I ate too many sweet things in the morning, so I wanted to eat something salty for lunch. I went to the Ion mall with that feeling. When I looked at the food section, I saw Easter-themed rice balls. There was a rice ball with a half-cooked boiled egg inside, so you couldn't see the inside. I think I bought a rice ball that wasn't cut in half for the moon-viewing event. Boiled eggs are convenient for events. Just being salty made me satisfied for now, but 302 yen seems a bit expensive.

At Sio-Ion in Kamioiso, I became a Sazae. It was probably my first visit. Due to COVID, there were plastic curtains in place here as well. I wasn't feeling well enough for Ohagi, so I bought dorayaki and other items instead. The quality was consistently good.

I bought a fruit sandwich at Aeon for lunch. It wasn't enough, so I thought about getting KFC, but there was a long line, so I went to Sazae instead. My husband prefers simple things like nori rolls over weird stuff. I got a simple kampyo roll and a fun treat set with red rice, inari, futomaki, and ohagi. Still feeling unsatisfied, I ended up going for the fruit sandwich.

I went to buy snacks. It's at Sazae in Daiei Kamiiso store in Hokuto City. There are many shops in the food court on the first floor of this Daiei, but there were a lot of people in front of this shop, so I ended up coming here. There are many Sazae stores, but this is my first visit. When it comes to Sazae, I think of Ohagi. So, I bought 3 pieces of Ohagi and 4 pieces of cream Ohagi. They were both 2 packs for 540 yen, which was a good deal. Normally, it would be 780 yen. They were a bit hard when I got home, but still delicious. Ohagi is always the best. The cream in the Ohagi was mild and tasty. This shop had the most customers in the Daiei food court. It's a popular place. The taste is something you crave occasionally. I'm satisfied with the unchanged taste. It was really delicious. Thank you for the meal.

On this day, I went to "Sazae Daiei Kamioiso Store"... As usual, I passed by Sazae, but on this day, I was drawn to the chestnut cream cakes. I first bought groceries and then went back to Sazae to order the "chestnut cream cakes" from the old lady. When I tried them, the chestnut flavor was richer and more delicious than I had expected. It's more like chestnut paste than cream. I also want to try the soy milk cream cakes, and since the chestnut cakes are limited edition, I plan to go back soon before they run out. Inside the hypermarket, there is a Sazae store. I sometimes stop by on my way back from shopping. The image this time is of salmon and grilled cod roe, so all the rice balls look the same, but they were delicious with soy sauce-flavored rice. My recommendation is the tempura. They also sell bento boxes, and quite a few people were buying them. The rice balls I bought this time were each 168 yen, and the tempura was around 189 yen. I sometimes feel like eating them when I stop by, and the rice is soft, which I like. Next time, I will buy something different and upload it someday.
