⏰10:30 Today there were many types of bread and I couldn't decide. I was looking forward to the bread I bought last time, but it seems they don't always have the same bread available. ✨ Sausage bread: The homemade sausage was juicy and the bread was crispy with a slight sweetness. ⭕️✨ Anko butter sandwich: Made with Takachiho butter and the anko (sweet red bean paste) had a delicate sweetness. Personally, I wished it had a bit more salt, but I still enjoyed it. ✨ Almond cream and chocolate: Inside, there were two stick-shaped chocolates. If you like solid chocolate, you can chill it in the fridge for a good experience. I prefer it melted, so I enjoyed it as it is. Even if I miss out on some items I want to try, I look forward to discovering new bread varieties!

Visited on Saturday at 12:30 pm. There was no wait, just one customer ahead of me. Upon entering, there is a showcase with a register, and further back, a refrigerated showcase. There is also an eat-in area in the back, which requires reservations for one group per time slot. I purchased the "Red Second Full Moon" bread for 240 yen. It's a simple brioche bread with cane sugar sprinkled on top. It had a chewy texture and a subtle sweetness. Despite its simplicity, it was delicious. I'm interested in trying other breads from this bakery and would like to visit again.

Before 10 am, I entered the store and found only 3 types of bread in the showcase, with yesterday's bread on the lower shelf. Despite the limited variety, I tried a French toast-like bread made with Takachiho butter, and it was a whole new taste experience! It may look plain, but it was truly delicious. The cream puff was also very soft and moist, with a subtle sweetness and a creamy filling that was gooey. I want to try more of their bread in the future, so I plan to become a regular customer. The location of the store is a bit hard to find, so be sure not to miss it!

The bakery had a strong sense of dedication, but there weren't many bread options to choose from. I wanted some savory bread, so I picked two from their selection. The bread here has a strong smell of wheat! When I opened the bag, it smelled really good. The Sakura America mustard seed sausage bread looked hard at first glance, but it was actually quite soft. The mustard seeds didn't have a strong flavor, so it didn't stand out much. The Blue Second Full Moon bread was more like a cheese bread. It was a common type of bread. Maybe I had high expectations because it's a popular shop.

"Pant O Hanashi Apple Pronunciation" in Hirano-ku, Osaka City, is located a 5-minute walk from Hirano Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line. The shop was selected as one of the "Top 100 Bread Shops in the West" on Tabelog. The entrance to the shop is slightly recessed on the south side, with a red "A" sign as a landmark. There are several types of bread in a small showcase, and when you say the product name, the staff will prepare it for you. I visited for the first time and was unsure of what to buy, but the staff kindly helped me choose. The purchased bread items were: "Macadamia Nut and Black Pepper Baked in French Bread" (230 yen tax included) - A bread with macadamia nuts and black pepper in French bread dough, giving it a sweet yet spicy flavor like a snack with alcohol. "Sakura America (Handmade Sausage and Mustard)" (300 yen tax included) - A unique-shaped bread made with French bread dough, sausage, and mustard. Despite being slightly small, the sausage flavor stands out and is delicious. "Hakoreta (Standard Cube-shaped Bread)" (350 yen tax included) - Upon touching it, I felt that it had a lot of sugar content. When eaten, it was quite a sweet bread, more like a dessert than a normal breakfast bread. It's best enjoyed with cream instead of margarine or butter. I found the attention to detail in every aspect of the bread and the unexpected products to be enjoyable. I would like to visit again when I am in the area. Thank you for the meal."

I visited for the first time after 2 PM. There were hardly any products left, so I bought the remaining 3 types of products. I thought it was a bit expensive, but after trying them, I was satisfied. The chewy texture is addictive. It has a elasticity that makes your jaw hurt. I want to have a rematch around 12 PM when there are still products left.

Soft and chewy bread is the specialty of this bakery in Osaka, known as one of the top 100 bakeries in the city! The bread here has a slight sweetness that many fans appreciate. Located just a 5-minute walk from Hirano Station on the Osaka subway, the bakery is in a quiet residential area with a relaxed atmosphere. Customers can only buy bread to take away, as there is no seating area. Inside the bakery, a variety of bread is displayed in the showcase, and customers can choose their bread which will then be picked up by the staff. I tried the "Table Bread" which was soft and slightly elastic, with a sweet taste that didn't require butter or jam. The "Cinnamon Butter Sugar Bread" had a unique Italian flavor with a hint of bitterness from the burnt parts. Overall, the bread was quite sweet and chewy, and the service was polite. The bakery has a nice ambiance, but the pricing may be a bit high. I would rate this bakery 3.6 out of 5, as the taste was a bit challenging to evaluate. Despite some minor drawbacks, I believe this bakery is worth recommending, especially for those who enjoy sweet and chewy bread.

I always know they are always sold out, but I still went hoping they might have it. As expected, they didn't. I usually check Instagram and Facebook before going, but since it's close to closing time, they never have it. I wanted to have a breath of fresh air (cinnamon roll). I got my favorite Suzukake no Ki and a rare shokupan from the almost empty showcase. I had them slice it for me again today. As soon as I got home (before dinner), I took a bite. I tried toasting half of it. I think I prefer this shokupan without toasting. The outside is soft like a French bread, while the inside is filled with dense dough. I ate it as it is without any toppings, but it might be tastier with butter on it.

