We went with two adults and two children, and it was perfect for families! The kids' meal was about 750 yen, which is reasonable and luxurious considering it's in Omotesando! I had the omelet rice, and even with a drink included, it was only around 1500 yen. We were seated in a circular booth with one kids' chair and had our stroller parked next to us. We made a reservation for their 11 a.m. opening, and the place was almost empty at that time. By around noon, it was nearly full, with about 30% families and 70% adult groups. The fact that there weren’t many kids around meant that there were only three kids' chairs available in the restaurant, which is a slight downside. It's better to inform them about your needs when making a reservation.

I went on a weekday at 4:00 PM and was able to enter smoothly. The restaurant is spacious and has a great sense of openness! I was shown to a wide seat, and it was incredibly comfortable! Since it was after lunch, we only ordered drinks— I got iced tea and my friend ordered cocoa. The tea came with one free refill, so I asked for a refill! All the staff were polite and very nice people.

We visited on a Saturday night with two people. We arrived around 7 PM, and it wasn't crowded, so we were seated quickly. Although it's a family restaurant, the food was actually quite delicious, and the atmosphere wasn't bad at all, so it seems like a convenient place to use. However, the salad was 1580 yen, and the bread was 380 yen, so I thought the prices were a bit higher than what you’d expect at a typical family restaurant. Haha!

I ordered the popular fluffy and creamy omelette rice and half-and-half spaghetti napolitana with crab cream croquette (1,860 yen), karaage with Nara pickled tartar sauce (780 yen), and a blue cream soda (780 yen)! The restaurant was spacious, and even on a Saturday night, I was able to enter without waiting in line. The seating was also comfortable, with round sofas that are great for families. Among the items I ordered, the Nara pickled tartar sauce was particularly delicious! It is a family restaurant that satisfies not just kids, but also adult palates.

I visited on a weekend night and was surprised that we could get seated quickly; the restaurant still has a hidden gem vibe. My family ordered a variety of dishes: we had napolitan pasta, fried chicken, and a hamburger set. I chose chicken curry and clam chowder. The curry had a rich flavor with plenty of chutney and butter. The chicken was cut into smaller pieces for easier eating. The pickles were very red, and I left some behind. The salad was full of ingredients. The clam chowder was packed with clams, though the flavor was slightly mild. The napolitan pasta had a great balance of tomato acidity. Overall, the food felt quite authentic. I felt like this place could be used for a variety of occasions.

It was an inexpensive, delicious place with a stylish interior. It’s usually crowded and hard to get in, but it was surprisingly empty, maybe because the weather is getting colder! The omelette rice was affordable and very filling, which made me really satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ). There were plenty of seats, making it a comfortable space even for solo diners, and the sofa seating had a unique round shape, making it great for families or friends. It's common to see restaurants that let you order via your phone these days, and this one was no exception!

Near my home is the Tokyu "Harakado." It has an underground bath and trendy shops, but on this day, our family of four visited the restaurant 'FAMIRES' on the 5th floor. The restaurant 'sio,' which has been featured in the Michelin Guide Tokyo for five consecutive years, aims to express classic family restaurant menus through their interpretation of "delicious." We found a variety of standard dishes on the menu. My elementary school-aged son was happy with his hamburger and fried chicken, while my daughter enjoyed the meat sauce spaghetti. My wife and I shared some wine with our side dishes and ordered the hamburger, which was truly delicious. It tasted like a classic, genuine hamburger. After our meal, we enjoyed the night view. While the shops mostly cater to younger people, spending time with family by enjoying a bath, having a meal upstairs, sounds like a great plan.

On holidays, seats start to fill up around 11:30. The seating is spacious and very comfortable. The kids' lunch for 680 yen offers great value for money, but the taste quality is somewhat lacking. The regular menu items are priced accordingly. Depending on how you use it, this place can provide good value.

There is a family restaurant in Harajuku with a café-like atmosphere, and the menu is a bit more elaborate, giving it a special feel. I tried the fluffy, creamy omelette rice and the Neapolitan pasta. The eggs were soft and gooey, and the sauce was rich and flavorful. The Neapolitan pasta had a strong buttery taste, with a hint of an old-fashioned flavor yet with a nice twist!

I was looking for a late lunch and happened to stop by this place. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were wonderful. I ordered the hamburger, soup, salad, bread set, and a drink. First, the salad and corn soup were served. Both were delicious, allowing me to wait for the main dish with anticipation. The main course was also tasty, and the bread was exactly to my liking—it was fantastic! I definitely want to come back!

I went to "FAMiRES" in Harajuku with my friend! It has a family restaurant vibe, but the interior is stylish and spacious, giving off a cafe-like atmosphere. There’s also a terrace seat where you can see the streets of Harajuku, making it a nice place to relax. I ordered the omelette rice, and the eggs were fluffy and delicious! The portion was quite generous, so I was full. I also got a pudding, which had a slightly bitter caramel that was pleasantly sophisticated. Overall, the prices are a bit high, but considering the location in Harajuku, it's reasonable and delicious. Next time, it might be nice to just relax and chat with friends while using it as a cafe!

