This time, I visited this restaurant that I had been curious about when I went to Chitose for some errands. It is located in a residential area in Nagato, but I easily found it because there was a sign out. I was able to park my car right next to the store. There was only one customer in the store. There is a counter and a raised seating area, and I sat in the raised seating area. The lunch menu consists of ramen and fried rice only. I ordered two soy sauce ramen, salted pork ramen, and extra large fried rice. I forgot to take a picture of the fried rice, but it had diced pork and green onions in it, simple and easy to eat. The ramen, whether soy sauce or salt, was slightly salty, making me feel thirsty after eating (laughs). Also, I think there was a misunderstanding as the salted pork ramen and extra large fried rice turned into salted pork extra large ramen and fried rice. However, the price remained the same, and the taste and cost performance were good, so I would like to use it again. Thank you for the meal (^-^)

I decided to drive to a place that caught my interest, wondering if that shop was still open. The shop turned out to be "Suetomi," which operates as a yakiniku restaurant at night. I had heard that during lunchtime, they offer ramen and fried rice at a reasonable price, so I had bookmarked it. Despite the lack of lunchtime reviews for a long time, I decided to give it another try, and to my surprise, the shop was open with its curtains and flags displayed. I was the only customer from start to finish. The ramen was surprisingly priced at only 500 yen for the basic three types! Even the famous "Hokkaido" ramen shop, where a miso ramen costs 800 yen, couldn't beat this price! The large serving was 600 yen, and the chashu-men was 700 yen, which is very affordable! The fried rice was also priced at 500 yen, which was a great deal! Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the evening menu, I apologize for that. I asked the owner to recommend a menu item, and he suggested the fried rice (500 yen). The fried rice arrived at my table within 5 minutes, and the portion exceeded my expectations. It had a moist and fluffy texture, unlike the typical dry fried rice served at authentic ramen shops for over 400 yen. The flavor was gentle and delicious. It didn't feel greasy, and the seasoning with salt and pepper was just right. The diced chashu was generously included, with a tender texture and a perfect balance of flavor. The cozy and reassuring atmosphere of enjoying the fried rice made me feel at home. I really liked this fried rice! The fact that they can offer ramen and fried rice at such affordable prices is probably due to their main business as a yakiniku restaurant. Despite that, the quality of the food surpasses the price. The generous portion of the fried rice, the authentic taste, and the wallet-friendly price make it a great choice. In the midst of rising prices, the effort to provide menus with tax-inclusive prices shows that the shop is loved by the local community. I'll definitely go back to try the ramen when I feel like it! Thank you for the meal.

This is our second review of this yakiniku restaurant in Chitose City. I have been here before for offal meat at night, but this time I heard they also serve ramen for lunch, so I decided to try it out. I ordered the large portion fried rice (500 yen + extras) instead of ramen because I prefer to have ramen at a ramen shop. The fried rice was very moist. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly delicious either. It tasted similar to fried rice you would make at home. Do you understand what I mean?!

Main job? At night it's a yakiniku restaurant, and for lunch it's my first visit to a ramen shop. Soy sauce ramen for 500 yen, fried rice for 500 yen. The lunch menu includes miso, soy sauce, salt for 500 yen, chashu ramen for 700 yen, and fried rice for 500 yen, simple options. The soy sauce ramen has slightly white, chewy noodles that are soft. Looking at the picture again, the miso seems more yellowish. The toppings include wood ear mushrooms, chashu, menma, and green onions for all, while miso has Chinese cabbage and soy sauce has half a boiled egg and seaweed. It was light and didn't make me thirsty afterwards. The noodles are drained quickly on a flat sieve, as pointed out by Hiroyuki, who also reviewed the place. There is no option for half fried rice, so I asked for less and was told it's okay to leave some. The fried rice tastes similar to homemade, lightly seasoned, which I like. It's located in a residential area with a flag on the way I often pass by, so I've been curious about it. I once waited in front of the shop but it didn't seem like they were opening, so I didn't go in. It's run by a man alone, who also does deliveries, so he seems quite busy. He looks thin and quiet, completely different from what I imagined (what did I imagine? I thought he would be more rough-looking). He's very quiet, but it doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. Thank you for the meal.

