This day, we opted for the chef's choice course. This restaurant always prepares delicious ingredients even better and serves a variety of dishes. First, we had boiled figs and peanuts, sashimi with fresh karasumi, abalone liver risotto, katsuo tataki, grilled eel, a matsutake mushroom soup, grilled sweetfish, matsutake and clam soup, meat with rice and miso soup, and seasonal fruits for dessert.

Yuka is a hidden Japanese restaurant located just a two-minute walk from Kishiwada Station, specializing in fresh seafood and operating by reservation only. I visited this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday ❤️. We had the omakase course priced at ¥9,350, which included: deep-fried shrimp potato from Tokushima with karasumi (dried mullet roe), sushi topped with ikura (salmon roe), momiji tai (maple-leaf sea bream) with Kishu plum soy sauce, tataki of Kure bonito, and a variety of side dishes including white miso with peach, okra with miso, sweet pickled eggplant, and ginkgo nuts. We also enjoyed tender young ayu (sweetfish) from Wakayama, clam soup from Ariake in Saga, sukiyaki made with Saga beef, and sweet potato ice cream. I expected to have more fish from Senshu, but I suppose it may vary by day. The dishes were beautifully served in Oribe and Shimizu pottery! There is also a sake sommelier on staff, making it a perfect spot for those who enjoy sake. This restaurant could be great for business meetings or dinners as well.

On the day of the Danjiri test pull, I visited Kishiwada (੭˙꒳˙)੭ WASSHOI♪ Unfortunately, I couldn't see the main event, but I was introduced to a famous restaurant in Kishiwada and enjoyed some delicious food (꒪¯꒳​¯꒪) Thank you for the meal!＼(^o^)／

I visited a restaurant located a little way into the Kishiwada shopping street for lunch. I had the Hanakago lunch for 3300 yen, which came beautifully arranged in a basket with a variety of dishes. Everything was really delicious. The staff were very friendly and provided attentive service. I would love to visit again in the evening.

Due to the long closure because of COVID, I was experiencing withdrawal symptoms, so when I saw on Facebook that they were reopening, I immediately made a reservation. It was definitely worth it—delicious as always! One of the highlights is enjoying Japanese sake that you can't find in stores nearby. Just expressing my preferences allows them to recommend some great choices from their wide selection. The ability to order in half servings is also a plus; even if I go alone, I can savor various dishes. Today was hectic at work, but thanks to the delicious food and drinks, I'm ready to tackle tomorrow with full energy!

I heard that a new restaurant opened near Kishiwada Station, and I finally had the chance to go with my family. They prepared delicious dishes that were considerate of children, and everything was meticulously made, leaving us very satisfied. My husband’s favorite was the nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) with karasumi (dried mullet roe); the combination of the fatty fish and the roe was absolutely amazing. I really enjoyed the grilled anago (conger eel) with plum soy sauce. I’m so happy to have found such a wonderful restaurant where everything is delicious. The dessert, ice cream with melon puree and honey yogurt, was surprisingly delicious as well.
