At Sapporo Station on the North-South Line, right by the ticket gates, there is a Beef Stew Bun shop that sells three types of curry buns. I've eaten many curry buns before, but I've never tried a Beef Stew Bun. I bought one impulsively and the taste was as expected. The English Muffin made from locally sourced wheat was very chewy, as expected from its appearance. My family tried other buns, but they found the muffin too chewy and moist, lacking the fluffy texture they prefer. It would be good for people who like that kind of bread.

"Iran Kara Putte. ---------- 2023.06 ----------A bakery opened in the former HOKUO location in the Sapporo Station area |o| °д°)ノHello. It felt like the main store was in Teine~ I hadn't had the chance to try it, but I felt like eating some bread occasionally, so I went in. The clean display case had a lot of assorted bread, including 'Cheese France' with three types of cheese mixed in, giving a rich and creamy taste with a chewy texture of French dough. There was plenty of cheese in it, so it was very satisfying. The 'Wiener Dog' had a light chicken sausage rolled in a crispy dough. The sweet fried dough was nice~w. The 'Salt Bread with Shrimp and Avocado' had a creamy avocado mayo with plump banana shrimp and lettuce. The avocado mayo liquid soaked into the dough and made it chewy~ It seemed a bit pricey at first, but it was not too bad. It was a fair and delicious taste. Hinnahinna."

Sapporo Station underground shopping street Apia is located near the north-south line ticket gate, in the same place where the former bakery Nordic used to be. The location is really good. However, while Nordic had a variety of breads that seemed suitable for lunch, PASCO offers luxurious and expensive-looking breads that seem more suitable for a fancy meal. But if you're looking for bread to pair with evening drinks, PASCO has a better selection than Nordic. The breads are displayed in a place where you can see boxes that seem to be brought in, probably because they don't have a kitchen. The quality of the bread is good, so it's a shame. Today, I feel like having cheese, bread, and wine, so I'll have them here! I'll definitely come back.

I bought it on my way home from work. I've been hooked on salt bread lately, so I purchased a bread called "Snow Queen" which contains salt bread and cheese fondue. I had it for breakfast the next day. I will definitely use this place again. Thank you for the meal! :)

Pasco Dream Pan Factory Sapporo Apia Store ☑️ Bean Daifuku Anpan - ¥237 ☑️ Chewy Chocolate Cream - ¥216 I finally visited the Apia store of Dream Pan Factory ( ¨̮ )/ It's my favorite bakery, and I often go to the one in Nopporo. The bean bread is delicious and my favorite. The bread from Dream Pan Factory has a chewy texture that is delicious ( ¨̮ )❥❥ On this day, I had the Bean Daifuku Anpan, which is wrapped in a mixture of five-color beans, sweet bean paste, and the Chewy Chocolate Cream, which is made with homemade chocolate cream wrapped in a chewy dough and baked. I will definitely visit again~

In the morning, I skipped breakfast and had a cup of black tea. For a slightly late lunch, I went to a seafood izakaya and had a set meal of chicken cutlet with demi-glace sauce. On my way back, I stopped by Estar on the 5th floor for some shopping. It's been about 8 years since I last bought bread at the Teine store. Back then, it was a Hokkaido-based bakery, but now it's under the brand name "Pasco" from Nagoya's Shikishima Seipan. I didn't know that. I bought a salted bread "Yuki no Joou" for 118 yen and a mini croissant for 75 yen. The croissant, although small, was crispy and delicious. As for the salted bread, compared to the one sold at a supermarket near my house, it may be lacking in saltiness. Next time, I might try buying a regular-sized croissant. Thank you for the meal.

Was Pasco always this expensive? I couldn't help but feel it was pricey, like buying at a supermarket. ・Beef Stew Bread: It had a large piece of beef in it. The stew was a bit salty. It's tough to eat without heating it up haha I definitely microwaved it. It became more chewy and easier to eat. ・Chewy Chocolate Cream Bread: I thought it would turn white, but this bread and the beef stew were intriguing so... haha Even when eaten normally, this bread was soft and chewy, but when microwaved, it became as chewy as a daifuku. If I like soft things, I might like Pasco's dough. It had plenty of chocolate inside, like a chocolate fondue. It was delicious. The sugar on top gave it a nice crunchy texture. I thought it was a bit expensive, but I really liked the chewy texture, so I wanted to try other items. The store is about half taken up by seating, drink machines, and the register, so there aren't many types of bread for the space it occupies.

