I am in Osaka for three nights starting today, and I wanted to dine here for all three days, but unfortunately, you are fully booked for tomorrow and the day after. The menu was diverse and it was all very delicious. I didn't take many photos, but the pancake (chijimi), glass noodles (chapchae), and chicken were all really tasty, so I want to visit again when I have more time. The staff's service was excellent as well. Being able to order via QR code was a great feature too.

I am "Norinori," and I mainly enjoy lunch excursions centered around Sakai. I visited this restaurant on the 7th day after it opened. It was very spacious, and I was seated at a table near the open kitchen where no one else was around. It seems that during lunchtime, only Japanese set meals are served. I ordered the Kanpachi salt set meal plus chicken nanban, while my companion had the mackerel salt set meal with two pieces of fried chicken. While the fish was delicious, the fried chicken was really tasty! My companion ended up ordering more fried chicken. The surface was perfectly crispy while the inside was juicy, and the seasoning was not overly strong, yet very tasty! I totally understand wanting to go for seconds ( ｀ー´)ノ. The rice was served from a pot, and it was glossy and excellent; both of us had seconds. While lunch is focused on Japanese set meals, it appears that the restaurant transforms into a Korean dining establishment at night. It might be quite a hidden gem! However, be aware that there is no parking available! The hotel parking is designated for guests only, so please take caution. When I asked the staff, they mentioned they weren't familiar with parking options since they are not local. Thank you for the meal!

"Wakan" is a restaurant where you can enjoy Korean cuisine. When I visited during dinner time, the first thing that caught my eye was the cheese tikka galbi. For cheese lovers, the deliciously gooey cheese layered over spicy chicken was absolutely amazing! For those who are not fond of spiciness, the mildly spicy yangnyeom chicken is also recommended. The sweet and spicy sauce creates a perfect balance, making it a dish that pairs wonderfully with rice. The atmosphere of the restaurant is calm and inviting, making it a great place to relax. Additionally, the presentation of the dishes was beautiful, allowing us to enjoy them visually as well. Wakan is a stylish restaurant that even those who are not fans of Korean food can appreciate. I definitely recommend checking it out! (*^_^*)
