Ate at the steak chain restaurant "Steak Victoria" in Hokkaido. The menu was extensive, so I asked the staff for a recommendation and they suggested the "Tawara Hamburg." The salad bar with fresh produce was amazing, and I always wonder if it's okay to come just for that... They also had garlic rice to keep things interesting. When the Tawara Hamburg arrived, it was like at "Sawayaka" in Shizuoka, where they cut it at your table. They even brought a small iron plate so you could grill it further if you wanted, which was a nice touch to keep it warm. The hamburg had a rich meaty texture with minimal fillers, and it was a satisfying meal.
