Today, I took the morning off to go to the local hospital. After my appointment, even though it was a bit early for lunch, I really felt like having some "salt flavor" ramen from Hanaiichi Ramen, so I decided to stop by! When I looked at the menu, I almost changed my mind, but I stuck to my original plan and ordered the Hanaiichi Ramen in a large portion! The crunchy texture of the bean sprouts was so delicious! The soup was piping hot all the way to the bottom, and the noodles didn't get soggy, so I could enjoy it until the last bite. Even though it's a salt flavor, I wonder how the vegetable umami mixes in. Maybe that's why it's so tasty and not too heavy. As I was pondering these thoughts, I almost finished the whole bowl! Since I still had some time before work, of course, I had to finish with some takoyaki! The dashi broth from the ramen made it very delicious, so I highly recommend it to everyone! Just be careful not to burn your mouth, as they serve it hot off the grill! The plate is small, so be mindful of where you place it (laughs). Thank you, owner, for the delicious meal!
