I went to a bar in Niseko, but since I was at the Ginza Tokyu Plaza Roof, I decided to visit. First, I was thirsty so I had a Toshi Rose Tonic for around 1400 yen. It had a good balance of sweetness and was so delicious that I could drink it quickly. I also tried the Penicillin for 1700 yen, which was made with ginger syrup, Laphroaig, and Johnny Walker, and was surprisingly easy to drink. It had a nice touch of smokiness from the Hakushu wood chips used for smoking. I also had the Woodford Reserve Old Fashioned for 1700 yen, which was a strong and robust drink served with a dry orange. It was raining unfortunately, but the place was not crowded, which was nice. I wish they had some snacks available though. Since it's a rooftop bar, you can bring in food from the underground shops to enjoy with your drinks, but we found it too much trouble and cold, so we went downstairs to eat after drinking. I usually drink cheap drinks for good value, but now I realize the importance of enjoying higher quality drinks. I ended up having three drinks, and they were all very delicious. Thank you for the great experience. I would like to visit the actual store in Niseko next time.

After enjoying Genghis Khan at the Loft Club, I headed to a bar I wanted to visit. Of course, I ended the night with an Espresso Martini. #bar #Niseko #Hokkaido #gourmet #EnoLog

I stopped by the BAR inside Hirafu-tei after visiting the day spa, and it was even better than I imagined! I had a whiskey with a smoky aroma, which was beautifully presented with smoke swirling around it. The whiskey had a delicious smoky flavor, and the whole experience felt like a show - so much fun! After relaxing in the hot springs, I sat back in a rocking chair, enjoyed some tasty Hokkaido cheese, and sipped on a flavorful cocktail with spices. The whole soothing experience was so amazing that I definitely want to visit this place again when I come back to Niseko!

I found a lovely bar in Niseko while searching for one. The owners, Mr. Tojo and his wife, run the bar together. I started with a Margarita, which was made perfectly. For my second drink, I tried one of their specialties, the Smoked Penicillin. The smoke rising in front of me added a unique flavor to the cocktail, making it delicious! During the ski season, this bar is usually crowded with inbound visitors lining up before opening. Many people come here for a drink before dinner, and return after their meal for some post-dinner enjoyment. It was lucky that I could get in without a reservation. The owners were very friendly and shared a lot of information about Niseko and Hokkaido. I would love to visit this bar again if I come back to Niseko.

I visited a bar located in a hot spring hotel where I stayed for the night. As soon as I entered the store, I was impressed by the neatly arranged bottles. It was happy hour, so I ordered a Toshi Rose Tonic, which was delicious with a refreshing ginger syrup aftertaste. The selection of malts was impressive, with about 8 different types of Glenmorangie alone. I chose the Glenmorangie Companta, which had a smooth and pleasant aroma. I also tried the Springbank Green, which was also delicious. Apparently, the Green is a product made specifically for the Japanese market and is not widely available overseas. Thank you for the meal, I will definitely visit again to enjoy more malt!
