I have some time to spare in Chitose... Searching for a nearby store that can be visited quickly. I see "Super Center Trial Chitose Kiyosato Store" right in front of me. I found a bakery called "Pan Koubou Yumina" right next to Trial. It seems they moved here a few years ago from Chitose City Misono. This bakery is operated by the NPO Assist Center "Chierisu," which is a type B facility for ongoing employment support. There are parking spaces for 4-5 cars in front of the store. Inside the store, the shelves along the walls display about 7-8 types of individually wrapped bread. The selection is limited, with many items priced at 150 yen. I bought the "Hokkaido Sweet Onion Curry Bread @150 yen" and the "Salt Bread @150 yen." After paying, I left the store and took a photo in the car before trying them. The "Salt Bread" had a crispy crust with a good saltiness, but the dough could have been a bit softer to improve the overall taste. The "Curry Bread" was mild in spiciness, suitable for children, with a mild spiced flavor similar to House Vermont Curry. I wish there was a bit more filling in it. Although I didn't see any hard bread this time, I wonder if they make more authentic products. Thank you for the meal.

I thought the place I wanted to go was nearby, but I couldn't find it... So I decided to ask here. They greeted me energetically with "Welcome!" and I ended up buying a cut roll cake. It was delicious! And for 100 yen, it beats convenience store sweets! Their bread made with Hokkaido wheat and the power of dreams is a standard lineup that is perfect for snacks! I want to stop by again with a convenience store-like feeling. After that, I was able to find the place I originally wanted to go to, which was in a completely different location. Thank you for the meal!

I went there after a long time! I've been wanting to go but couldn't find the time, but today I went shopping for a trial and stopped by to buy bread on the way back! It was close to 3 pm, so I was unsure if it would be crowded, but when I arrived, a couple of customers were just leaving! There were some new items that weren't there before, and I ended up buying 2-3 different things because they all looked delicious! In my opinion, you can't go wrong with the muffins! They are so delicious! The croissant plain muffin, potato and cheese toast, sugar toast made with French bread, and melon bread with a cute face on the bag that I couldn't resist buying! The croissant is denser than normal ones, giving it a satisfying bite. The plain muffin is always a must-have because it's so delicious! The potato and cheese toast was a new discovery for me, and it tasted as good as it looked! The sugar toast made with French bread had a good shelf life and a satisfying chewiness, which I enjoyed the next morning. The melon bread had a cookie dough that was tasty, and the wrapping bag with a face on it was so cute that I had to buy it! All the items had the maker's heart put into them, making them delicious. I used to visit Yumina often even before they moved, and the taste and cost performance are great. They also had some handmade artists' items, so I bought a hair tie! I like something a little different when I tie my long hair, so I bought one made with hand-woven thread. It was also made with care and looked cute, so I bought it! The shop closes at 4 pm, so the staff were already cleaning up inside. As a bread lover, eating delicious bread makes me feel happy. This place is a workshop for supported employment type B, and everyone is working hard. Thank you for using delicious ingredients. I will definitely go back to buy more!

"First Visit in September 2021" The NPO organization "Assist Center Chierisu" that supports people with disabilities operates a bakery shop, which is a so-called work facility. They used to be located in Hanazono 1-chome in the same city, but a few years ago they moved to their current location. Contrary to what you might imagine from the exterior, the shop is quite small, with the sales area being barely one tatami mat in size. When I visited, the selection was decent, but due to the impact of the pandemic or perhaps because it was just after opening, there were less than 10 types of bread available. I bought salt bread, yakisoba bread, and plain muffins. Despite their small size, all of them tasted good. In particular, the muffins had a nice balance of sweetness and moist texture. I will refrain from evaluating the service aspect in this review. One of the easiest ways for us ordinary people to support people with disabilities is by using such shops. However, it is a fact that some people may not feel comfortable in these types of establishments, so it would be best to use them according to individual feelings. ============================== ◇ 390 yen (Salt Bread 130 yen / Yakisoba Bread 130 yen / Muffin 130 yen) ------------------------------ ◆ Food/Taste 3.5 / Service -.- / Atmosphere 3.0 / Value for Money 3.0"

