Sometimes I crave curry and the driver is Lassi. Cheese naan is always delicious! A reliable taste! The curry, however, seems different. Maybe the recipe is the same but the person making it has changed. The appearance is the same, but the curry has changed. The male staff's service is good, but if the curry continues to change, I might start to avoid coming here.

The last visit was 4 years ago, but lured by the 10 yen Lassi flyer, I visited in May 2022! I ordered the mixed seafood with a spice level of 2 (slightly spicy)! The shrimp, squid, and scallops were all delicious, and it was nice to have Nan bread after a long time! The weekday lunch also had a nice 100 yen discount, and I used the 10 yen coupon from the flyer for the Lassi and got a free Nepalese soup. It was a very satisfying and cost-effective lunch, Namaste ☺️

There is a fairly large parking lot next to and behind the restaurant where you can park quite a few cars. The front parking lot is for Docomo and Samsung, so be careful not to park there by mistake. The restaurant is quite spacious with counter seats, tatami seating, and tables with partitions. Naan and turmeric rice are all-you-can-eat. They also serve soup curry and Tom Yum Kung. It's a popular restaurant. The Surya A set includes chicken curry, turmeric rice, plate naan, and salad for a tax-inclusive price of 707 yen, which is cheap. There are many curry options to choose from. The medium spiciness is level 3 and it is indeed medium spicy. With the all-you-can-eat naan, you might end up ordering an extra piece because it's so delicious and fluffy. The lunchtime on weekdays offers a 100 yen discount, making it a good deal. Plus, they offer a complimentary Nepalese soup from the soup bar to those who dine in. This soup tastes similar to soup curry and is quite good.

I visited a curry restaurant located along Chuo-dori in the Noboribetsu area. I was on a business trip in Muroran and decided to have dinner there. There is a parking space in front of the building. The interior has a tropical atmosphere with dim lighting, rather than the typical Indian or Nepalese style. I was seated at the counter in the front, so I couldn't see the back of the restaurant, but it seems to have a decent number of seats. The menu is extensive, and although I was intrigued by the soup-type curry, I opted for the "Surya Cheese Naan Set A (1,027 yen)" from the set menu as I wanted to try the naan. I ordered it with a spice level of 4 (spicy). This set includes chicken curry, turmeric rice, cheese naan, salad, and chicken tikka. It was ready in about 10 minutes. The chef seemed to be authentic, and all the dishes were delicious and satisfying. The cheese naan, in particular, was filled with plenty of hot, melted cheese and tasted really good. Overall, the portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable, making it a great choice for those who enjoy Indian and Nepalese curry.

I have been to this restaurant many times before and it's great that I can always find a seat without waiting. The curry here is so good that I feel like eating it regularly. The naan bread is all-you-can-eat, so I always end up eating too much. I recommend trying the cheese naan. They also offer a free bowl of soup that you can only find here. Today, the curry was a bit oily... The restaurant is filled with the aroma of spices, so be careful as it can stick to your clothes, hair, and mask. Make sure to be prepared for laundry when you get back home.

The state of emergency will be lifted tomorrow, but I couldn't wait and went to the restaurant early. As soon as they opened, I sat down and ordered "Keema Egg Curry with Naan!" They brought the curry to my table quickly, and even though the boiled egg was buried in the curry, I enjoyed it. The staff were not Japanese, but that didn't bother me. Overall, it was a good experience.

It had been a while, and this time I went with my eldest daughter. They had a new menu item, and my daughter ordered the "Broccoli and Cashew Nut Keema Curry" for 1078 yen including tax, without any spiciness. The Keema curry sauce was delicious, but the broccoli was frozen and had a strange texture, so I probably won't order it again. I wish they wouldn't use frozen vegetables if they're going to serve them, especially if they're mentioned in the menu. I also ordered the "Chicken and Vegetable Soup Curry" for 933 yen excluding tax, without any spiciness. Some of the vegetables were frozen, which seems to be common in many places that serve soup curry. However, since this place is open late, I still come here. My daughter ordered the all-you-can-drink soup (180 yen) but only had two cups, so I wonder if it was worth it. Since my younger daughter, who eats a lot, wasn't there, my eldest daughter left two pieces of naan, which I ended up eating, so I didn't order an additional naan. I wasn't very hungry this time, so I couldn't have seconds of naan. Apart from using frozen vegetables, the food was delicious.

