On a Sunday in April 2024, we had been busy with work in the restaurant industry and were looking for a chance to unwind with a colleague. Ironically, many other restaurants were either closed or closed early on Sundays, so after a few unsuccessful attempts, my colleague remembered this place. They were open until 3 AM, which was great for us.
Inside, there was an aquarium with live fish swimming, including seasonal fish like mackerel. The young male staff provided attentive service and explained the menu thoroughly, creating a pleasant dining experience. We started with two bottles of beer, followed by three different types of chilled sake for me, and three lemon chuhai drinks for my colleague.
For food, we ordered a variety including a five-piece sashimi platter (featuring bluefin tuna, octopus, salmon, yellowtail, and striped mackerel), a whole fish presentation of mackerel (where the bones were made into crispy snacks), French fries, chicken karage (fried chicken), tempura anago (conger eel), tempura squid, tempura shiso leaves, potato salad, and chanja (spicy fermented cod). The menu had a wide selection, and the overall prices were quite reasonable, allowing us to enjoy ourselves comfortably. Thank you for the meal; we’ll come back again soon!