It seems that the lunch ramen shop is popular, but tonight I was taken to a yakiniku restaurant by a local. This place is known for its delicious offal meat. You can choose from three different sets, which are:
- A Set (2 types of meat, rice, mini kimchi, soup)
- B Set (3 types of meat, rice, mini kimchi, soup)
- C Set (4 types of meat, large rice, kimchi, soup)
You can choose from 10 types of meat on the menu. We chose the B Set and ordered additional meat, including the following seven types:
- Salted horumon
- Skirt steak (salted)
- Beef tripe (salted)
- Kobe beef tendon (salted)
- Beef intestines (salted)
- Beef liver (marinated)
- Pork cartilage (salted)
The salted horumon is served on a grill to remove excess moisture. It has a great texture when cooked! This was the most delicious! The beef liver, which has a slightly chewy texture (my favorite pork liver wasn't on the menu), was the only one I didn't really enjoy. Apart from that, all the meats were delicious! Overall, a very satisfying experience at "Suetomi"!

It's difficult to describe the exact location of the restaurant in Jiyugaoka 4-chome, so it's best to check the map on Tabelog for more details. I was intrigued by the ramen flag outside the restaurant after eating ramen at a nearby place, so I decided to visit for the first time. I parked in the front parking lot, entered the restaurant, and sat at the empty counter seat. I ordered the "Salt Ramen" as usual and looked at the nighttime yakiniku menu while waiting for my order. I was surprised by how clean the interior of the restaurant was, considering it was also a yakiniku place. The ramen arrived in 7-8 minutes, with a white soup base. The soup was mainly animal-based with a slightly salty taste. The noodles were unique - slightly white, medium thickness, lightly wavy, and not commonly seen. The toppings included two small slices of chashu, menma, nori, wakame, half a flavored egg, and roughly chopped green onions. I had high hopes for this place, and while I was happy with the affordable price, the ramen itself was just okay.

One day for lunch, I had ramen at "Yakiniku Matotomi" in Jiyugaoka, Chitose City. Matotomi is a yakiniku restaurant located in a residential area, and they also serve ramen for lunch. The lunch menu includes miso, salt, and soy sauce ramen, each priced at 500 yen. The chashu ramen is 700 yen, and there is also fried rice available for 500 yen. I ordered the miso ramen for 500 yen. The noodles were from Nishiyama. The ramen had green onions, onions, Chinese cabbage, and wood ear mushrooms. It's a good value for 500 yen. Thank you for the meal!

A large low-pressure system brought stormy weather earlier this month, and a similar system has returned. While the snowfall wasn't heavy, it was wet snow, making the work more than it seemed. Craving something warm, I decided to visit a restaurant in a quiet residential area with a sign saying "Ramen" on the main street. The ramen was surprisingly delicious and priced at only 500 yen. I ordered the miso ramen and watched as the owner cooked it on a flat net. The light miso soup was comforting and not overpowering. Even adding extra chili halfway through didn't take away from its gentle flavor. The restaurant also offers reasonably priced barbecue dishes, and I'm curious about their "white cartilage" menu item. The owner mentioned they keep the menu affordable to cater to the local neighborhood. I look forward to trying the white cartilage dish someday.

I've been wanting to visit this restaurant since 2013. Today, I finally went there and coincidentally, HiroYuki also left a review! I found the place while walking to the nearby post office and decided to go in by myself around 11:30 am. The entrance had an "okamochi" sign. Inside, there were a counter and three small raised seating areas, not ideal for large groups. The ramen is only available during lunch hours from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, with options of shoyu, miso, or shio for 500 yen, which is a good deal. I ordered the "shio chashu ramen" while waiting, someone called in an order for 3 servings of shoyu ramen. Is shoyu popular here? I started to doubt my choice. In about 10 minutes, my shio chashu ramen arrived. The soup was gentle and perfectly seasoned. The noodles were medium thickness and slightly soft, but cooked just right for me. The chashu could have had a bit more chewiness, but overall, it was a good value for the price. The ramen is only available for lunch, but it seems to be loved by the locals in this area. I'm curious about trying their yakiniku next time. Thank you for the meal!

The restaurant is bustling with customers at night, serving yakiniku, while during the day they serve ramen. I haven't been there at night yet, but they also offer lamb sashimi. This was my second visit, and I ordered soy sauce ramen with fried rice. Both dishes were ready almost at the same time. The soy sauce ramen was light but a bit lacking in flavor. The fried rice was made with char siu and had just the right amount of salt, making it delicious until the last bite. The fried rice was not too dry or too sticky, cooked just the way I like it. It's also great that both the ramen and fried rice are only 500 yen each. They don't offer half portions of fried rice.

There were no seasonings or sauces on the table, but I still enjoyed the meal. The premium beef tongue was especially delicious.
