Today I had the summer limited edition dish at Ramen Tsuji! It's a cold dipping noodle with special seafood broth and topped with a dragon egg yolk. The noodles are soaked in konbu seaweed water, giving them a delicious flavor. The broth is cold and refreshing, perfect for a hot day. Mixing in the egg yolk adds a creamy texture to the dish. Adding green onions and a squeeze of sudachi lime enhances the overall flavor. The rare char siu on the side is tender and flavorful. I finished off the meal by mixing the remaining egg yolk with the konbu water, creating a unique and tasty soup. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal!

Limited ramen "Kamatama" (with separate plate of char siu) for 1,000 yen. Small rice for 100 yen. Paid via PayPay at 19:02, arrived at the restaurant and was the 4th in line at 19:11. Placed order at 19:13, entered the restaurant and was seated at 19:21. The ramen was served with soy sauce dressing, garlic oil, and a special egg. The restaurant is called "Touka", specializing in ramen. Check out their Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/pleasure_to_meat.

On a night during the consecutive holidays, I visited Ramen Tsuji after a long time. They still had some summer limited-time items, but I chose the Chicken Shoyu Ramen. The taste was as stable as ever. Even the mini Chashu bowl was satisfying. When I left, there was a line of people waiting. It's still a popular restaurant. I want to continue visiting this place occasionally.

Visited Yagicho 4-chome for work. "What should I eat?" "If it's Yagicho, it has to be ramen!" A little walk from the station led us to a shop with a short line. We got in after about 15 minutes. After the first bite, "Delicious!" After the second, "Seriously delicious!" After the third, "Wow, delicious!" The soup was so good, it never got boring. Even on a hot day, ramen is the way to go.

I ordered the special chicken white broth ramen and mini chashu bowl. The rare chashu that came with the ramen was especially delicious. You can eat it rare or slightly heat it up in the soup, both ways were tasty! The chashu bowl with raw egg and chashu sauce was also delicious. The soup was tasty as well, although I was a bit skeptical if it was really chicken white broth. Overall, it was a delicious ramen!

The popular restaurant Ramen Tsuji is known for its chicken-based broth, but they also offer many limited-time menu items, making it a tough decision for customers. Despite it being my first visit, I couldn't resist ordering the Kamatama ramen. The noodles were delicious, and the char siu on the side was perfectly grilled. However, it was a bit salty for my taste. It went well with rice, but next time, I will definitely try the chicken-based broth ramen!

Arrived at 12:15. Queue number 9. This is a restaurant that I always try to visit when I eat lunch alone in Yotsuya since I found it when it first opened. I confirmed that "I like chicken white broth" after eating at Tsuji! Today, I came here after a long time, but the menu has changed, haha. Anyway, I decided to try the most expensive one. I entered at 35 minutes, and it was served at 43 minutes. I was really hungry, it was delicious, delicious. But, I was a little disappointed that it was soy sauce after all. Tsuji's recommendation is soy sauce, but my preference is salt. I don't come here often, so I always regret eating the restaurant's recommendation after hesitating every time. The meat with everything on it was all delicious, but I think I like the chicken meat the most. I didn't need the pig's feet. Next time I come to Tsuji, I will definitely order without hesitation: Chicken white broth with salt, mini Chashu bowl!!

Ramen Tsuji [1-cho, Yariya-cho, Chuo-ku, Osaka] [Chinese soba Tsuji] from the Tsuji group, daring to climb the ladder. Already, there is a crowd in front of the shop, solidifying its status as a popular queue shop. They take your order in advance while you wait in line, which contributes to the efficiency of the service and turnover rate. - Kamatama (with chashu) 1000 yen - Small white rice 100 yen Limited Kamatama target shooting. What is Kamatama, you may ask? Let's put that question aside for now. The chashu on a separate plate is seared in front of you, and white rice is provided for the dive meal. Mix the black sauce at the bottom with the noodles. The noodles have a chewy texture and a good throat feel. The egg yolk adds creaminess. Occasionally, sandwiching the noodles with chashu is also good. After finishing the noodles, dive into the white rice as planned. It's the perfect finish to the meal. Lunch from a little while ago on August 20, 2023. I went to Ramen Tsuji in Tanimachi 4-chome. It's a popular place, so there was already a line before it opened. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally able to get in. Since it was quite hot, I tried their limited menu item, the cold seafood dipping noodles. The egg yolk in the middle of the noodles looked beautiful. The dipping sauce was refreshing and delicious. I enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal. #Osaka #Tanimachi4chome #Ramen #RamenCircuit #RamenTsuji

I visited Ramen Tsuji. It is located about a 3-minute walk from Osaka Metro Tanimachi 4-chome Station. This time, I had the "Special Soy Sauce Chicken Paitan Ramen" and the "Char Siu Don (mini)". The soup was a creamy chicken paitan with soy sauce which paired well and was delicious. The noodles were thin and straight, with a good texture. The Iberico pork rare char siu was tender and flavorful, and the chicken char siu was also tender and good. The addition of pig trotters made the soup creamy and delicious. The char siu don had plenty of seared char siu which was fragrant, tender, and tasty. The orange-colored egg yolk on top was rich and flavorful. The price was a bit high, but the quality was worth it. Thank you for the meal!

I visited around 19:30 on a regular weekday night. The restaurant was full inside and there was a line of 7-8 people outside, so I waited for about 20 minutes. I ordered the classic soy sauce ramen. When I tasted the soup, the creamy pork bone and soy sauce flavors were perfectly matched and very delicious. It was quite different from the typical tonkotsu soy sauce ramen, and it was one of the best I've had this year. I don't have many opportunities to go there, but if I stay nearby again, I would definitely like to revisit.