Last year, I also had an apple sandwich. The pistachio cream was rich. The apple bread had kiwi compote on top. The cheese bread had a strong salty taste with gorgonzola and olives. It might be good for people who drink wine. Even if you don't drink, it's a taste that people who like appetizers will enjoy.

Visited around 10 AM on a Saturday. Tucked away in a residential area, it felt like only regular customers would visit. They had a lineup of around 10 items, priced around 300 yen each. The broccoli one was like a sandwich made with gratin bread. The other one was more like a cheesecake, with olives inside. The olives seemed a bit distracting in terms of texture and taste. Overall, it was not bad, I guess.

The bread dough is chewy! You can tell that all the breads are delicious and highly rated! In order of deliciousness from the ones I bought: - Ham, cheese, and lettuce sandwich - Croque-monsieur - Egg ham - Chocolate and walnut wrapped bread - Apricot The ham, cheese, and lettuce sandwich bread had a slightly strong salty taste. I'm not a fan of salty flavors, but the chewy and delicious dough made it taste good enough to enjoy!

I was searching for popular restaurants and found out that there are two popular restaurants in Hirano-ku, where I was born and raised. I have visited a quaint restaurant called "Trois" before, but I had never heard of this one. I visited during the autumn equinox when I went back home. It is close to Hirano Station, but it is located in a residential area that you would not pass by unless you live there. The shop has a narrow entrance, so it's easy to miss. Despite its small size, the shop has a very charming appearance, which raised my expectations. Inside, there was a counter displaying various types of bread, with many items sold out even in the early afternoon. I purchased the signature "Hako Letter" bread, a cheese and ham croque-monsieur, and an egg sandwich. I had heard about the fancy and cute names of the menu items, but on that day, they were pretty straightforward. When I brought them home and tried them, I found that each bread had a different texture, all soft and fluffy. I could feel the shop owner's love for bread. It's nice to see trendy and stylish shops like Trois in the old-fashioned Hirano area, attracting visitors from afar. However, as I was writing down the menu on my phone because I forgot to take a picture outside the shop, a local woman kindly pointed out to me, "Sir, the shop is over here. It's open." She must have noticed that many people get lost trying to find the shop. I thanked her and explained that I had just bought something from the shop. I had a similar experience at Trois, so despite the emergence of trendy shops, the local Hirano atmosphere is still alive and well, which made me happy.

【Tabelog Bread WEST Top 100 Selection Store】Osaka expedition. I visited a bakery located in a residential area a 5-minute walk from Hirano Station in Osaka. The shop has a quiet appearance, with a small sign and flag? mark to find it. Upon entering the shop, you can feel the commitment with only a two-tier showcase displaying bread. The bread names are unique, like they are talking to you. I saw what seemed to be an eat-in space at the back of the showcase, but they were currently on a break from eat-in service. ◆What I tried: - Box Letter - Occasionally Something Happens Anpan - Thinly sliced Campanile topped with blue cheese and honey - Box Letter: A classic cube-shaped loaf of bread. This was incredibly delicious! It was slightly sweet even without any spreads, and it was delightful to tear and eat it as is. Although it was small in size, the texture was fine, and when sliced and toasted, it became fluffy with increased sweetness, which was also delicious. If the eat-in service resumes, I would love to revisit this place. Thank you for the meal.

Starting tomorrow, I will be on summer vacation, so I stopped by after work and there was only one bread left. It seems like everyone is here to buy some! I tried the cream bread for the first time, and it was soft and moist with a gentle sweetness in the cream that reached all the way to the edges.

The "Cold Water Morning" Epi is too delicious when freshly baked. The smoky bacon with Dijon mustard and added sweetness is incredibly tasty. It's a flavor that can be enjoyed by everyone, not too spicy. The "Moderation" limited edition mango cream bread is highly recommended. I chilled it in the refrigerator and fell in love with the mango cream. The "Box Letter" is a small-sized loaf of bread but quite heavy. It seems to be made with yogurt yeast, giving it a sticky and moist texture with a sweetness from trehalose and a softness. I visited after a long time, and even though it was nearly sold out at 3:00 p.m., there were still freshly baked loaves available. Lucky for me, there was even a table open. The taste was just as expected. Osaka, Hirano-ku, Nagarecho 1-9-14.

The bakery blends in perfectly with the residential area. Even when you arrive in front of the store, you might wonder if this is the right place. It is quite small, with just one showcase inside. The variety of bread is not extensive, and some options were already sold out by around 1:30 pm. The most impressive aspect was the naming of the breads. They were clever and made you think about their true meaning or hidden message. In the back room, they had a large-sized Chocolate Chip bread made with cream in the dough (380 yen). The dough was moist and had a nice melt-in-your-mouth texture, with a rich flavor from the cream. The abundance of chocolate chips provided a satisfying crunch. The "In His Late Years" Lemon and Almond bread (360 yen) had a refreshing lemon scent when cut. The chewy dough had a good texture, with a balance of lemon zest's acidity and bitterness, along with the aroma and crunch of almonds.

I love corn, so I was excited to try this bread that had it. I happened to have some time, so I stopped by and they said it would be ready in 5 minutes. The Danish pastry was crispy with plenty of sweet corn. It tasted familiar, like something I've had before. The burnt corn gave it a festival-style grilled corn vibe! When I read the description, it mentioned that it was supposed to have that "festival feel." So that's what the bread was all about!笑
