There’s a new restaurant that just opened on the back streets of Nishi-Kujo Station! It's great that they open at 3 PM on weekdays and at noon on weekends and holidays, allowing for daytime drinking! I visited on a weekday after 3 PM. If you go between 3 PM and 5 PM on weekdays, the first lemon sour drink is just "1 yen" ♡ and the second drink is only 98 yen!! Plus, a medium bottle of Asahi beer is consistently 198 yen, which is a fantastic deal for drinkers! Cheers with a sour drink! As a starter, we had "su-motsu" (pickled beef tripe) for 330 yen. We ordered ♢ salt tongue ♢ kalbi (short rib) ♢ red meat steak with egg ♢ tripe ♢ kimchi platter ♢ lettuce. It’s been a while since I had kalbi! I made a reservation and visited during a weekday lunch. The restaurant was still quite empty, allowing me to relax and enjoy my meal at a comfortable pace. The menu featured a variety of high-quality meats at great prices, making it difficult to choose. However, since it was my first visit, I decided to go for the incredibly affordable bottled beer, a platter of wagyu beef, and a kimchi platter. I couldn't believe I was able to enjoy wagyu at such a low price! The platter was well balanced, with tender and juicy cuts like calbi and lean beef that I truly savored. I also ordered my personal favorites, akasen and harami, which were both very easy to eat and packed with flavor. To finish off my meal, I enjoyed crispy chijimi. I was amazed by the size of the giant sour cocktail; it's highly recommended for those who drink quickly. I definitely plan to return when I'm craving some meat. Thank you for a blissful time!
