[Iron Man, 4 stores landed in Hokkaido in 2022] Excitedly woke up at 5 am on November 30, 2022 (Wednesday) for the visit. Went shopping at the first floor Family Mart and drank canned chu-hi in the room, cheers! (laughs) Visited at 6:30 am, the first one there. Took pictures before everyone else went to get their food. The salad bar had a wide variety of options and the dishes were plentiful. Couldn't finish everything. The ochazuke corner was quite well-stocked. Delicious! The dishes were incredibly tasty, but the rice was exceptionally delicious. Hokkaido's Kitahoku City-grown Fukkuri rice. Seems like it's also used in JAL's domestic first class. The blogger "Iron Chef No. 28" has a golden rule: "A restaurant with delicious rice = everything is delicious." Restaurants that pay attention to their rice also pay attention to every detail. I can confidently say that I've never been disappointed at a restaurant with delicious rice! And vice versa! Couldn't resist having seconds with mentaiko, squid salted innards, and umeboshi. Finished with pouring clam broth over ochazuke. Unbelievable, couldn't resist (laughs). Especially the squid salted innards were amazing. Maybe it's because it's Hokkaido? Incredibly delicious. - Hokkaido Kitahoku-designated farmer's "Nanatsuboshi" - Miso that inherits the traditional taste from Meiji - Vegetables from carefully selected farms, fresh seafood directly sourced from fishermen, etc. Hokkaido's unique Japanese and Western breakfast. Ate a lot of different things, stuffed from early morning. Cheers! (laughs) There were various drinks, but I had coffee to finish. Fantastic! Two years in a row, a very satisfying breakfast! Thank you, it was incredibly delicious. I will definitely come back! "La'gent Stay Sapporo Odori". Two years in a row. It was a wonderful hotel. The room was clean and wonderful, the amenities were complete, and most importantly, there was a large communal bath with natural hot springs, which was fantastic. You can walk to Sapporo Station, and it's right in the middle of the bustling downtown area, so access to anywhere is good. The breakfast was also fantastic. And there was a Family Mart on the first floor. It was a very satisfying hotel! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hokkaido/Sapporo! Cheers!
