The best match of atmosphere and products, making you feel like you've stepped into a world of Showa-era movie sets. I ordered the "Chuka Soba" - a perfect balance of chicken and seafood with a soy sauce-based soup that hits the spot, along with noodles that have a nice chewy texture. The meat is also delicious. It's the ultimate Chuka Soba! The atmosphere may make you think it's an old-fashioned Chinese noodle shop in town, but it's actually run by a chef from a famous shop. I wish there was a place like this nearby!

Arrived at 12 o'clock and there were no customers, so I was able to enter immediately. Once again, I ordered the garlic ramen, which is pretty much the only option here. The soup has a unique sweet and spicy flavor with a strong garlic taste, making it incredibly delicious. Every time I take a bite, I can't help but exclaim "Delicious!" The noodles are flat and medium-thick, with a chewy texture that pairs perfectly with the soup. The chashu is flavorful and has a rough texture that enhances the overall experience. The green onions absorb the soup, becoming a burst of flavor while still retaining a crisp texture. I really love the green onions here, they are so tasty that I finish them in no time. And all of this for only 800 yen! It's too cheap! This place deserves more customers... Highly recommended!

I found a traditional Chinese soba shop! I was surprised when I saw the menu - in this era of rising costs, they still offer cheap Chinese soba for 700 yen! The large serving is only 800 yen! This time, I ordered the large serving. The soup has a slight scent of dried bonito and a gentle soy sauce base. While many shops have a strong pork or chicken flavor even with soy sauce base, this one was quite light and good. Unfortunately, the shop owner doesn't seem to be the type to offer much in terms of customer service. The noodles weren't particularly delicious in my opinion, but the soup was great! Light and easy to drink up. The chashu seems to be cooked together with the soup and blends well with it. It's not too soft but has a good chewiness. Personally, I prefer it a bit softer, but that's just my preference. The thickly cut green onions are also a plus for me. I found a menu item called "Curry Tsukemen" that caught my interest, but I couldn't find many reviews about it. I'll definitely go back to try it next time!

I arrived at the restaurant around 12:30 on a regular day. There were 4 customers before me and 2 customers after me. I ordered the "boiled sardine soba" which was served in about 5 minutes. Although it is advertised as boiled sardine soba, the sardine flavor was not very prominent. It tasted like a regular old-fashioned ramen. The noodles were flat curly noodles, but I personally don't think they matched well with the soup. I wanted to try it with medium-thin noodles. Overall, it was a ramen that didn't leave much of an impression. If I ever come back, I would like to try their curry dishes. Thank you for the meal.

Visited a Chinese soba shop in Osaka Takii for the first time! I arrived on a Saturday at noon and was seated immediately without having to wait outside. The shop has a cozy atmosphere with seating for 8 people. I ordered the Chinese soba and it was delicious, with no strange flavors despite the eccentric shop owner. While waiting for my ramen, I picked up the pickled radish placed on the counter and the owner said, "I just put it there!" Definitely an interesting experience!

I crave for light Chinese noodles every day. The nostalgic ramen brings back memories. I enjoyed finishing the soup completely. The thin noodles matched well. The careful workmanship made me feel entranced. The atmosphere had a sense of history, making it a bit intimidating to enter, but the interior was well-maintained. The kind ramen recommended by the elderly master is a must-try.

Chuka soba for 700 yen with toppings of chashu, negi, naruto, and menma. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles. The soup is a soy sauce-based chicken broth.
Visited on a Sunday at 11:10 with sunny weather. No wait, no customers in the restaurant when arrived, but one customer when left. It took about 5 minutes to serve the dish.
I visited this area for the second time, not familiar with the surroundings. Found this place with a rating of 3.68 on Tabelog. The chicken broth had a gentle umami flavor with a hint of soy sauce acidity, and the noodles were slightly soft and delicious. The chashu was a bit thick and dry, which was a bit disappointing. The menma had a typical flavor. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown for me, given the high rating on Tabelog.
Thank you for the meal.

