We visited this restaurant on a family trip, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I ordered the negi miso ramen. It wasn't butter ramen, but the soup had a hint of butter aroma and a subtle garlic flavor, making it quite rich. My elementary school daughter ordered the salt ramen, which seemed to have a different type of noodles. Are they using different noodles for different dishes? The curly noodles had a nice firmness and paired well with the rich soup. My wife ordered the zangi bowl, which was also delicious! Both my family and I finished our meals and left satisfied. Thank you very much.