【Takeout】A new bakery opened in April 2020 in the residential area of Chitose City, operated by the NPO Assist Center Chierisu in the Kiyosumi area. The location of the store is next to the Trial Chitose Kiyosumi store along the so-called "Tank Street". I had done some research on a few places when I came to Chitose to eat soup curry with a My Reviewer before September 1, 2021. I must make sure to properly recover such efforts. I stopped by while cycling for lunch. The store seemed a bit low-key, but it didn't bother me since it's because of Corona. There were a few breads without names written on them, which was a bit awkward. I bought one that had its name and price clearly visible. The cream bread had a good color and a solid baking level, just the way I like it. The wheat flour, yeast, water amount, and baking time were all well done. Pastries with this kind of dough are really good. And it goes well with the rich sweetness of the firm custard cream. I might like the pastries here.

On a certain weekday, I stumbled upon a bakery located in Chitose City, Kiyosato 4. There seems to be parking space for a few cars in front of the shop. The interior of the shop is not very spacious, with display shelves and a refrigerated showcase featuring some kind of jelly for sale. On this day, I let my inspiration guide me and chose a few items from the menu. The "Yokan Whipped Cream (150 yen)" caught my eye, with chunks of yokan on top. After taking a bite... the fluffy bread with firm whipped cream and the yokan itself had a subtle presence. The "Honey Butter (130 yen)" also had a fluffy bread with buttery oiliness and a hint of salt, along with the sweetness of honey. The "Salt Bread (130 yen)" had a salty surface on the fluffy bread, with a spread of buttery flavor inside. All the breads had a surprisingly fluffy texture, which seemed to be a characteristic of this bakery. Thank you for the meal.

I had some errands to run at the nearby TSUTAYA store, so I decided to stop by. Originally, I had planned to get soft serve ice cream at a different store, but I saw a sign for soft serve ice cream as I was passing by, so I changed my plans and decided to try it here instead. There were no cars parked, so it was easy to find a spot. I ordered the "French Vanilla Cup (¥280)" and enjoyed it outside. The soft serve was quite sweet and rich, and it reminded me of something I had tasted before... After thinking about it, I realized that it tasted very similar to the popular ice cream brand "Su*** Cup." The vanilla bean-like specks and the lingering rich vanilla flavor were almost identical! Perhaps they should have offered a limited edition "Salted Vanilla" flavor for differentiation. But it was a fresh experience to be able to taste a soft serve ice cream that closely resembled the vanilla flavor of Su*** Cup. It looked like they might have a chocolate flavor as well, but there was no chocolate flavor sign inside, so I wonder if they have discontinued it? I was also curious about their bread, but that will have to wait until next time. Thank you for the meal.

I found this bakery while passing by on my way to Chitose. There is a small parking lot in front of the store where you can park a few cars. The interior of the store is not very large, but there were individually wrapped bread displayed. While looking at the bread, the man at the register recommended a bread to me, so I bought it. It was a pack of two, and when I tried one in the car, I found that it would be better if warmed up a little, so I took one home and toasted it before eating. The mackerel and onion flavors were strong and delicious. The bread had plenty of filling, so it was very satisfying to eat. Thank you for the meal.

After eating ramen in Eniwa, I stopped by this place. But there was no one, neither customers nor staff (^^; I put three items on a tray and went to the register... but still no one came (lol). I went outside and waved my hands, then they noticed me. The mini croissant with chocolate wasn't crispy, but it was not too sweet and delicious. The prices were: Toasted bread 330 yen, Melon bread 150 yen, Chocolate croissant 250 yen. Thank you for the meal! (^^)v

It was finally able to go there thinking it's close by. Hmm, there are not many options... I wanted a melon pan. Anyway, I got a salt bread, wiener mayo bread, curry bread, and whipped berry bread. The soft serve ice cream was strawberry vanilla for 280 yen, it was decently tasty. It's good to stop by on the way back.