(Chicken White Broth) Special Soy Sauce Ramen ¥1,600- I visited around 7 pm on a weekday and had to wait for 30 minutes with 10 people ahead of me. The seating is only at the counter. I tried the (Chicken White Broth) Special Soy Sauce Ramen. It came with Iberico pork chashu, boiled egg, and even pig's feet. The soup is a foam-based type. When you take a sip, the umami of the chicken white broth overwhelms you. However, as you continue to drink, the soy sauce flavor gradually becomes stronger. I feel like I understand why there are parentheses around the chicken white broth in the name. But the combination of this chicken white broth and soy sauce in the soup is really delicious!! Before you know it, you've finished the bowl. The noodles are thin straight noodles. They are smooth and have a nice firmness to them, which I personally like. And the standout is the Iberico pork chashu!! The more you chew, the more umami comes out. I think it's worth visiting just for this. The price is a bit on the high side at ¥1,600, but the taste is definitely worth it. Thank you for the meal✨

After enjoying an excellent tonkatsu, we decided to finish off our meal with some ramen. Just a 3-minute walk from New Babe, we found a line forming outside Ramen Tsuji, a place that was once selected as one of the top 100 ramen shops. Despite no longer being on that list, the popularity of this place is still going strong. We tried their Chicken Shoyu Ramen, which is a well-known signature dish. The broth had a unique foam on top, concealing a rich chicken flavor underneath. The straight thin noodles had a nice firm texture and great flavor. The chashu consisted of both chicken breast and pork shoulder, with the chicken chashu being particularly tender and delicious. My companion opted for the Cold Seafood Tsukemen, which had thick noodles and a refreshing seafood dipping sauce that paired perfectly. Perhaps I should have gone for something cold too, given how hot it was. The soup was so good that I ended up finishing every last drop. As we left the restaurant, the line had only gotten longer, showcasing the enduring popularity of this place. It was truly a delightful meal.

After returning from the beach, feeling low on salt after tanning, I decided to go for some ramen. I found a highly rated shop nearby and decided to visit. There was already a line of about 8 people, but I checked the menu outside and saw prices around 1700 yen, so I opted for the 1150 yen chicken shoyu ramen. The soup had a rich depth of flavor with a frothy top, reminiscent of Wakayama ramen. The noodles were firm and fragrant, and the two types of chashu, breast meat and regular chashu, were both delicious. This ramen shop is the kind of place you want to visit just for the experience, rather than for everyday use. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for the meal.

I ordered soy sauce ramen. I decided to try it after seeing a photo of chicken paitan with creamy foam on the food review site. It was Sunday night and there were about three groups waiting in line. I got in after about 15 minutes. Honestly, I always have a light impression of chicken paitan, so I tend to choose pork bone soy sauce ramen, but the soup had a strong dashi flavor and was delicious!! The chashu was moist and tasty. I didn't specifically order the noodles, but they were firm and to my liking.

At Osaka's Yotsubashi Ramen Tsuji, a popular chicken white broth ramen shop, I lined up outside for a bit before getting in because I went at night. I tried the Chicken White Broth Shoyu Ramen for 900 yen, which had a frothy chicken white broth soup that looks white on the outside but is actually a normal soup color inside. The soup had a strong flavor with a good balance of soy sauce and pork bone taste. Both the chashu and noodles were delicious, with a generous portion of noodles. I also had the Chashu Don for 550 yen, which was served in a small rice bowl size and had rare chashu with an egg yolk on top, which was a perfect combination. #OsakaGourmet #OsakaLunch #RamenLover #NoodleLover #RamenTsuji #ChickenWhiteBroth

This is a shop located in the Yotsuya area, known for its fierce competition in ramen. They specialize in chicken white broth with foam. I revisited on a weekday night. The shop has only 8 counter seats and was about to close, but it was still crowded with customers, showing its popularity. I ordered the special soy sauce ramen with chicken white broth for 1600 yen, with an extra serving for 100 yen, and a chashu rice bowl for 550 yen. The soup is a blend of chicken and pork bone, with a foam on top, showcasing the deep flavor of chicken. The thin straight noodles are flexible and have a nice wheat flavor that complements the soup well. The toppings include Iberico pork chashu, boiled egg, pork trotter, kaiware radish, and green onions, creating a beautiful contrast. The bill was over 2000 yen, which is a bit on the expensive side for a ramen shop, but the use of high-quality ingredients like Iberico pork justifies the price.

Quickly became a repeat customer. This time I ordered the limited-time mixed ramen. It was exquisite, to say the least. I prefer this one. The mayonnaise adds a nice touch and makes it milder. The seared chashu adds a bold flavor that you'll want to devour. As for the side menu, this time I had the pork belly rice bowl. It's the best. The sweet and savory pork belly with rich egg is just irresistible. You must try it.

The restaurant has only 8 counter seats and serves chicken white broth ramen. I ordered soy sauce flavor and it was delicious. The taste is elegant, although I personally prefer a stronger chicken flavor. The side menu Chashu bowl was also amazing, especially with the dragon egg topping. This is definitely a restaurant I will visit again.

I arrived around 1pm on a regular day and was able to enter without waiting. I ordered the special soy sauce and chashu rice bowl. The bowl arrived in about 5 minutes after ordering, and the richness of the soy sauce and the deliciousness of the chicken broth were outstanding. I recommend this restaurant to those who are unsure about where to eat nearby.

I arrived at 11:20 and there were 7 people waiting. Luckily, I was able to get a seat during the first round of opening and ordered the Chicken Shoyu Ramen. It arrived in a few minutes, and the light cream-colored ramen looked very appetizing. It was not as light as it looked, with a strong soy sauce flavor that paired well with the soup. Next time, I want to try the tsukemen.
