A cozy inn run by a married couple. The breakfast is hearty with grilled salmon, rolled omelette, chilled tofu, pickled radish, simmered bamboo shoots and butterbur, cod roe, and vegetables. I don't usually eat such a substantial breakfast in the morning, so I feel full of energy. I'm still feeling the muscle pain from climbing Mount Yotei yesterday, but it was a great inn.

Sharo Yume. A cozy inn run by a couple. For dinner, we had a delicious spread including a salad with raw ham, sautéed garlic-basil Ezo Mebaru fish, mushroom soup, pork steak with Niseko vegetables, and banana chiffon cake. It was so tasty!!!! And being able to draw water from the faucet that comes from the spring of Mt. Yotei was amazing. The sweet water is slightly sweeter than the spring water in Makkari. It was a wonderful inn.
