I decided to take a peek without any expectations and was pleasantly surprised to find that I could get in today. I managed to secure the last seat! Finally, I made it to this place. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is exotic yet there is a unique sense of tension in the air. The acrylic curtains provide a solid infection control measure. The seating is limited, but it's much appreciated during these times. I didn't do much research before coming because I didn't expect to get in, but I remember that the non-vegetarian option is spicy, right? I'll go with the vegetarian option. You can choose one large dish or two small dishes for the side dishes, and I think I'll go with two dishes. I'll have the lentils and potato subji. The main dish is curry, right? I asked a beginner's question about it, and the staff seemed a bit annoyed (;´∀`). Hmm, the tension is palpable. Finally, the curry dishes started to be served around me. It seems like everyone is adding extra side dishes to their set. The chicken drumsticks with chunks of meat look delicious. It's rumored to be spicy, but I'm curious... Alright, I'll add it! I timidly asked the staff to add a small portion of chicken, and they kindly accepted. It took more than 20 minutes for the dish to arrive. Finally, it appeared! Wow, it looks dignified... The beautifully blue large plate with rice and side dishes, two vegetarian side dishes, and the chicken on a separate plate. The lentils have a gentle bean flavor. It seems like they used the bean broth as it is (;´∀`). The potato subji, I like this. I can eat it with peace of mind. Now, the moment of truth with the chicken... I scooped up a small amount with a spoon and tasted it, and wow! It's really spicy (*_*) The chicken is tender and delicious. The spiciness doesn't penetrate the inside too much, so it's somewhat bearable. It's spicy, but it has a deep flavor and tastes good... although it's really spicy (*_*). I couldn't eat it properly. I enjoyed mixing the rice with the lentils, subji, and side dishes little by little. The rice is a mix of long Basmati rice and Japonica rice, I think? It's different. The small vegetable side dishes served with the rice added variety and complemented the curry well. I could enjoy the combination of spices and various side dishes. The curry had a lingering spiciness and depth of flavor that made it delicious. The vegetarian set for 1300 yen with an additional small side dish for 300 yen, totaling 1600 yen. Thank you for the meal.
