Even though I went to Noboribetsu and Tomakomai, I was busy and thought I might just go to Seicomart for lunch today. But then, my savior (Seicomart is delicious too! I just wanted to eat inside for a while) was Marugame Seimen. I entered just before 3:00 PM, feeling hungry. However, instead of ordering something like meat udon, I chose the usual "kake". I had a hard time deciding on just one tempura, but I ended up choosing sardine. And as always, I added extra green onions. The free toppings make up for the lack of vegetables for solo diners. Thank you as always.

I visited after a long time. Maybe because it was a weekday night, the contents of the negitoro tray were a bit sparse. The udon was from a chain store. It had an average taste which was comforting! The restaurant had some customers but was relatively empty, so it was nice to hear the staff's greetings. Thank you for the meal.

"I had 'kama-age udon' on the day of 'kama-age udon' at a discounted price, so I went around 8 pm, but it was still crowded. I ordered 'kama-age udon (regular)' with tempura (kamasu, shrimp) and egg katsuobushi rice, while my wife ordered 'kama-age udon (large)' with inari sushi and tempura (sweet potato). It had been a while since I last had it, but it was delicious. However, the egg katsuobushi rice was disappointingly different from the photo, with a very small amount of katsuobushi... It's better not to show overly embellished photos that can be misleading on the menu."

After eating, the perfect mix of the sweetness of the soup, the spiciness of the chili oil, and the ground meat was amazing! I adjusted the amount of soup and chili oil to my liking. For the udon noodles, I added plenty of green onions, extra broth, and finished it off with some ginger. I wish I could take just the broth home in a pot. I couldn't resist getting extra tempura this time, especially the squid tempura. Everything was delicious, no doubt about it.

It's getting cold, but I like cold soba and udon. I couldn't prepare dinner in time because I came home late. It's nice to be able to eat tempura easily. Self-service is quick, which is good when you're busy.

Marugame Seimen in the hot spring paradise of Noboribetsu City. With shareholder discount coupons purchased on Yahoo Auctions in hand, I went to eat udon with my children. We usually order the cost-effective Special Marugame Udon, with onsen tamago and tempura on the side. If we're still hungry, we like to add dessert from a nearby sweet shop. It can get quite crowded during lunchtime, so it's a good idea to plan ahead.

When I feel a little hungry, I go to this place with a fast food restaurant feel. I find the noodles at Marugame Seimen tastier than at Marugame Udon. Udon is cheap, but I always end up ordering tempura, which makes the price go up. My kids always go for the shrimp tempura, while I prefer the chicken tempura. We go there about once a month. The fact that the "udon tickets" have no expiration date is great. I love green onions, so I always ask for extra on top, haha. The broth is delicious too, so I pour some into a cup for my kids to drink, haha.

I like cold dipping kashiwa tempura and sweet potato tempura the best. Thank you for the meal.

Today's udon noodles were delicious with a firm texture. The sweet potatoes were also tasty.

It's crowded. It was especially crowded today. The taste is average for a chain restaurant (lol). The chicken tempura was a bit disappointing. I will go again.

The tantan udon is a bit tough in the second half.