It’s a restaurant that doesn’t feel like a family restaurant at all. The prices are a little higher, but then again, it’s Harajuku prices, and the hamburgers are way more delicious than those at ordinary family restaurants. When you cut into the hamburger, it’s like, “wow, look at those juices!” It’s topped with demi-glace sauce, and it’s great that they give you extra sauce on the side. I’ve tried the mini hamburger (with toppings) once, but I didn’t like it much. If you’re going to eat here, I recommend getting the regular-sized hamburger instead. The salad has leafy greens along with some fruit mixed in, which pairs well with the fried items and other juicy dishes. However, I wish the dressing was a bit more flavorful. You’ll understand what I mean once you eat it, but overall, it’s really delicious!

I found a new building called Harakado while exploring with my child, and it seems that Chef Toba is supervising it. The concept appears to be a somewhat retro family restaurant, featuring classic dishes like hamburgers, Neapolitan pasta, and omelets. We ordered a kids' plate, hamburger & Neapolitan pasta, clam chowder, and pudding. The price range is between 1100 and 1500 yen. I think the taste is significantly better than your average family restaurant, without that reheated feel; it really had a homemade touch and was delicious. I would definitely consider visiting again.

I finally visited a restaurant that I had been curious about for a long time. Chef Toba's cooking was delicious, and I was looking forward to it, and it definitely lived up to my expectations! I happened to go at just the right time and got in right away, but it seemed like there was quite a line forming afterward, so timing is important. I noticed there were a lot of families dining there as well.

It's located inside Tokyu Plaza. Many shops in Omotesando close early, so it's very helpful that this place is open until 11 PM. The staff's service was very attentive, and the seating was spacious, allowing for a comfortable experience. The salad was delicious.

It's a restaurant with a family diner concept. Unlike typical family diners, the interior features round, cute sofas and many box seats, creating a stylish and relaxed atmosphere! The menu prices range from 1500 to 2000 yen, and while the taste is at a family diner level, I think it's reasonable given the local area. The lighting and interior design contribute to a great ambiance, making it a nice spot for dates as well. All orders are placed using QR codes.

I visited a family restaurant run by Chef Toba. It opens at 11 AM, and I arrived around noon, but all the round sofa seats were taken. I had hoped to sit there with my rambunctious 2-year-old, but unfortunately, that didn't happen (T-T). We ordered the children's lunch, a half-and-half of Napolitan pasta and omelet rice, a hamburger, fried squid, and pudding. My child was quite hungry, so I ordered the children's meal right as we sat down, and it arrived quickly, which was a big help ☻. The hamburger in the children's meal seemed to be basically the same as the adult hamburger, just smaller. It was meaty but had some gristle, so I had to be careful while feeding it to my child. I found the Napolitan pasta a bit heavy for my taste. I appreciated the value of this place in Harajuku at this price, especially since it was child-friendly ☻. However, I struggled a bit because the restroom on the same floor couldn't accommodate a stroller. Parents with little ones should be careful about this!

I visited the family restaurant "FAMiRES," which has become a hot topic among families. Typically, when we think of family restaurants, we imagine something casual and simple, but this place was different. Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was also very attentive, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable time. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the warm welcome from the staff left a strong impression. I was greeted with smiles, and the transition to my seat was smooth. The interior was spacious and bustling with families, couples, and friends, but the tables were well-spaced, so I didn’t overhear any conversations from nearby tables. The decor was stylish and created a fun atmosphere. Despite being a family restaurant, there was a noticeable attention to detail, making it a relaxing space. This time, I used the mobile ordering system by scanning a QR code placed in the restaurant. This was very convenient as it allowed me to order at my own pace without needing to call for a server during busy hours. I chose the "Half & Half Omelette Rice and Neapolitan Spaghetti." The omelette rice featured fluffy eggs paired perfectly with a rich demi-glace sauce, reminiscent of a high-end Western-style restaurant. The demi-glace sauce, made with Saikyo miso and red wine, provided a deep flavor. The Neapolitan spaghetti had a nostalgic taste, with chewy noodles thoroughly coated in ketchup. It included sausage and bell peppers, with the roasted aroma of the ingredients adding a delightful accent to the dish. Both dishes conveyed a sense of being carefully prepared while maintaining simplicity. Next, I ordered a side dish of salad and fried chicken (I forgot the name). The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, piled generously on the plate. It paired wonderfully with the salad, and I finished it in no time. The service throughout was consistently attentive and thoughtful. For instance, before my food was served, a staff member asked if the air conditioning was too strong, and they quickly refilled my water whenever it went low. Despite the young staff, each member carried a sense of freshness along with a professional attitude, making my dining experience very pleasant. Overall, I found "FAMiRES" to be a place that offers a new experience, transcending the typical family restaurant. With a menu supervised by Chef Toba, as well as exceptional staff service and an inviting atmosphere, it’s a place where families and friends can enjoy a casual meal, and everyone can leave satisfied.

I initially planned to go to Ippudo, but after seeing the menu items priced over 1000 yen, I decided to pass. Before I knew it, I found myself at this restaurant. I ordered the fluffy egg omelette rice and a half portion of spaghetti arrabbiata. It was light and delicious.