APIA Market Walk is a bakery located in Sapporo, Hokkaido, which opened in the Apia building directly connected to Sapporo Station. It replaced HOKUO, which closed down due to the pandemic, and now features Pasco Yum Pan Factory. The interior is open and spacious, with a bread display area on the right and a cash register counter on the left. There are also counter seats and an eat-in area at the back of the store. They have a coffee machine where you can enjoy self-service coffee, cafe au lait, and cocoa. During my visit on the morning of January 4th, the bread shelves were still somewhat sparse, perhaps not fully stocked yet. Some of the highlights from my visit include the Butter Whip Anpan, Walnut Bread, Salt Bread with Black Truffle Oil, and the Chewy Cheese Keema Curry. The Salt Bread with Black Truffle Oil was particularly delicious, with a rich truffle aroma and a perfect balance of flavors. Overall, the bakery has a slightly more stylish and trendy vibe compared to its predecessor, HOKUO.

I visited on a Sunday. This bakery, which opened in June 2022, is also located in Teine and Nopporo. They have a lot of products focusing on savory bread and cheese. There is a seating area with about 5 counter seats. The location underground at the station is very convenient to visit. I love their English muffins, so I always end up buying them when I go. They are priced at 80 yen and come in a set of 2, with a crispy outside and a soft inside that is delicious. I forgot to take a photo and ended up eating them all in one go (laughs). Thank you for the meal.

Sapporo Apia, a bakery that opened after HOKUO closed. They have a wide variety of bread. I left home early in the morning and was looking for a place to have breakfast. I got off the train and walked through Apia. This bakery caught my eye, and I was surprised to find a small seating area at the back. With only 5 seats, I left my bag to save a spot before choosing my bread (lol). They also had sandwiches, but a delicious-looking bread with orange slices stood out to me! I ordered the "Setoka Cream Orange" (242 yen, eat-in price), a small croissant called "Mini Croissant" (77 yen), and a "Hot Coffee (Regular)" (123 yen). The Setoka Cream Orange is a soft bread with "Setoka cream" and orange slices on top. I didn't notice it while waiting in line, but there are plenty of raisins inside! It's fruity and delicious. The Mini Croissant is crispy and slightly sweet on the surface. The Hot Coffee (Regular) comes in a paper cup and is brewed by a machine. It may seem plain, but it's decent for the price. If you prefer milk or milk tea over coffee, they have packaged options available. The location is great for a breakfast spot, but with only 5 seats, it can get crowded at times. However, people tend to leave once they finish eating, so the turnover is good.

"Dream Bread Factory" By the way, wasn't someone supposed to write about this place the other day? Blue-san??? I'm alone in Sapporo this time, not going to my grandchild's place, so I was hoping to earn a little more this time. But last night, I went drinking with my wife in Kitami, even though I was closer to Abashiri this time. I arrived later than usual in the afternoon and had ramen. I had some things to do in the evening, so I thought I couldn't earn as much as I wanted. But my spirit was still fighting, thinking, "But there's ESTA, right?" So, on the way there, I found a bakery... I'm grateful for that. So, I went to ESTA first. I forget things easily, so I thought, "If I walk a few steps, I'll forget about it." On the way back, I thought about stopping by... but that's not what happened. I didn't stop by... I thought about it, but it was like a miracle. But I couldn't find the store. There's no miracle there. I'm just directionally challenged. It took me 10 minutes to find it. I'm such a fool... and when I finally found it, it turned out to be the wrong place. Where is the bakery I was looking for? It was completely somewhere else. I finally found it 15 minutes later. I'm not the type to buy a lot. Just one is enough. This is the third bakery I've been to today. The curry donut looks so good, but it's crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. The dough itself is delicious, and even though it's not spicy, it has a nice spice flavor. I knew this bakery was good, but I didn't remember anything specific from eating there before. But after trying it, I thought, "Yep, this is it."

At 8 o'clock, various shops in the underground mall finally started to open. Pasco in front of me just opened, so I couldn't resist buying. I bought a rare salt bread with raisins, which I love. The combination of the saltiness of the salt bread and the sweet and sourness of the raisins creates a unique taste, not just sweet and salty but sweet, salty, and sour, which I quite like. It doesn't taste like butter at all. ★Salt Bread Raisin I bought it because it was rare. It's quite delicious. ★Apple and Tea Muffin You have to buy something like this, a perfect combination for autumn. ★Cafe au Lait for Bread Lovers I don't know what makes this specifically for bread lovers, but the name wins! Thank you for the meal!