I visited this restaurant for my last dinner before returning home. Despite the disrupted plans due to a typhoon, I really wanted to come here, so I visited after eating at the ramen shop Tsuruya in Imafuku-Tsurumi. I arrived around 12:30 and was able to get a table right away. I ordered the garlic ramen today, and it was incredibly delicious with a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors. I definitely want to come back to this restaurant the next time I visit home.

Visited on Sunday at noon at 11 o'clock. No waiting. Received my order in about 5 minutes. Ended up coming here as Ramen Master Imakara was closed. Based on Myレビ's review, I chose the garlic ramen. The soy sauce-based soup had a strong garlic punch with a sweet taste that was unique and addictive. The noodles were thick and flat, quite filling. Thank you for the meal.

The perfect combination of sweetness, spiciness, and sourness, followed by a strong punch of garlic flavor, is absolutely amazing. The chewy, flat noodles soak up the soup beautifully, making it incredibly delicious. I couldn't stop eating it because it's so good!

Hello! It's Ramen Walking here! Today, I visited Tsuiteru Nakayama in Takai and tried their "Chuka Soba" ramen. Takai Station is a hidden gem for ramen lovers, with many great shops within a 5-minute walk from the station. The shop was empty when I arrived at 7:00 pm.

Chuka Soba - 700 yen
The soup had a classic soy sauce flavor with chicken oil on the surface. It was more like a traditional Chuka Soba soup rather than a creative blend of trendy seafood broth. The noodles were thin, yellow, and slightly firm, similar to cold noodles in appearance. The toppings included thickly sliced chashu pork, menma bamboo shoots, naruto fish cake, and green onions. The chashu was well-cooked and flavorful, while the menma had a soft texture and strong taste. Overall, it was a standard Chuka Soba bowl.

I became interested in the dried ramen, so I visited two days in a row. Yesterday, I had the garlic ramen and it was very delicious (so tasty... incredibly tasty...). Next, I ordered the dried ramen. The soup looked almost the same as the garlic ramen. I imagined a soup with the flavor and taste of dried fish combined with the acidity and umami of the garlic ramen, but it was not like that. Instead, the soup had a gentle flavor and taste of dried fish, which was different from what I expected. Honestly, it was a mistake to order this after the garlic ramen. But it was still delicious. The noodles were the same as the garlic ramen - chewy flat medium noodles. The amount of noodles was also generous, and I was impressed by the hospitality. Two bowls for 1650 yen!? Kadoya's cold noodles cost nearly 1500 yen for one bowl... (I feel satisfied with the price) There were plenty of noodles in each bowl, which I think is amazing. It's really great☆

The richness of soy sauce, chicken and seafood broth, the punch of garlic, and the acidity in the soup create an incredibly flavorful combination. The moment I tasted the soup, my mind was blown by the intense impact. I thought I had tried a lot of ramen before, but this one is on a whole other level. The flat curly noodles perfectly complement the soup, clinging to it and providing a chewy texture. The chashu has a strong presence in the mouth, and the seasoned bamboo shoots enhance the appetite with their intense flavor. The green onions here do an amazing job and I think they are the best among all ramen shops. If you come here, you have to try this dish. It's seriously unbelievably delicious, and it's only 800 yen. Absolutely fantastic.

The owner, who trained at Kadoya Shokudo, makes nostalgic soy sauce ramen! I visited on Sunday at 11 o'clock, there are 4 seats at the counter and 2 tables for 2 people each. There were no other customers at first, but soon some arrived. I ordered the Chuka Soba for 700 yen. The soup is based on animal broth, but has a deep and light soy sauce flavor. The noodles are medium-thin, with a nostalgic taste. In one word, it's like an elegant Daikokuya! It brings back memories. The chashu is firm, and it comes with menma and naruto. It's delicious! As a side note, when I was in college, there was talk about a restaurant opened by a Kadoya Shokudo alum. After over ten years, I finally got to visit! It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I visited during lunchtime. I arrived before 12 o'clock and was able to be seated right away. There were no other customers at the time. The owner of this place used to work at "Kadoya Shokudo". The interior has a counter with 4 seats and two 2-person tables. There are no partitions between the counter seats, and the spacing between seats is normal. The atmosphere is like a traditional ramen shop. This time, I ordered the "Niboshi Ramen for 850 yen". It arrived in about 5 minutes. When I tasted the soup, I could feel the gentle flavors of dried sardines and chicken. Honestly, I didn't get the intense dried sardine flavor that I expected from the name "Niboshi Ramen", so I felt a bit disappointed. However, it had a nostalgic taste in some way. The flat curly noodles were cooked to the right firmness, with a chewy texture. The portion was probably around 200g and quite filling. The toppings included pork belly, bamboo shoots, fish cake, and green onions. The pork belly didn't stand out much to me. Overall, it didn't quite match my taste, and I couldn't find many strengths in it. Thank you for the meal.

