The interior of the shop is a relaxing place for stylish moms! Cute teddy bears welcome you. I finally had the chance to visit. The menu offers a salad with mixed grain rice, where you can choose the dressing and toppings. I chose prosciutto and cream cheese. It was a healthy and delicious meal that made me feel more feminine, but I felt a bit unsatisfied and wanted to eat something more... I love food, haha. The daily minestrone soup set for 1000 yen is quite reasonable!

This is a cafe that opened along route C last May. I had wondered about their regular closing days as I never saw them open on weekends, but I found out from their official Instagram that they are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. It seems like the cafe is run by a woman with small children, which is why they are only open on weekdays. My wife and I took our last paid vacation day of the year to visit. Although I confirmed that they were open on that day and saw lights on inside, the sign at the entrance said "closed." When we entered, the staff quickly changed it to "open" (laughs). Since there were no other customers, we sat at a table for two. There were no menus on the table, but the staff brought them over, and the ordering process was explained on the menu, so we were able to order without any further explanation. The order was to choose a salad, choose a dressing, and you could add a soup as a set. The salad was not just vegetables, but a plate with salad and mixed grain rice. I chose the salted kelp and small dried fish mixed grain salad with sesame oil-based soy sauce dressing, and it came with minestrone soup. The salad that arrived on a tray was very tasty. The minestrone was good, although I personally prefer a bit more tomato acidity. The combination of salted kelp and small dried fish in the salad was really delicious. It wasn't flashy, but as you chewed more, the umami flavor spread in your mouth. I was convinced that the combination of salted kelp and small dried fish would surely be delicious, and the staff and I agreed that sprinkling salted kelp on cabbage makes a great snack. This deliciousness is something only those in the know would appreciate.

I visited the restaurant on my way home from work one day. I had noticed the soft serve ice cream sign before when passing by, but I had planned to go to a different store, so I ignored it. However, it was still scorching hot even in the evening, so I decided to indulge in some soft serve ice cream! There was only one customer ahead of me. It was surprising to see customers even around 4:30 in the afternoon. I had originally planned to just have the soft serve ice cream, but I heard that the soup was their specialty, so I decided to order that as well. I chose the "Chilled Soup (¥400)" and the "Cheese Soft Serve Ice Cream (¥400)". The staff mentioned that if I ordered just the soup, it wouldn't come with a salad, but that was not a problem for me this time. I was planning to have a light dinner at home, so I wanted to keep it light. (Anyway, I had already reduced the amount of rice for dinner separately.) The soup arrived in about 5 minutes. The ingredients included cucumber, tomato, shiso leaf, myoga ginger, tuna mayo, ginger, sesame seeds, and it was all listed on the menu. It also came with mixed grain rice on the side! The staff suggested that putting the mixed grain rice into the chilled soup would also be delicious, but I decided to try each separately for the first few bites. The soup had a refreshing acidity and a gentle taste, making it easy to eat even on days when you have no appetite! The mixed grain rice was pleasantly mild. As mentioned in a review of a nearby "Da***in" store, I used to dislike mixed grain rice in the past, but now I can eat it without any problem! As the staff explained, adding the mixed grain rice into the chilled soup and eating it like ochazuke (rice with tea poured over it) softens the rice and adds a nice acidity, making it even more delicious. After finishing the chilled soup, I enjoyed the soft serve ice cream! This time, I chose a cup. The soft serve ice cream had a refreshing milk flavor mixed with a rich cheese taste. I wanted to try the pasta, but it seems to be a night-only menu. I might visit later next time. Thank you for the meal.

I found out about a soft serve ice cream place on Instagram and went there with my daughter. The interior of the shop was stylish and nice. I had a tiramisu float, my daughter had a strawberry milk and a blueberry glass cake. The soft serve was light and delicious, but there was too much ice and the paper straw was hard to use. It seems like vegetables and soup are the main dishes, so I might try them next time I come.

