In recent years, I have been looking forward to it every year, and today, by chance, I noticed a sign outside a McDonald's store before entering Obihiro city. I was drawn in and entered the parking lot, then the store. It was a small store, but clean and nice. I quickly sat down and placed a mobile order through the McDonald's app. There was a coupon screen for a Tsukimi Macshake, priced at 240 yen for a medium size. It's a good deal. They brought my order in about a minute. When I opened the lid, it wasn't a lot, but it wasn't a little either. It was well chilled. As I started to drink with a straw, the slightly sour taste hinted at muscat grapes. This year's flavor is quite delicious. In the still hot Hokkaido, it's a perfect sweet treat for a rest during a drive.

I'm inside a restaurant. I walked here from Obihiro, but the rain got worse, so I'm taking shelter from the rain for now. Even with an umbrella, it was still wet when I crossed the bridge (≧∀≦) I'm starting to regret not renting a car. I'm warming up at McDonald's and waiting for the rain to ease up. There are a lot of high school students inside. I'm not sure if they're taking shelter from the rain or just hanging out after school, but they seem to be having fun! It would be nice to join them, haha. The coffee I had at McDonald's was delicious, especially since it's November and my body was freezing from getting wet in the rain. It was hot coffee too ( ´ ▽ ` ) I used the Wi-Fi for about 30 minutes while taking shelter from the rain. Luckily, the rain stopped and I can walk without an umbrella now! Thank you for the meal^_^

Hot coffee is 130 yen with a discount from a LINE coupon. The coffee at McDonald's has become more delicious. It is larger in size compared to convenience store coffee. Today's lunch was tonkatsu, so I only ordered coffee without any side dishes.

I went to McDonald's 38th Satsunai store for the first time! By the way, I haven't tried McDonald's chicken before. I'm not sure if they have it, but let's go check it out. I bought it inside the store and took it out. Looking at the menu, I asked, "Do you have chicken?" Yes, we have McNuggets or McChicken. Oh, I'll have a McChicken. One is 150 yen. I brought home a Cheddar Cheese and a Red Pepper one each. When I opened the bag at home, there were two types of powder inside. I carefully shook the bag to avoid spilling. I'll try the Red Pepper first. It's not too spicy, a bit salty. The meat is not fatty, a bit dry. The Cheddar Cheese flavor is quite strong and mild. I think the Red Pepper goes better with the chicken. The McChicken is convenient, cheap, and good. Thank you, McDonald's 38th Satsunai store. Even though the lunch rush is over on weekdays, the staff continues to talk rapidly, making it hard to keep up. I don't understand what they are saying, but I nod along with a lot of questions. I had planned to eat in the car, but ended up eating on the premises. What is a "Babepo"? Apparently, it's a barbecue pork burger. Later, I got thirsty. The sweet and salty BBQ sauce, lettuce, cheese, and pickles were tasty. I prefer pork patties over beef as they are more enjoyable to eat without getting tired of them. The potatoes were good, but the recent batch was lukewarm even after reheating. They were all a bit tired. The saltiness was strong, which I liked. I ordered "Oolong" but got a bottle of green tea instead. The set costs 400 yen, but I might have preferred a burger more fitting for the season, like the "Tsukimi Burger." It's already gone.