After finishing breakfast, I went back to Sapporo Station. It was my first time visiting the city center after Paseo closed down, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of loss. This time, I headed to "Pasco," which opened in the former location of Nordic Bakery. Remember, it's "Pasco," not "Paseo" – that's important! The place was quite busy in the morning, with many customers using the eat-in area, including some students. Here is a list of the items I purchased: - Super Ripe Hearth Half (¥259) - Chewy Cheese Fondue (¥248) - Milk French Kouign-Amann (¥183) Super Ripe Hearth Half is a signature item that is moist and soft when eaten as is, and crispy when toasted. Both breads have a gentle and simple taste, allowing you to feel the flavor of the wheat without relying too much on butter. The Chewy Cheese Fondue bread is filled with a generous amount of cheese fondue in a chewy dough, offering a creamy and flavorful experience. The Milk French Kouign-Amann, a limited item at the Apia store, is a milk-flavored bread baked in a French toast style. It has a crispy exterior with a sugary coating and a fluffy, egg-infused interior. It's my favorite among the ones I bought this time! Although I didn't purchase all the breads available, I'm interested in trying the autumn limited items and unique breads in the future. It has been six months since Pasco opened, and I hope they continue to operate for a long time. Thank you for the delicious meal.

As a wheat enthusiast, I recommend this shop. I was happy when it changed from the previous bakery to Pasco. The baguettes and slightly harder bread here have a strong and delicious flavor of high-quality wheat, but, but, but, this shop gives a different impression. Unlike the Teine store, there is no freshly baked super-ripeness, and there are many products like a major bakery chain. I visited this store about 5 times and tried several items, but the taste always falls short compared to the usual baguettes or super-ripeness. I couldn't write a review until my 5th visit. This time, I only bought the super-ripeness, so I give it a high rating, but as a Pasco fan, I hope they can somehow leverage their strengths. Thank you.

I visited the Pasco bakery that opened on the former Hokuo site and bought bread for the next day. I chose the Apia store exclusive milk French cohen (183 yen) this time. It's a simple, fluffy bread with a milky flavor. It didn't have as much of a French toast feel as I expected, but it was still delicious. There are more supermarkets in Hokkaido where you can buy Pasco bread now, but I've always been a big fan of Pasco bread and used to buy it every time I went to Tokyo. So, I'm happy that Pasco opened at this location. I had some bread at home this time, so I didn't buy any, but in the future, when I buy bread at Sapporo Station, Pasco will be my top priority!

This is my first time at this store. I wanted to try chocolate bread, so I stopped by. I warmed it up in the toaster at home before eating it. It's big - 190 yen. It was crispy and crunchy, but the chocolate was a bit lacking. They have some ApiA exclusive items, so I plan to visit again.

I ran some errands in the city and stopped by on my way back. It's very convenient because it's on the way from the subway to JR. The products are easy to find and it's very convenient. It's great that I can buy things without going all the way to Ebetsu. I used to drive there in the past. It would be nice if they had a workshop in Kanto too.

I heard that this place would be revamped next year, but I was surprised to see a new bakery opened. And it's quite popular, with lots of customers every day. Today, I finally went to buy some bread. There were so many types of bread that I couldn't decide! In the end, I chose two types of chocolate bread, a mini croissant, and a red bean bread!

[Takeout available] This is the third branch of a bakery that used to operate as "Hige no Pan-ya" along Shoten Street in Teine. It opened in June 2022 at the former location of Kitaou in Apia, a commercial facility directly connected to JR Sapporo Station, Sapporo Subway Station, and Sapporo Bus Terminal. The store is located on the basement floor near the east-west subway ticket gate in Apia. During my first visit around 4:00 pm on July 19, 2022, I noticed a lack of effort to ensure smooth checkout for customers. Despite having plenty of staff, they did not seem to make an effort to keep the backroom out of sight. The atmosphere was a bit off, but the taste was decent as I had carefully selected items. The flavor was lacking a bit of wheat aroma. Considering the taste and price, the cost-performance ratio was not great. I have no plans to revisit this store, similar to my experience at the Noboribetsu branch.

Recently, my favorite bakery at home, I got the classic super ripe loaf and a great deal on an English muffin set of three varieties. The next morning for breakfast, I toasted a whole wheat muffin and sandwiched it with sausage steak, fried egg, purple cabbage slaw, and cheese with sautéed zucchini. Oh, it's delicious! The texture of the zucchini and purple cabbage is doing a great job. The saltiness of the sausage steak is just right with the fried egg and muffin. It goes perfectly with black tea. I'm full from the morning, thank you for the meal!
