (sardines, mackerel, bonito) to create a sharp-tasting Chuka Soba with a strong soy sauce flavor. The coarse backfat floating on top adds an oily richness to the soup, which remains piping hot throughout. The unique umami from the fat is quite enjoyable, but it's best to eat it earlier before it cools down. The shop also recommends dipping a raw egg into the soup due to its intense flavor. The noodles are slightly firm and thin, providing a satisfying chewiness. As you chew, you'll taste the bitter sardines along with the power of the soy sauce, complemented by the surprisingly good addition of seaweed. The two types of pork chashu, although small, were delicious. I also ordered two types of wontons as toppings, one with pork and the other with shrimp. Although the filling was a bit scarce, the flavor was robust, and the slightly thick skin provided a good amount of texture. Overall, it was a satisfying bowl in terms of both flavor and portion size.

"I visited 'Chuka Soba Kaminari Guntan' in Nagai Higashi and tried their 'Backfat Shoyu Ramen' for 920 yen. The broth is made from a combination of dried fish such as sardines, bonito, and mackerel, as well as pork and chicken, creating a rich and flavorful base with a hint of backfat. The soy sauce seasoning is well-balanced with a clear and refreshing taste. The noodles are straight and thin, providing a satisfying chewy texture. The chashu pork consists of two different cuts, belly and thigh, both tender and well-seasoned. Overall, the ramen has a deep and satisfying flavor with a good mouthfeel. You can also customize the taste with pepper and vinegar available on the table."

Arrived at 1:00 p.m. on a weekday with no wait. Ordered the Mixed Wanton Noodle for 1180 yen. The wantons are a mix of shrimp and meat. Soup: Strong taste of dried bonito and other dried ingredients with a base of animal broth. Very delicious. Noodles: Thin noodles that are easy to slurp, but didn't seem to have any particular standout feature. Wantons: Both the meat and shrimp are incredibly tasty. The filling has a strong flavor that spreads throughout the mouth when bitten. The chashu is also tender, juicy, and delicious. The quality of the toppings is extremely high. The soup noodles were delicious but a familiar taste. Thank you for the meal~.

I went on Sunday and there was no line✌️ I parked diagonally in the parking lot in front of the restaurant and went in. I bought a ticket and ordered the most popular special ramen at the counter. It came out pretty quickly and it was piping hot (◍'∀'◍) The soup was rich and the noodles were thin. The char siu was delicious. I usually only get a boiled egg as a topping, but since the special was the most popular, I decided to go all out and added seaweed and other toppings. It was my first time adding seaweed, but it was delicious too. The boiled egg and wonton (especially the shrimp) were also delicious. I was sweating a lot~ Why is it that when you eat ramen, your nose doesn't run? 😂 On the way back, there were people waiting! I burned the back of my front tooth a little bit from the heat 😅

It was my first visit in a while for dinner after work. I ordered the special back fat ramen (1250 yen). The restaurant didn't seem too crowded, but maybe I just had bad timing or they were too focused on their cooking. It wasn't very pleasant that the extra noodles I ordered later were served before my ramen. The ramen itself was great, with high-quality ingredients like tender chashu, soft menma, and a half-boiled egg. However, I felt that they could improve their customer service attitude.

I love the ramen at Niku-Undon, I come here once every two weeks. The soup, chashu, and noodles are all to my liking, with a great overall balance. I tried going during the open dash but it was full, so now I aim to go around 2pm and usually can get a seat.

I heard that Abiko Station on the Midosuji Line has a sister store of Chinatown Soba Sen, and it has been on my mind even while working. Finally, I visited. I learned that "cloud swallow" is pronounced "wonton" (°ω°). The soup has flavors of chicken, pork, and seafood, and although it looks light, it is quite rich with a lot of oil. The interior of the store is stylish and creates a calming atmosphere!

I ordered the Chinese soba and the original meat dish, which was like a Luro rice. I'm not a big fan of jazz playing in high-consciousness ramen shops, but the Chinese soba was delicious from the first sip of soup! You can tell they put a lot of effort into making the broth with quality ingredients. It's quite high-level, but the saltiness is a bit strong for my taste. I prefer a lighter flavor. However, they must be using really good soy sauce because the aroma is fantastic. It made me want to try their other ramen dishes. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the meal.

When you order a large serving of noodles, you get a substantial amount and feel satisfied. I went around 2 pm on a Saturday and had to wait for two groups ahead of me. The staff will guide you in order, but be aware that if there's no line outside, people might cut in. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is relatively quiet as most customers eat quickly and leave rather than linger.

Walk a little south from Nagai Station. Choose the Chinese soba with mixed wontons. They say they make the wontons from peeling the shrimp themselves. They are particular about making everything from scratch. It also has back fat in it. The soup has a strong flavor.

Located 500 meters south of Nagai Park in the southern part of Osaka City, I found a ramen shop. The name of the shop includes "Unkotsu" so they must be confident in their Unkotsu (pork bone broth). Upon entering the shop, I selected my order from the automatic ticket machine. I chose the regular Chuka Soba for 950 yen without the seasoned egg, as I didn't want to deal with coins. I waited at the counter for a while. When the ramen arrived, I was surprised! There was no Unkotsu in it, even though it's supposed to be the shop's specialty! Can you believe that? If it's this shop, Unkotsu should be included in all the dishes! Upon closer inspection, I found that there was a menu item called "Unkotsu Chuka Soba." Well, that explains it. The ramen itself was carefully prepared and delicious. The thin noodles and soup were perfectly balanced. However, not being able to eat Unkotsu was very disappointing. Please include it as a standard in all menu items!