The owner of a Chinese soba restaurant in Takii, who has experience training at the extremely popular Kadoya Shokudo in Nishi Nagahori. When ordering, go for the dipping soba, which automatically comes in a large portion. The noodles are of the flat type, different from Kadoya's. The dipping sauce is quite sweet, based on soy sauce, and seems to be a unique menu offering. Personally, I found it a bit too sweet, so I added some chili pepper from the table to adjust the flavor. The thinly sliced chashu in the dipping sauce was a hit. The fatty parts of the meat added a really indulgent flavor. I also have my eye on other menu items like the dried fish soba, garlic soba, and curry rice.

I entered the restaurant around 7pm. The interior had a counter with 4 seats and 2 tables. There were some slightly spiritual posters, but the owner didn't seem strange at all. I ordered the large serving of tsukemen. The soup had chunks of meat in it, making it a satisfying meal.

Located a short walk from Takii Station on the Keihan Line, in the middle of a residential area between Senri Station and Takii Station, is a hidden gem called Nakayama. Despite its somewhat remote location, this place is home to a renowned Chinese ramen shop that originated from the famous Kadoya Shokudo in Osaka. The name of the restaurant and the posters inside are a bit quirky, making me hesitate for a moment before entering. However, I was drawn in by the artisan aura exuded by the sole proprietor and decided to take a seat. I ordered the tsukemen (large size) for 920 yen. It was an incredibly hot day, so I immediately thought of ordering tsukemen, as Kadoya Shokudo is known for its tsukemen. The noodles were not perfectly aligned, but they exuded a sense of elegance even in their casual presentation. The naruto in the center was dazzling. The flat noodles with a slight wave were chewy yet smooth. The dipping sauce had a perfect balance of acidity, sweetness, and spiciness. The chashu pork added a touch of indulgent fat, giving the dish a simple yet addictive quality. I particularly enjoy this type of dipping sauce with my tsukemen. The overall experience reminded me of the tsukemen at Daishoken, with its classic flavor profile. Daishoken has popularized tsukemen in the east, while Kadoya Shokudo has done the same for tsukemen in the west. The taste of these legacy restaurants is usually spot on, and this place was no exception.

The tsukemen here, made by the owner who used to work at Kadoya Shokudo, is absolutely delicious. The richly flavored dipping sauce pairs perfectly with the chewy noodles that release a wheat aroma when bitten into. The chashu has a robust texture and bold flavor, standing out as a luxurious treat on its own. The green onions soaked in the dipping sauce add a crunchy texture while absorbing the soup's flavor, creating an incredibly tasty experience. And all of this for only 800 yen? It's definitely worth it. In terms of price and quality, this place is undoubtedly the best in the Kadoya family.

I originally intended to have Chuka Soba, but I ended up changing to Tsukesoba because I walked from the coin parking to the shop and it was hot. I noticed the pig's feet topping for an additional 500 yen on the wall and decided to add it. It had a different taste from Kadoya Shokudo, but it was delicious. You can also have soup refills.

I arrived at the restaurant around 7 PM and surprisingly there were no customers before or after me. I ordered the dipping soba noodles in a large portion. The sweet and salty dipping sauce coated the flat curly noodles well. The soup served on the side was similar to the broth for regular soba noodles. Overall, it was quite delicious. Thank you for the meal.
