Today is the day of visiting the "White Coat God". I'm feeling pain all over my body. Working in a power harassment company, I believe my mental state is the most affected. However, for someone like me whose mental breakdown is affecting my physical health, it's tough. Young people nowadays would probably quit right away, but the Showa generation is not good at quitting. Of course, looking back, there are hardly any good things about enduring and working in such a company (laughs). But well, with a low salary and having to raise children, the likes and dislikes I had as a child have disappeared. I eat anything like a pig! Although I have become more tolerant of tastes compared to when I used to eat cheap food when I was young, I also feel like my palate has become more refined. However, I don't have much contact with high-class items, but I am fortunate that being raised in the mountains and being strong in the sea, I can judge this type of food. The "White Coat God" diagnosed that I had various pains, but I left it untreated. Well, if it doesn't change, let's make it a "Devil's Meal" at this restaurant. I have been to the "Devil's Meal" restaurant near the one with the same name, and also to the udon restaurant. I have always wanted to visit this place. The appearance is good, the atmosphere inside is good with a counter, and the owner's atmosphere is also good. I ordered the "Meat Kita-kata" with rice. It cost 1300 yen upfront. In terms of large categories, I might like the "Kita-kata Ramen" the most. There was no hesitation in my order. It arrived shortly. It was beautifully arranged. At this point, apart from the narrow counter space, there was nothing bad about it. Clear soup, curly noodles, good! Slurp, mmm, it's delicious, but my love for Kita-kata was shattered. The taste is different. Well, I guess every Kita-kata ramen is not the same in every restaurant. For me, the soup is slightly sweet, the meat is too refined, and the noodles themselves are delicious, but I felt like the noodles were overpowering in terms of matching with the soup. It's a matter of taste, I think. However, I believe it is worth a visit for a meal. There may be some who really love it if their preferences are different. Next time, I want to try the "Sakata" ramen. Thank you.
