It's sushi, Sapporo, it's sushi, for you♪ It's sushi, Sapporo, it's sushi, more than anyone♪ The chef at the entrance was very friendly and welcoming, making regular customers feel at ease to enjoy their sushi. The overall service was pleasant and left a good impression. The lunch deals were cost-effective, with options like sushi lunch sets with chawanmushi or soba, priced at 700 yen (excluding tax). I was curious about the tempura, so I opted for the B lunch set with tempura soba and sushi. The B lunch set cost 1,000 yen (excluding tax), which may not be profitable in some locations. The tempura arrived hot and crispy, with 2 pieces of shrimp tempura. The sushi was well-prepared and satisfying, showcasing the skill and care of the chef. The lunch was affordable and seemed to cater to the local community, with regulars coming in during lunchtime. The sushi included tuna, snow crab, salmon, scallop, yellowtail, sweet shrimp, octopus, and squid - all classic choices. The tuna was particularly delicious with a great texture. The rice was glossy and had a good texture as well. The tempura and soba were decent but not outstanding. Next time, I might skip the soba. Overall, I felt that opting for the 1,780 yen (excluding tax) option would have been more worthwhile. In the evening, you can also order yakitori from the neighboring Senba restaurant. While it's a bit far for me, I would love to come back for dinner if I'm in the area. I feel like there are some great sushi restaurants in residential areas. I look forward to continuing my lunch sushi adventures. Stay tuned for the next episode - a sushi restaurant I'd like to visit again when I'm nearby!