On the way back from Noboribetsu Onsen around 9 pm on Saturday, I was looking for a place to have dinner. There were few places open after 9 pm, but my child wanted to eat chicken curry, so we found a McDonald's diagonally across from the Noboribetsu bus street that was open until 11 pm. The restaurant was quite crowded, with 80-90% of the seats occupied. I remembered coming here 12-13 years ago and it was also crowded back then. I ordered a non-spicy chicken and vegetable curry for my child and a non-spicy chicken and vegetable soup curry with turmeric rice for myself. The level of spiciness can be chosen, even at zero, but there is still some spice in it. The restaurant offers free refills for naan, turmeric rice, and regular rice. The soup was also delicious and had a mild taste. The only downside was that the okra seemed a bit mushy, like it was from frozen. Since I don't like spicy food, the zero spiciness level was perfect for me. My child enjoyed the naan so much that he ate five pieces. The price was very reasonable, with all-you-can-eat rice or naan with soup for under 1000 yen. It's a great deal, but be careful not to overeat! I appreciate that they are open late, and I would definitely come back here for a late-night meal in the future.

I visited this restaurant for the second time because I liked it the first time! This time, I decided to try the Gapao Rice and Thai Green Curry. I asked if they could make them without garlic, and they said yes, which made me happy. The Gapao Rice was priced at 980 yen (excluding tax) and I had it without garlic. The seasoning was slightly sweet. It might have been more flavorful with garlic, but it was still good. I would rate it as average, around 3.0. The Thai Green Curry was priced at 933 yen (excluding tax) and I also had it without garlic. As the name suggests, it was a green curry. It was packed with ingredients like pumpkin, eggplant, shiitake mushrooms, green beans, carrots, bell peppers, lotus root, and chicken with bones. It was quite spicy and went well with rice. I ordered Cheese Naan, which was delicious. The combination of cheese and naan was amazing, and it was great on its own as well. The regular naan may be plain on its own, but it paired perfectly with the curry. Plus, it's all-you-can-eat, so you can be satisfied at a reasonable price. The cost performance is quite good, so I would rate it as 3.4. I would definitely like to visit again.

I heard rumors that soup curry was delicious, so I went to a multinational restaurant with Nepalese curry as the main dish. I ordered the classic "Chicken and Vegetable Soup Curry" for 933 yen (excluding tax) and the "Nasi Goreng" for 880 yen (excluding tax) that I felt like eating that day. I prefer my curry to be slightly spicy, so I chose the "mildly spicy" option. For the curry accompaniments, you can choose from rice, turmeric rice, plain naan, cheese naan for an additional fee, or garlic naan. I opted for the classic plain naan. Those who ordered a meal get a complimentary cup of Nepalese soup from the soup bar while waiting. The soup is seasoned with cumin and turmeric, giving it a home-cooked flavor. When the dishes arrived, I first tried the Nasi Goreng. The shrimp in it caught my eye and it tasted delicious, with a slightly oily texture and a sweet and spicy flavor that whets the appetite. Mixing in the half-cooked egg mellows out the flavor and adds variety. Next, I tried the popular soup curry. The naan on its own was slightly sweet with a hint of bitterness from the charred edges. The soup curry itself was a bit too sweet, but when eaten with the naan, the sweetness came alive. The combination of the sweet naan and the curry worked surprisingly well. Overall, I was very satisfied with the meal and would definitely visit again to try more dishes.

My family loves the soup curry at this place, so we end up driving here often. But it's so delicious that we end up going to the one in Noboribetsu even though there's one in our local area. The taste seems different at this restaurant compared to other Suriya chain stores. Maybe my taste buds are just not very sophisticated after all.

The naan is all-you-can-eat. Since additional naan takes a while to arrive, it is best to reorder before finishing a piece!

It is located next to the DoCoMo shop in Wakakusa-cho. It has an exotic atmosphere. When you enter, you will be seated by the staff. The menu offers a wide range of dishes from Indian to Thai cuisine. My partner and I ordered the "Soup Curry - Vegetarian & Chicken, Level 3 Spiciness" together. You can choose rice like Naan, but we chose Turmeric Rice. The soup curry that came out was quite substantial. When I tried it, the spices were strong and very delicious.