On a certain weekday, I had lunch at a cafe located in Yumai 6, Chitose City. The cafe had a cool interior with a counter and table seats, and a nice view from the windows. The menu mainly consisted of salads and soups, so I decided to try the Salad and Soup Set (900 yen) which included a Salted Kombu and Jako Mixed Grain Salad and a Crunchy Vegetable Herbal Minestrone Soup. The vegetables were freshly washed, cut, and cooked before being served. The salad had a refreshing taste with a mix of cabbage, tomatoes, avocado, salted kombu, and dressing, while the soup was a flavorful tomato-based minestrone with cabbage, shimeji mushrooms, bacon, and other vegetables. Overall, it was a healthy and delicious meal made with local vegetables. It was a unique and stylish cafe that I felt was not common in Sapporo. Thank you for the meal.

We found this place on a local information website and it was our first visit. Eihoka-san had already been here before. It was helpful to know the menu in advance so we could carefully choose. We ordered the following: Prosciutto and dried baby sardine mixed grain salad (with sesame dressing) + onion-rich soy milk and bean soup for 900 yen, glass cake for 350 yen, and strawberry Calpis yogurt smoothie for 500 yen. The cafe is located along Sensha Road, in the place where Chiba Coffee used to be. The previous cafe was nice, but I think this one might be a new setup. The atmosphere is cute and the chairs are comfortable sofa-like ones. The menu is supervised by a registered dietitian, focusing on delicious and healthy dishes. The mushrooms are from a local farm and the vegetables are from Matsura Farm. The menu features soup as the main dish, with 6 individual options available. We chose a set menu with soup. There are 4 main dish options, 4 dressing options, and 5 soup options for the set. The food is meant to be mixed together, but we ate it separately. The soup was not as hot as expected, which was perfect for those with sensitive tongues. You can also order the salad without mixed grains or with mixed grains and no soup. We chose the Red Salad, which looked visually appealing. The main dishes include grilled chicken thigh, which was crispy and delicious. The glass cake is made from the leftover parts of cakes from Nanairo, a nearby bakery, to reduce waste. The cake we had used three types of berries (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry) and was very tasty. I usually have coffee, but this time I tried the strawberry Calpis banana kinako smoothie, which was fizzy and had a nice balance of flavors. The environment-friendly cafe uses paper containers for takeout. Due to the emergency declaration, only takeout is available until further notice. They offer takeout at a discounted price and will bring it to your car if you wait. The owner seems to be a savvy person, resembling Marilyn from curling (in my opinion). The staff, mostly young and beautiful women, are all very slim and stylish. There is a young boy working hard as well, but please be understanding as the cafe has just opened. They also sell cute and lovely chopstick rests. They will start serving soft-serve ice cream from June, but the seating area will be limited due to wiring work. The dinner pasta menu also looks interesting, but for now, they close at 6:30 pm. For the latest updates, check their Instagram! Thank you for the delicious meal.

1ROOM, a soup and salad restaurant specializing in Chitose vegetables, recently opened at 6-8 Yuubi, 6-chome, Chitose City. I tried their Mizuna (spinach) and chicken kimchi mixed grain salad with a side of mushroom kimchi soup set for 900 yen. The salad dressing had four options, and I chose Caesar dressing. The salad included mixed grain rice, and the soup was served in a cup as a small size. The salad I received had spinach instead of bean sprouts as mentioned. The restaurant, opened on May 10, 2021, is run by three elegant women. They use locally sourced vegetables from Chitose farmers and have a nutritionist overseeing their menu. In the evening, they offer pasta, alcohol, and snacks. They accept PayPay as a payment option. The interior is stylish, with a counter and table seating. The kitchen is visible, and they usually offer 4-5 soup options. The menu includes various soups and salads, with the option to customize your order. They also offer takeout options and accept reservations through LINE. Overall, the food was fresh and delicious, and I hope this new restaurant thrives in Chitose.
