The meal began with a grilled eggplant appetizer and fresh sashimi, which was delicious but only provided one piece of each type, so I wish there had been a bit more. The whole grilled onion was sweet and perfectly soft on the inside. The fresh salad had a tasty dressing. The pork shabu-shabu hot pot had a wonderful broth and the crispy mizuna paired well with the pork. The two additional dishes I ordered were also very satisfying, leaving me fully satisfied. Thank you for the meal!\(^o^)/