The bakery that used to be in the city has moved to a slightly suburban area. This was my first visit since the relocation. I tried the anko whip, camembert cheese, white peach cream bread, red bean paste bread, Sujata Silk ice cream (French vanilla), and hot coffee. I visited in the early afternoon and was told they were running low on items, but they were baking in the back. The red bean paste and cream were not too sweet and paired well. I used to buy the camembert cheese bread at Nishimura's, and I liked its light taste. The white peach cream bread was perfect for summer with its sweet and sour cream. It had been a while since I had red bean paste bread, and it brought back nostalgic memories. I didn't see the melon bread that used to be delicious before the relocation. I got a muffin as a service with a coupon, and I chose the marmalade flavor, which was moist and delicious. They had seating available, so I took a break and relaxed there. I noticed a soft serve ice cream figurine in the exterior photo taken by Mama Rilakkuma. The Sujata ice cream was still delicious, even though it was not the premium version. I used to pass by the bakery's previous location often, but I had lost touch with it recently, and it had become a vacant store. It is run by a non-profit organization, and the staff were very kind. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Today, I visited a new bakery location for the first time since it moved. I looked up the location online before going, but when I decided to try a trial purchase first, I realized it was right next door across the road from the trial location! There were flags outside, so it was easy to find. They use Hokkaido wheat called "Ho no Chikara," which piqued my interest. I had kept a flyer from before and was thinking about when to visit, and finally, I made it! I love bread, so I often search for new bakeries to visit. I arrived around 2:30 pm, hadn't had lunch, and even though I bought a bento box for the trial, I saw some delicious-looking bread and decided to have it for lunch. Maybe it was the time, but there seemed to be fewer items compared to the previous store, but there were several tempting options. I bought: Chicken Nanban - the spicy sauce coated fried chicken was delicious! I had it for lunch. Wiener Mayonnaise Bread - for tomorrow's breakfast. Cafe au Lait Cream Bread - it had a lot of cream inside! I had it for lunch. Plain Muffin - for tomorrow's breakfast. Matcha Red Bean Muffin - for a snack later (laughs). Right now, they have a promotion where you get a free muffin when you spend over 600 yen, so I gave it to my mother who lives with me. She said it was delicious! The store was clean, bright, and had a cozy atmosphere. There were other items available as well, but the ones I remember are: Anpan, Camembert Cheese Bread, and a different version of Cafe au Lait Cream Bread with a different cream filling, all of which looked delicious and made it hard to choose. They also had handmade soaps on the other side. The previous store had many delicious items too, but the current store has a more convenient parking lot and a more easily accessible location. I could see a few employees inside preparing the bread. Please keep making delicious bread! I will definitely come back to buy more!

Construction began next to the trial along Route C around the end of winter. Initially, I thought it might be a company office, a coin laundry, or something else, but it turned out to be a bakery. I had noticed that the open cafe Yumina in Hanazono had been removed, so I assumed that it was a shop run by a Type B employment support business that had moved somewhere else rather than closed down. It seems that they have relocated here, including the office that was in Aoba. However, the bakery opened when the number of COVID-19 cases was increasing rapidly, so the sale of bread was postponed. Even after Golden Week, there was no sign of sales, so I called to confirm. The female representative explained that they were still not ready to sell, but when I saw a sign at the storefront and called to confirm, they had started selling bread. The store is small, and it gets crowded with just 10 people. The bread is individually wrapped, and there are trays but no tongs. I confirmed that it was okay to pick up the bread directly, and bought several types of bread. It must be challenging for bakeries to prevent contact infections while allowing customers to choose their favorite bread during the COVID-19 situation. When I got home, I first tried the cheese bread and Camembert cheese bread, and could taste the difference in cheeses, which was delicious. The sausage bread is a bit oily on the surface, but it's actually quite nice. The croissant doesn't have a crispy texture, but it's light and enjoyable. Overall, the bread here is more like a snack you would find at a convenience store rather than a hearty meal bread like ciabatta. The elderly woman who handled the cash register seemed to be the owner from her voice. This is a place where they work diligently on things they can do themselves.
